The shock of the money supply and its repercussions on inflation in Algeria: Standard study using the SVAR structural model for the period 1990-2020: صدمة العرض النقدي وانعكاساتها على التضخم في الجزائر -دراسة قياسية باستخدام النموذج الهيكلي SVAR
تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل مدى استجابة التضخم للتغيرات المفاجئة للعرض النقدي في الجزائر للفترة 1990-2020 باستخدام نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي الهيكلي SVAR، وقد تم التوصل بناء على دوال الاستجابة الفورية في إطار النموذج المذكور إلى أن حدوث صدمة هيكلية في العرض النقدي ستكون بمثابة صدمة تضخمية على الاقتصاد في المديين القريب والبعيد. وعليه فالدراسة توصي بأهمية الرقابة الفعالة للبنك المركزي على القطاعين المالي والنقدي لكونهما أهم ركائز الاستقرار النقدي والمالي.
The study aims to measure and analyze the extent of inflation response to sudden changes in the money supply in Algeria for the period 1990-2020 using the structural autoregressive vector model (SVAR). economy in the short and long term. Accordingly, the study recommends the importance of effective central bank control over the financial and monetary sectors, as they are the most important pillars of monetary and financial stability
Assessing corporate social responsibility implementation in the Algerian enterprises: consumer’s perception
The aim of this paper is to assess the degree of application of corporate social responsibility activities in the Algerian enterprises. Therefore, we conducted a questionnaire with 384 consumers. The results revealed that the Algerian enterprises do not almost apply the CSR activities related to the consumer mentioned in ISO26000. Moreover, the dissatisfaction of the consumer of the products and services quality provided by the Algerian enterprises is related to the non-application of CSR
The Role of Monetary Policy in Promoting Economic Growth in Algeria An Analytical Study for the Period (1990-2020)
Monetary policy in Algeria aims to control money supply to stimulate economic growth. This study examines the role of monetary policy tools in achieving economic growth from 1990 to 2020, focusing on the impact of Law 90-10. The findings suggest that monetary policy has had limited success in boosting growth due to the economy's heavy dependence on oil revenue for financing development projects. Despite efforts in implementing reforms and developmental schemes, desired growth rates have not been achieved

The nexus between knowledge-based economy and economic growth in North Africa region
This paper aims to understand the interaction between knowledge-based economy and economic growth in North Africa economies. We apply panel data analysis from the period of 2013-2018, including selected North Africa countries. We use the GMM estimators introduced by Arellano and Bond. The results suggest that human capital and research, institutions, knowledge and technology outputs and creative outputs have significant influence on economic growth in North Africa region
The Algerian public banks in the era of the digital transformation
Lately, new Information and Communication Technologies ICTs have hugely developed. Their impact on the banks, has been great. Liquidity Management, by the Bank of Algeria, in the Algerian System of Immediate Settlement “ART” during the Period 2006-2020
The present research paper comes to shed light on the way the Bank of Algeria deals with liquidity problems in the Algerian system for immediate settlement, since its entry into execution in 2006 until 2020, and the extent to which it keeps pace with the mechanisms adopted by the rest of the other central banks in this field. Results show that the Bank of Algeria uses the waiting queue mechanism without having to activate it with resorting to the cash market and finally the daily facilities of the Bank of Algeria as a last lender
The importance of foreign direct investment in Algeria and its impact on its trade balance using the ARDL model
This study dealt with the importance of foreign direct investment in Algeria and its impact on its trade balance during the time period of 2003-2018 using the ARDL model. The study concluded that foreign direct investment, gross domestic product and exchange rate have a positive impact on trade balance, and that economic openness has a negative impact on trade balance. Hence, the study recommends diversifying exports by attracting foreign direct investment in the non-oil sectors in order to improve national economy
