Development Concept and Strategy for Creative Tourism of Community-Based Tourism Destinations in Yogyakarta
The paper explores the current condition and the potential development of creative tourism in the context of community-based tourism (CBT) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A particular context was studied, that is, in the times of COVID-19 pandemic, where its adverse effects were experienced by tourism industry. Based on the research of the current state of creative tourism products in the tourism villages as CBT destinations, the paper aims to identify the factors contributing to the development of creative tourism products in tourism villages based on their cultural and natural assets. The research was conducted in three tourism villages in Yogyakarta by employing observation and interviews with the tourism villages’ managers and community members. Data were analyzed employing content-analysis. Findings of the research show that creative tourism is important for the survivability of tourism villages’ business especially during and post pandemic. Findings also bring in the importance of leadership and entrepreneurship of the tourism villages. Such result contributes to the conceptual understanding of creative tourism development, especially in the context of CBT destinations, to be able to enhance the resilience of tourism villages and to continue prosper the local community
Understanding Business Marketing Strategy and Its Influence on Consumer Behavior: A Qualitative Analysis
The activity carried out by consumers every day is shopping. This activity is very important because it affects everyday life. In carrying out shopping activities, many decisions are made by the consumer. Understanding the consumer decision process is very important for marketers to create the right marketing strategy. This research will be carried out to look at the relationship that occurs between consumer behavior and its influence on changes in marketing strategy in Indonesia. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of previous research or studies that still have relevance to this research. This study found that when consumers feel a product has successfully met their needs, they will feel satisfied in consuming the product. Marketing strategy is determined by its interaction with consumer decisions. Then a good marketing strategy is to provide products that can meet the needs of consumers
Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee Performance at Aetra Regional Drinking Water Company of Jakarta (PDAM)
The research at Aetra Air Drinking Water Regional Company of East Jakarta (PDAM) aims to analyze: 1) the influence of work discipline on employee performance, 2) The Effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on employee performance. 3) The simultaneous influence of work discipline and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on employee performance. The research approach used quantitative paradigms. The population was 339 people and the determination of samples used the Slovin technique so that a sample of 77 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used a co-existing linear regression test by using SPSS. The results show that Work Discipline and Occupational Safety and Health (K3), both simultaneously and significantly affect the performance of employees of PT. AETRA AIR Jakarta, while the managerial implication of these findings is the need for efforts to improve the employee performance of PT. AETRA AIR Jakarta. Referring to the findings of this study, among others, there is a need for firmness from the agency about the employees’ problems, especially for those whose absence rate is high enough to improve discipline. The reason is that the problem of indiscipline affects other employees so that it will affect the overall performance of the company. This research shows that matters related to discipline, and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) should be more considered and always improved to further boost the employee performance at PT Aetra Air Jakarta. Discipline should be improved in terms of supervision from HRD while Occupational Safety and Health (K3) involves other parties/agencies in terms of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) management system

Impact of the Implementation of Green Human Resources Management: A Study of Systematic Literature
The impact of implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is an important research agenda in human resource management practices in modern business companies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and uses a systematic literature review approach. The purpose study is to provide an overview of the latest research on the application of GHRM, problems that arise in the application of GHRM, policies and operational steps for implementing GHRM, the impact of implementing GHRM, and recommendations for further research studies on the impact of implementing GHRM in the corporate environment. This paper presents a structural overview of 30 peer-reviewed articles published in leading academic journals from 2018 to 2022. This review provides an increased understanding of the current state of research, trends, and future research directions. The literature review framework uses the PRISMA model. Research findings show that the implementation of GHRM is developing in both developed and developing countries, effective GHRM implementation requires organizational commitment and employee participation. The GHRM implementation system is the uniqueness of the organization and the impact of GHRM implementation leads to green managerial innovation and green HR process innovation that supports green management and sustainable green industries
Reformulating a Market-Driven Service Strategy of Community-Based Tourist Destinations Post-Pandemic Covid-19: Evidence from Indonesia
The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed tourism villages to various challenges. Tourism villages as a form of rural tourism which are managed by local people face more serious problems due to their lack of expertise. This study aims to apply customer-driven strategies in formulating strategies to market tourism villages. Employing marketing concepts of service quality, satisfaction, and revisit intention, this research investigates the mediating role of satisfaction in the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. Tourist perceptions are further analyzed based on their demographic and psychographic characteristics to provide insights into the formulation of segmentation strategies. This research collects data from 203 people who have visited tourism villages. Data were collected offline and online using Google Forms. Results of Regression Analysis with Mediation and Bonferonni's Multiple Comparison indicated that Reliability, Empathy, and Tangibles have a positive effect on satisfaction. Further, satisfaction fully mediates the effect of Reliability and Empathy on revisit intention. Meanwhile, satisfaction partially mediates the effect of Responsiveness and Tangibles on revisit intention
The Development of New Media in the Economic Growth of the Indonesian Music Industry
This study will discuss how new media in the music industry affect the music industry. This has had a major impact on businesses in the music industry and consumers who enjoy music. Institutional Arrangement in the Investment Sector through Inter-Organizational Communication
Investment is one of the economic drivers in various countries, because investment will be able to have a very significant impact on economic development. Therefore, this investment growth has special attention in various regions to support the smooth development of investment. Therefore, investment services, especially in licensing development, have changed dynamically in line with global economic developments. This situation requires innovation in investment and licensing processes to improve the investment climate. Handling efforts can be carried out in various ways such as human resource development or organizational management aimed at facilitating services for the business community. Based on the newest phenomena and facts supported by data, the problems were analyzed using qualitative method approaches and descriptive analysis methods. Thus, a descriptive analysis method is applied to find facts by accurately interpreting and describing the group and individual characteristics of the phenomena found from the results of this study. The results of this research showed that the bureaucratic path in completing licensing was very long and had an impact on the increasingly expensive licensing fees, so that this will not support the objectives of investment policies in the region. It can be concluded that the problem lies in the institutional aspect of the agency that handles licensing and investment issues that exist in each region which are still weak in formal and informal regulations and their enforcement, so that the implementation of policies on investment is still very difficult to be implemented, or bad implementation. The implementated of law enforcement both formal and informal, one of them is supported by the synergy between policy actors and harmonization of communication among organizations because this will have an impact on making licensing easily for investment to cut long bureaucratic paths as well as expensive cost
Human Resources Analysis of Education, Training and Job Placement in Improving Employee Performance
The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the level of education, training, and job placement has on improving employee performance at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Lubuklinggau City, South Sumatra, Indonesia with a population of 70 respondents who are employees of the BKPSDM and elements of the Infectorate Lubuklinggau City. This research is quantitative research with statistical analysis using SPSS version 23 with a multiple linear regression approach to test the hypothesis and test the coefficient of determination. The results showed that simultaneously the level of education, training, and job placement had a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance, but partially job placement had a dominant influence on improving employee performance, with work placements that matched the competencies possessed by employees through education and training will affect improving the performance of the employee concerned, it is recommended that the Employment and Human Resources Development Agency of Lubuklinggau City continue to maintain employees who are following their competencies, and continuously develop the level of education and training of employees
Implementation of 9P Marketing Mix Strategy in Order to Increase Sales Volume in Abdul Ghoffar Rejotangan Tulungagung's Koi Fish Farming Business
The marketing mix consists of all the things a company can do to find out the demand for its products. This research was aimed to analyze the application of the 9P marketing mix strategy in increasing sales volume as an effort to maximize profits in the Abdul Ghoffar Rejotangan Tulungagung’s Koi Fish Farming Business. This research used descriptive research methods and STP with a qualitative approach. Sources of data in this research were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research was carried out with 5 informants, they were business owners, employees, consumers 1, consumers 2, and competitors. The results showed that the 9P marketing mix strategy at the Abdul Ghoffar Rejotangan Tulungagung’s Koi Fish Farming Business was carried out in various ways. First, the various products produced with 11 kinds of fish, good quality products concerning the size of the koi fish, and innovative products. Second, the price offered was affordable according to the target market. Third, marketing and delivery locations were strategic and easy to reach. Fourth, various promotions so prospective consumers could easily find products. Fifth, good quality business locations by classifying fish according to conditions. Sixth, conducted training for employees to produce good service to consumers. Seventh, an effective delivery process by choosing the right distributor. Eighth, did safe packaging. Ninth, used an easy payment method. This research concluded that the implementation of the 9P marketing mix strategy can have an impact on increasing sales volume in Abdul Ghoffar Rejotangan Tulungagung’s Koi Fish Farming Business
