No full textتم انشاء بورصة للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر كمصدر تمويلي جديد لها سنة 2012 لتغطية الصعوبات التي كانت تواجهها في التمويل المصرفي، فبعد مضي قرابة عشر سنوات من انشائها تم ادراج مؤسسة واحدة فقط سنة 2018 وهي شركة AOM Invest ، وهذا راجع لكون ان 97% من هاته المؤسسات عبارة عن مؤسسات عائلية مصغرة ، بالإضافة الى غياب الوعي والثقافة البورصية . وبغبة تفعيل هاته البورصة لابد من توفر الإرادة السياسية مصحوبة بتهيئة المناخ الاستثماري الملائم.
A stock exchange for small and medium enterprises in Algeria was established as a new funding source for them in 2012 to cover the difficulties they were facing in banking financing, after nearly ten years of its establishment, only one institution was listed in 2018, which is AOM Invest, and this is due to the fact that 97% of these institutions are miniature family establishments, in addition to the absence of awareness and the Stock Exchange culture. In order to activate this stock exchange, there must be political will accompanied by the creation of a suitable investment climate
Organizational Trust and Citizenship Behaviors at Djelfa University's Faculty of Economics
Get PDFThis research aims to assess faculty members' attitudes at Djelfa University's Faculty of Economic Sciences in Algeria toward organizational trust's influence on improving organizational citizenship behaviors. Moreover, the research used a descriptive approach and case study methodology to achieve this goal. Furthermore, the research included a sample of 98 permanent professors. The results indicated that faculty members had a medium level of perception regarding organizational trust and citizenship behaviors. The research also demonstrated that trust in an organization's management significantly and positively promotes organizational citizenship behaviors within the studied college. In contrast, neither trust in co-workers nor direct supervisors affect organizational citizenship behaviors among faculty members

No full textتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز تحديات ومتطلبات تطوير الشمول المالي في الجزائر باعتباره عامل أساس ي في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تحسن ملحوظ في مؤشرات الشمول لمالي خاصة منذ جائحة كوفيد 10 . لكن رغم ذلك لا تزال مستوياته متدنية لجملة من العوامل التي تحد من استخدام الخدمات المالية الرقمية بصورة أشمل، مما يتطلب بذل المزيد من الجهود كدعم البنية التحتية الرقمية والمالية والتثقيف المالي.
This study aims to highlight the challenges and requirements of developing financial inclusion in Algeria as a key factor in achieving sustainable development goals, and it concluded that there is a significant improvement in financial inclusion indicators, especially since the Covid 19 pandemic. However, its levels are still low due to a number of factors that limit the use of digital financial services, which requires more efforts such as supporting digital and financial infrastructure and financial education

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic banks in establishing a common Islamic financial market, as the establishment of this market is one of the most important major challenges in the way of applying theories of Islamic economics, and the importance of the study lies in showing the mutual relationship between Islamic banks and the Islamic financial market in order to achieve an Islamic financial market, with credibility of legitimacy and economic efficiency. The Malaysian experience was a model as the ideal model for the Islamic financial industry. The study also shows that Islamic banks have an important and effective role in establishing a common Islamic financial market because their objectives and foundations are the content of these markets and their transactions, where they are consistent and conform to the doctrinal and economic data of Islamic Principles

However, this notion is a form of territorial regulation and dynamic interdependence between particularly productive agents and institutions which will be the privileged actors for any form of coordination, decision-making, coalition and negotiation. Territorial governance is deployed taking into account the increased role of these actors when it comes to getting involved in a decision-making process and that of action.In the first place, it is a question of defining the territory in a vision of economic development by highlighting, first, its methodological evolution then, by fixing its aspect of specific construct, to highlight the role of governance as game of actors for the benefit of development.It is then necessary to apprehend the territorial dynamics by the reading grid of coordination and resources. However, the concept of territory is recognized as an actor in its own right and thus gives space a particular dimension in the production process. It is an organized and dynamic system.
