    Trucks Pooling and Allocation in TSE Concept Using GIS Spatial and Novel FFOA

    Strategic system logistics business entails the importance of regulating truck pooling facilities and allocating the trucks for cost optimization goals. Regulators and investors must consider spatial constraints such as the supply-demand gap and service distance. Little attention has been paid to developing decision logistics models, particularly truck pooling and allocation decisions. In this study, the FFOA and GIS were used to determine the spatial component of truck pooling decisions, providing a scenario for origin pooling and delivery distance. The model evaluates truck allocation to each city, a distance vector, a spatial factor, and city demand are used for the cost optimization goal. The results show that the FFOA model successfully defines the optimal truck allocation for each truck pooling site with a cost. The managerial implication in developing a sharing economy concept for truck logistics is to use the study's framework model result to solve challenges in truck logistics

    The Interaction of the Kemambang Village Community in Developing a Tourist Village

    Kemambang Village is located in Banyubiru district, Semarang Regency, Ambarawa, with natural potential (natural scenery, dispensary plantations, coffee plantations, and so on); culinary potential (Kumambang mas coffee, Jamu, Gula Ant, and so on); and cultural potential (Rodat dance, Keprajurita dance, Merti Desa, and so on). Kemambang shows that the potential of villages is very diverse, but villages have not been able to optimize the potential of existing resources due to lack of knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the interaction of the kemambang village community in developing tourist villages. The theory used in this study is ecological communication popularized by Luhman (1989). Luhman uses the concept of "resonance" in describing the interaction between the system and the social environment. A context that experiences the complexity of ecological problems can create communication problems, on the contrary, these problems can be overcome with solutions offered simultaneously. The results showed that cooperation between various parties that form the ecology of tourism development in Kemambang village is important to carry out. Karang Taruna still needs cooperation with the village government as the person in charge of the existing programs by conducting two-way communication. The dialogue between the two parties aims to advance tourist village destinations

It is a vital aspect in determining whether an organization succeeds or fails. A leader's style is defined by how he guides and encourages others to accomplish institutional objectives. Basic skills are described as "a collection of psychological and social areas of expertise and interpersonal skills that enable individuals to make informed choices, resolve issues, think critically and analytically, effectively communicate, develop relationships, empathize with others, and cope and enhance their quality of life, productively and healthily." This research aims to determine the effect of Leadership as a practical skill on educational establishments. From the perspective of the school, the principal's Leadership is critical. His function and responsibilities will impact all facets of the school organization’s life. At the executive level of the school, the principal's Leadership is the significant variable that serves as a bridge between individual lives and the future outlook of any institution. This research aims to demonstrate how Leadership as a practical skill, affects educational institution’s performance. This is a conceptual study that provides a theoretical foundation for the notion. The reports and findings indicate that leadership style plays a critical role in boosting an institution's success since it influences the organization's culture and the value of its personnel

    Analysis of the Imposition of VAT on Business Through E-Commerce at KPP Bekasi Utara in 2021

    The development of the internet has created a new business, namely electronic commerce which has turned conventional commerce into an electronic-based business. Electronic commerce has taken away the efficiency of the market so that a business with a new dimension is formed. Electronic commerce can provide additional state revenue so that the government issues regulations regarding the collection of VAT on trade transactions through the electronic system. Objective: To analyzing the implementation of VAT collection on trade through an electronic system in an effort to increase tax revenue at KPP Pratama Bekasi Utara based on an analysis of the implementation, the obstacles faced, and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. Methods: This research was descriptive qualitative. The data collection methods were Observation, Documentation, and interviews. Result: the implementation of VAT on Trading Through Electronic Systems in an Effort to Increase Tax Revenue at KPP Pratama Bekasi Utara has not been implemented optimally, because not all PMSE business actors know and apply regulations regarding VAT collection on PMSE transactions

    Analysis of Digital Optimization Strategy at Al Eiman Royal Hotel Madinah during Pandemic

    This research aims to analyze digital optimization Al Eiman Royal hotel, to analyze decision-making efforts are to deal with problems that arise during the pandemic. It also to see the digital optimization strategy carried out by hotels in Madinah during the pandemic. Data analysis source by searching, collecting data by conducting observations and interviews and then making conclusions so that they are easy to understand. The interview technique that will be used is a structured interview. The various data obtained are then processed and analyzed using the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), TOWS Matrix, and IE Matrix to conclude the strategies that have been carried out and inputs that can be used by Al Eiman Royal Hotel as a reference for optimizing the implementation of digital strategies during the pandemic. According to the research result, the IFE and EFE matrix with a total weight of 3.45 for IFE and 2.51 for EFE puts the hotel is in a Growth Stability position with a strategy to keep and maintain the existing market while being able to develop with new types of services also can formulate strategic options for hotel directions using the TOWS matrix

    Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance Before and After the Acquisition (Study on the Go Public Acquisitors For The Period of 2011-2019)

    The study aims to compare financial performance in Go Public Acquirer Companies before and after acquisition by analyzing significant differences in related to Liquidity (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio), Solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio), Activity (Total Asset Turn Over) and Profitability (Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Net Profit Margin). This study used secondary data of financial statements two years before and after the acquisition of the acquirer company 2013-2017 with the research period of 2011-2019. The sampling technique use purposive sampling. A hypothesis test tool for testing H1 until H8 using Paired Sample T-Test or Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that there is a significant difference in Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, dan Net Profit Margin, while in Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Debt to Asset Ratio there is no significant difference

    Pizza Hut made various efforts to boost sales in the face of business challenges in the midst of the pandemic. One of the ways to do this is by picking up the ball by selling it on a number of roads ( Gowest.id ). In addition, the strategies used by Pizza Hut are prioritizing delivery order and take away services at Pizza Hut outlets , marketing products on the roadside , holding discount promos; and n create new variants in the Pizza menu and improve the quality of its products . This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, direct selling and advertising on purchasing decisions on Pizza Hut consumers. This research is a quantitative research, taking the place of research at Pizza Hut Serang . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Pizza Hut consumers . The sample used is 100 respondents . Data analysis used multiple linear regression technique using SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions . Direct Selling has no effect on purchasing decisions. Advertisement influence on purchasing decisions. and simultaneously variable product quality, direct selling and advertising affect purchasing decisions on Pizza Hut consumers

    MSME Agglomeration and Image Branding Destinations in Tourism Village Development as an Economic Improvement for Rural Communities (Case Study at Sendang Senjoyo Tourism Object, Salatiga City)

    Sendang Senjoyo is a pond that has its own spring and has a beautiful view. Located in Tegalwaton Village, Tingkir District, Salatiga Regency, Central Java, making it a tourist location that promises to be natural beauty with a cool atmosphere with the freshness of cold and clear water making it a suitable tourist spot to unwind and relax with family. With the existence of this tourist attraction, it helps the economy of the surrounding community through MSMEs that stand at the tourist attraction. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the purpose of this research is to find out how the agglomeration of SMEs and Image Branding Destinations in Tourism Village Development as an Economic Improvement of Village Community with the focus of research on SMEs in the tourist attraction of Sendang Senjoyo, Salatiga. The resource persons taken in this study amounted to 4 people consisting of the Head of Tegalwaton Village, Semarang Regency, the tourism object manager (BUMDES) Sendang Senjoyo, MSME actors in Sendang Senjoyo and the surrounding community or tourists. The results of this study indicate the management of the Senjoyo tourist attraction is carried out by the Tegalwaton Village government in collaboration with the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) and local communities. Image Branding Destination Sendang Senjoyo tourist attraction was built with the concept of spiritual, nature, entertainment, tree museum and springs. The lack of facilities and infrastructure at the Senjang Senjoyo tourist attraction which is still not optimal and not functioning properly, as well as the absence of natural resource development for MSME actors to be given training in improving the ability to manage business. The arrangement of selling places at the Sendang Senjoyo tourist attraction is also still not neatly arranged and the development of merchant places is not evenly distributed because many permanent buildings still use wood and tarpaulin

    The task of the State Civil Apparatus as mandated in the Act is to provide good service to the community, therefore it is very important if the State Civil Apparatus has an entrepreneurial spirit in providing services to the community, so that the services provided have the characteristics of fast and timely service. But in reality, the public services that we meet in the community still have a very long bureaucratic span, because one of them is related to the characteristics of human resources than the ASN who still do not have an understanding of the competencies they have. The method used in this paper is by taking data based on literature reviews from various sources relating to what is studied in this paper and describing some findings that describe the slowness of public services in one area in West Java. The san that becomes an obstacle for ASN still has an entrepreneurial spirit because it collides with some old rules that have been entrenched, so that it has an impact on the weak characteristics of the ability of the State Civil Apparatus in providing public services to the community
