    Analysis Model of the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Profitability of SMEs

    This study aims to and analyze the extent of the influence of the covid-19 pandemic on the Profitability of the Water Hyacinth Craft Cluster SMEs "Klinting" in Semarang Regency. The research method used is a hypothetical empirical method that is used to test the difference between the ability to earn profits (Profitability) of the Water hyacinth Handicraft Klater SMES "Klinting" before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Profitability of Water Hyacinth Craft Cluster "Klinting" Kab. Semarang in 2019 is 26% and in 2020 is 21%. The results of the different test using the paired sample t test resulted in a value of t = 2.763 with a 2-tailed significance of 0.018, less than 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Hi was accepted. So it was concluded that there were significant differences in the Klinting Cluster Encenggondok SMEs in earning profits before and during the Covid-19 pandemic

    The Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spreads very quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia. As a result of the spread of the Corona virus, it has a negative impact on several sectors such as the economic sector, business, tourism, industry, health and so on. The tourism sector has been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic. Until now, almost all tourist destinations in Indonesia are closed. This is a very difficult condition, in Indonesia almost all tourist destinations, hotels, facilities, and entertainment are closed and are only allowed for 50% of visitors based on Government recommendations. The Karo Regency Government is also facing the same problem, one of the sectors that is relied upon to support Karo Regency's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) is from the tourism sector, and Brasatagi Subdistrict is one of the sub-districts that is the mainstay of the tourism sector in Karo Regency. Speaking of the tourism sector, the industry that is most closely related is Hotels and Restaurants. Throughout 2020 until mid-2021, the hotel occupancy rate in the Brastagi District fell by almost 90%. The very significant decline in the level of tourist visits, hotel occupancy and restaurant visitors in Brastagi District has caused entrepreneurs of tourist sites, hotels and restaurants to suffer huge losses. Employers are no longer able to cover all operational costs, including the cost of wages for workers. This forces employers to rearrange their working hours and calculate the number of workers that they still allow them to employ. Some of this is done by applying alternate vacations or leave to their employees, some of them who are no longer able to survive, are forced to lay off temporarily, cut wages. or terminate the employment of its employees. The findings in this study are that employers are still required to pay wages in full in the form of basic wages and fixed allowances as long as workers are laid off during the COVID-19 pandemic and are required to provide severance pay for workers who have been laid off in accordance with Article 156 of Law No. 2003 concerning Manpower and the Ninth Part, Article 37 concerning Payment of Wages in a State of Bankruptcy in the Government Regulation concerning Wages no. 78 of 2015

    The Role of Marketing Innovation Mediation on The Influence of Organizational Creativity on Marketing Performance During The Covid-19 Pandemic Study on MSMEs Incorporated in Bojonegoro APMMIK

    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational creativity on marketing performance mediated by marketing innovations in MSMEs who are members of APMMIK Bojonegoro during the pandemic. The respondents used were 103 MSMEs owners, the test was carried out using the variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative with the smartPLS 2.0 M3 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that organizational creativity has a positive and significant effect on marketing innovation, marketing innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, and organizational creativity has a negative and insignificant effect on marketing performance. The implementation of this research is to increase innovation during the pandemic so that MSME can continue to rise and develop

    The Impact of COVID-19: Become New Entrepreneurs with Online Business

    The number of unemployed increased dramatically due to COVID-19. This can happen because many companies instruct their employees to work from home and some companies forced to do temporary dismissal and/or lay off their employees to survive during a pandemic. After that, many of people decide to create online business and become entrepreneurs. Products sold can be obtained from other people (be reseller) or make it by themselves. These products will be sold online, both with shopping applications and social media. The purpose of this research is to introduce the advantages of being an entrepreneur with online business and to show how technology affects the business. Therefore, this research tries to analyze the benefits of being an entrepreneur compared to being an employee and to find out how new entrepreneurs manage and market their products by technology during this pandemic. The samples of this research are 10 new entrepreneurs who get temporary dismissal of workers and or lay off from their company and open the online business in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The methodology of this research is a qualitative methodology by analyzing social media accounts or online shop accounts that entrepreneurs use for selling their products and also conducting online interviews with them to ensure their accuracy. The results of this research indicate that online businesses provide benefits and convenience for entrepreneurs to do business during this pandemic and also give a motivation for entrepreneurs to continue and improve their business if COVID-19 has been completed

    Outbreaks of the new corona virus or Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) are increasingly felt in the domestic economy, especially in terms of consumption, corporate, financial sector, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The existence of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) that has been declared by the government most of the activities involving the public are restricted, such as offices or offices that are closed, restrictions on religious activities and restrictions on public transportation. The business world has not been separated from the shadows of the Corona Covid-19 pandemic. Instead of diminishing, some countries have confirmed that they will experience a second wave of pandemic that began in Wuhan, China. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the impact of Covid-19 will have a widespread effect on business entities and the sustainability of business entities. This research is a descriptive study, using the literature method where research is conducted by studying and collecting data from libraries related to tools, both in the form of journals and scientific studies of research that has been published in public journals. The results of the study concluded that the impact on Covid-19 had a significant influence on the development of the business world. The biggest influences occur in the mall/supermarket, hospitality, manufacturing and various businesses related to the use of mass labor. In this study, not many scientific writers have focused on examining the impact of this 19 on the business world in general.     The Effect of Debt Financing and Equity Financing on Expense Ratio Profit : (Case Study of Sharia Commercial Banks Registered with Bank Indonesia Period 2011 - 2018)

    This study aims to determine the effect of Debt Financing and Equity Financing on the Profit Expense Ratio. The population in this study is Sharia Commercial Banks registered in Bank Indonesia from 2011 to 2018 as many as 11 banks while the sample is determined by the purposive sampling method and meets the criteria of 2 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression models. This method is also called quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Regression analysis results obtained an f-value of 4.155 which means that simultaneously has a significant effect on the profit expense ratio. Partial test results with the t-test showed that debt financing was obtained t-value 1,803> t table 1,687 and significant 0.009 <0.05. then it can be said that debt financing has a significant effect on the profit expense ratio. For equity financing obtained t-value 2.913> t table 1.687 and significant 0.045 <0.05. then it can be said that equity financing has a significant effect on the profit expense ratio

The purpose of the evaluation is to find out information about the students' mastery of the material. How big is the student's motivation to learn at home during a pandemic? The author uses a survey method in this study. The magnitude of the influence of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes MI ARRIDHA Jakarta, is proven by statistical calculations which show the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.821. Efforts and efforts are needed in order to improve learning outcomes by making improvements to the student learning motivation variables that are carried out at the school concerned

    The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the financial management of the North Bengkulu district affected regional independence. In this study researchers used secondary data with techniques of collecting data from relevant agencies and using the method of analysis of regional financial independence.     This research aims to know the influence of brand awareness and brand trust on customer brand loyalty Wardah in the Province of Banten, the simultaneous influence of both are also tested in this study. The population in this research is the customers Products in Banten Province. The research was carried out in June until August 2018. The method used is the sample election assidental sampling technique or the formula used hence theory Malhotra and produced 85 representative sample, a sample that is truly representative of the population. Data collection is carried out by means of questionnaires to spread 85 respondents. Based on the results of this research it can be concluded that variables brand awareness and confidence in the brand to brand loyalty either partial or simultaneous. The influence of brand awareness greater than trust the brand. And 76.3% wardah customer brand loyalty in Banten Province affected by the brand awareness and confidence in the brand, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined
