Adoption of Telemedicine during COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis: A Review of the Literature
Get PDFDigital health literature has provided significant insights into how telemedicine contributes to improving the quality of healthcare and reducing the cost of healthcare. This research focuses on factors influencing adoption of telemedicine. Moreover, the author identifies the challenges of adopting telemedicine. A total of 20 papers were systematically studied and classified. The results show that telemedicine adoption may be influenced by several factors; the results also revealed that major barriers to telemedicine include poor infrastructure of digitalization, resistance to digital transformation, lack of digital knowledge among doctors and patients

Our research aims to highlight the different modern programming techniques and methods used against money laundering. We will propose solutions within the literature of programming conceptualization that rely on the ability to analyze information and profile the individual to initiate a tracking process in order to allow the competent cells to intervene. Our study will also show that adequate conditions are necessary for the installation of such process on the Algerian national territory.Key words: Money-laundering, Tracking, Programming, Behavio

No full textيعتبر القطاع السياحي من القطاعات الأكثر استفادة من شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، وقد تعاظمت مكانة هذه المواقع من خلال الدور الذي لعبته في تسويق المقصد السياحي، وخصوصا المنتجات السياحية الداخلية للدول خلال فترة الجائحة العالمية ( covid-19 .) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتجميع البيانات من خلال الأدبيات المنشورة والاحصائيات الدولية والاعتماد على مقابلة. وخلصت الدراسة الى أنّ استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ساهم في زيادة عدد الزبائن المتعاملين مع الوكالات عينة البحث.

No full textتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير نظام إدارة المعرفة وفق معيار Iso 30401 على أداء الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام الاستمارة لجمع البيانات، والتي وزعت على عينة عشوائية من العمال قدر عددهم 304 عامل، حيث تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج Spss، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظام إدارة المعرفة يؤثر على أداء الموارد البشرية بنسبة متوسطة والتي قدرت ب63,5%، هذا ما يستوجب على المؤسسة الاهتمام أكثر بمتطلبات نظام إدارة المعرفة لما لها من أثر واضح على أداء المورد البشري.

Startups in Algeria from the conceptual and regulatory framework to the supporting structures and programmes
Get PDFThe main objective of this paper is to analyze the environment in which the Algerian Start-ups have been confronted since their creation, together with the main actors and mechanisms made available to these groups. Besides, we have firstly provided definition to the conceptual framework of the Start-up in Algeria in terms of legal and economic regulations with everything pertaining to the labeling and creation of Start-ups. Afterwards, we dared to establish a diagnosis of the environment in which they evolve, throughout analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the main actors and mechanisms dedicated to Start-ups. In virtue of which, we noted the awareness of the Algerian public authorities of the limits of the existing mechanisms dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship in Algeria. As consequence, we advocated the need to adapt the regulatory framework by implementing specific tools for the creation and support of Start-ups, in respect such as incubation and acceleration structures along with the financing formulas and means that are better adapted to the increased needs of Start-ups

No full textتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية بإظهار أن فروقات التنمية بين مختلف الدول، فسرته النظرية المؤسساتية لرفع معدلات النمو الإقتصادي؛ والجزائر كغيرها من الدول تبنت العديد من الإصلاحات الهيكلية وذلك بالتركيز على محتوى الإصلاحات المؤسساتية ودورها في النمو الإٌقتصادي وإسقاط ذلك على حالة الجزائر ومدى وفائها للإصلاحات المؤسساتية للفترة (2009/2019) بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن دون بناء مؤسسات على مستوى من المهنية والمسؤولية في مختلف المجالات، فإن النمو لا يكون مضمون، بل قد يأخذ التطور منحى عشوائي.

Study of Entrepreneurial Intention and Its Influencing Factors among Researchers - A Case Study of the University of Boumerdes
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to identify the presence of entrepreneurial intention among Algerian researchers for creating academic spin-offs. We relied on a questionnaire administered to 88 researchers from the University of Boumerdes. The findings led to the conclusion that researchers show limited interest in starting a business. Furthermore, desirability and feasibility are the primary factors influencing this inclination. To facilitate the establishment of such enterprises, a comprehensive framework enveloping legislative, cultural, and financing elements is essential to improve the capacity of universities in forming spin-off companies
