Realistic Dilemmas and Path Recommendations for the High-Quality Development of Traditional Chinese Sports
Traditional sports culture serves as a significant driving force in the process of building a sports power in China and is a key focus in responding to strategic goals such as Healthy China, national fitness, and rural revitalization. Under the backdrop of building a sports power, how to achieve high-quality development of traditional sports is a major issue concerning the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The research holds that the high-quality development path of traditional sports in our country requires the scientific guidance of the five major concepts of “innovation, coordination, green development, openness and sharing”. Correctly analyze the actual predicament faced: The impact of modern industrial civilization and evolving lifestyles, the contradiction between the weakening sense of belonging to traditional culture and the deepening identification with foreign cultures, as well as the obstacles of low internationalization and poor systematic models. Based on this, explore the necessary path for high-quality development: Relying on the rural revitalization strategy to build new villages dedicated to traditional sports culture; Fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and enhancing identification with traditional sports culture; Keeping pace with the trend of globalization to create an international brand for traditional sports
The Impact of Physical Activity on Endometriosis Symptoms: A Literature Review
Introduction: Endometriosis is a benign proliferative disease characterized by the presence of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. Some studies suggest that physical activity may have a positive influence on the symptoms of this medical condition.
Aim of the Study: The aim of this review is to assess whether physical activity has a beneficial effect on the symptoms of endometriosis and to identify potential knowledge gaps or limitations in the studies conducted so far.
Material and Methods: This review is based on studies identified through databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar, using the following search terms: “endometriosis and physical activity”, “endometriosis and exercise” and “treatment of endometriosis”.
Results: Three of the analyzed studies provided evidence supporting the hypothesis that physical activity has a positive impact on endometriosis symptom management, particularly in reducing pain. Two other systematic reviews did not reach clear conclusions, and one study did not find statistically significant evidence of a beneficial effect of exercise on endometriosis management.
Conclusions: The current literature does not provide consistent results regarding the impact of physical activity on endometriosis. Therefore, future studies, especially high-quality randomized controlled trials, are required to draw reliable conclusions
Platelet-Rich Plasma and Its Role in Wound Healing After Dental Procedures: A Literature Review
Introduction
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is an autologous blood-derived preparation whose task is to release growth factors from platelets that support the regeneration of damaged tissues. The development of medicine has made PRP increasingly common in various fields of science, including dentistry. The widespread use of plasma in dental surgery, maxillofacial surgery, periodontology and even pedodontics has increased the percentage of positive treatment results and increased therapeutic possibilities.
Materials and Methods:
The literature review was conducted using the PubMed database. Publications from 2000–2025 were searched. The literature review included various types of publications such as narrative and systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials (RCTs), cohort studies, meta-analyses, and expert consensus papers.
Results:
A review of the literature revealed that platelet-rich plasma (PRP) significantly supports tissue regeneration and healing following dental procedures. Clinical studies demonstrated reduced postoperative pain and swelling, accelerated wound closure, and improved bone density in sites treated with PRP. Positive outcomes were observed across multiple dental disciplines, including oral surgery, maxillofacial reconstruction, periodontology, and pediatric dentistry. Additionally, PRP was shown to stimulate angiogenesis, modulate inflammation, and promote cellular proliferation, while exhibiting antimicrobial properties. However, variation in study protocols and outcomes suggests the need for cautious interpretation
Research on Leisure Sports Consumption among the Chinese Masses: A Case Study of Yibin City, Sichuan Province, China: Leisure Sports Consumption
This study explores the impact of the new economy on residents' leisure sports consumption. Taking residents in the Xiajiangbei area of Yibin City in China as the research subjects, 190 residents were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey, and descriptive statistical analysis was used to process the data. The results show that: under the influence of the "new economy," residents' income levels have improved to some extent, but the leisure sports consumption level of those without a stable income remains significantly low. Additionally, a lack of consumption awareness and outdated perceptions are key factors restricting residents' engagement in leisure sports activities. The quantity, quality, and allocation of local sports facilities are objective conditions affecting residents' effective participation in leisure sports consumption. In conclusion, the leisure sports consumption level of residents in the Lingang area is not high. Enhancing residents' awareness of sports consumption, further increasing income levels, and improving facility conditions are critical measures to promote their leisure sports consumption
