Analysis of the Business Environment in Construction Service Industry in DKI Jakarta Indonesia
This study aims to specifically analyze the business environment in the construction service industry in DKI Jakarta, by using an external and internal dimension factor approach. The dimensions of external factors include several indicators such as political, economic, social, and technological indicators. While the internal factor dimensions consist of indicators of corporate culture, corporate structure, and corporate resources. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. The number of samples included 370 leaders of construction service companies in DKI Jakarta. One company is represented by one company leader, either a large, medium or small scale company. The results showed that external factors are more dominant than internal factors in shaping the construction service business environment in DKI Jakarta. It can be understood because as the capital city, DKI Jakarta has a far more complex constellation than other regions. It means that in the case of operating companies in Jakarta, they must be agile in managing external threats and opportunities. Companies that cannot adapt to the very dynamic climate in the capital with the dramatic competition will not be able to survive
Determination of Hotel Room Rental Rates Using the Cost-Plus Pricing Method
Room rental rates in the hotel business is the one of the customer consideration for selected the hotel. This study aims to compare the pricing determined by the hotel with the price-plus pricing method. The study was conducted a hotel in a tourist area in Banten by analyzing the operational costs incurred by the hotel and the standard cost that has been made. Determination of price based on full costing method obtained Standard room Rp 556.688, deluxe room Rp 722.855, Junior Executive Rp 1.077.091, Executive Rp 2.111.098, President Suite room Rp 3.546.987. But when using Variable Costing, the price of Standard room is Rp 246,089, Deluxe Room Rp 344,432, Junior Executive Rp 345,678, Executive Rp 487.244, President Suite Rp 1.934.805, so it is possible to win the competition because the price can be cheaper
The Influence Of Leadership And Supervision Of Employee Performance In The Employee Cooperatives PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon
Good leadership and supervision of employees are some of the factors that are expected to improve employee performance at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. This study aims to find out how much influence leadership and supervision have on employee performance at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. The population and sample in this study were all employees totaling 99 employees who worked at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. This research was conducted from 03 to 15 November 2019. Data were collected by questionnaire method, and the analysis used was the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 for windows. Based on the results of this study concluded that: Hypothesis 1 test obtained tvalue is greater than ttable (5,242 > 1,984) so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means leadership (X1) influences employee performance (Y), hypothesis 2 obtained tvalue is greater than ttable ( 6,597 > 1,984) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means supervision (X2) influences employee performance (Y), and hypothesis 3 is obtained the Fvalue value is 638,205 while Ftable is 3.09 which means Fvalue > Ftable. This shows that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means that leadership (X1) and supervision (X2) jointly influence employee performance (Y)
An Examination of The Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty: The Mediating Role of Customer Attitude
This study aimed at understanding the effects of corporate social responsibility, corporate image, customer attitude, and customer loyalty. The method used for this study was causality and non-probability sampling and purposive sampling were used as the data collection methods. The data source in this study was primary data collected using questionnaire instruments. The number of samples of the study was 100 respondents. The data analysis model in this study used path diagrams in the form of regression equations. The results of the statistical study showed that: (1) Corporate social responsibility and customer immunity both partially and simultaneously had a positive effect on customer attitude, (2) Corporate social responsibility and corporate image, both partially and simultaneously, had a positive effect on customer loyalty. (3) Corporate social responsibility, customer image, and customer attitude simultaneously had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially, only corporate social responsibility and customer image had a significant effect on customer loyalty, while customer attitude had no significant effect. (4) The customer attitude variable was able to mediate the effects of corporate social responsibility and customer image on customer loyalty
Impact of Locus Control and The Work Environment on Employee Performance with Self-Efficiency as a Mediation in Paper Companies in East Java
Human resources have a vital role in every organization to survive in the increasingly tough competition. The sophistication of communication technology and its methods will not be meaningful if the existing human resources are not skilled in using all existing facilities. Every existing organization needs human resources which have high performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of locus of control and work environment on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. In this study, the dependent variable is employee performance, while the independent variable is the locus of control and work environment and self-efficacy as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at a paper company in East Java. The data collection method was carried out by using a census technique using a questionnaire so that the sample amounted to 100 respondents. The results showed that locus of control had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy but had no significant effect on employee performance. The work environment had a significant positive effect on employee self-efficacy and performance. In contrast, self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance and was an intervening variable between locus of control and employee performance. employee performance
Analysis of the Effect of Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Sales at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009-2019
This research aims to identify and analyze whether there is an influence between them Curren Ratio and Debt To Equty Ratio, either partially or simultaneously to Sales at PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The approach taken for the use of research this is associative. The population of this study is to use financial statement data, namely data Curren Ratio consisting of current assets and current debt for Deb to Equty Ratio data consists of total debt and total equity and sales data consisting of gross sales and selling expenses for 29 years from 1990-2019 which were accessed through the website www.indofood.commethod of collection with a sample size of 11 years, namely 2009-2019. The The research sampling is purposive sampling method. While the data analysis technique using Curren Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Sales, multiple linear regression, hypothesis (t test and F test), multiple correlation coefficient and multiple determination coefficient. Research result This proves that the Curren Ratio has no significant effect partially on Sales. The Debt To Equty Ratio has no significant effect partially on Sales. To be simultaneously on the Curren Ratio and Debt To Equty Ratio not effect on Sales. While the most dominant factor is the Curren Ratio and Debt To Equty Ratio to Sales is the Curren Ratio at PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tb
The Effect of Job Stress and Cyberloafing on Organizational Commitment on Soe Bank Employees in The City of Surabaya
This research was conducted on employees of conventional state owned banks in the city of Surabaya. The goals of the research to analyze the relationship beetween job stress and cyberloafing on organizational commitment. Data collection used interviews and online questionnaires. The questionnaire consisted of 26 questions and was filled in by 58 respondents. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test used on the research which included linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and normality test. Regression test using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing hypothesis using the t test. research results reveal that job stress has no effect on organizational commitment, but the results of cyberloafing found that there was a positive effect on organizational commitment

The Implication of Digital Marketing that Influence the Political Decision to Vote
The intention of this research is to understand how did the winner of the election win the heart of the prospective voters and which of the variables that has the highest influence on the decision to vote for the candidate, the respective variables are: positioning and social media marketing towards the decision to vote in relating to the political marketing as the intervening variable. The data was collected from the distribution of questionnaire, the population are the voters of the election in West Java, Indonesia. This research is using Purposive Sampling as the data processing and the analysis tool is using Partial Least Square. The results indicate that both positioning and social media marketing have positive and significant effect towards political marketing, and the variable of positioning have the most significant influence towards decision to vote compare to social media marketing. The results show that the positioning of a candidate is very important to engage the decision of the voters to vote for them. Eventhough the social media marketing is also playing an important part to engage their voters
Compliance In Broiler Agribusiness Partnership Contracts at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Makassar Unit
Partnership is a business strategy carried out by two or more parties within a certain period of time to gain mutual benefits with the principle of mutual need and mutual growth. Because it is a business strategy, the success of the partnership is largely determined by the compliance among partners in carrying out business ethics. In this context, the parties who are directly involved in the partnership must have the basics of business ethics that are mutually understood and embraced as a starting point in running the partnership. This study is objected to determine the compliance level of the company PT. Ciomas adisatwa Makassar Unit as the core in the broiler agribusiness partnership contract. This study was conducted from January 2020 to February 2020. The sample in the study was 31 breeders who partnered with PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Makassar Unit. Data collection was carried out using farmer data recorded in the core company and farmer interviews. The data analysis used in this research is using the Champion formula. The result of the study indicates that the compliance level of the core company PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Makassar Unit in the broiler chicken agribusiness partnership system is in the compliant category (compliance rate of 81.81%).
