    Design and Development of Information Systems Supporting Stock Investors "Batch of Automatic Stock Analysis System"

    Many information systems make it easier for stock investors to make decisions to buy shares. But no information system provides an easy-to-understand display and exclusive features to make it easier for investors to make decisions and find information about stock investments, especially for novice investors. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a web-based information system that can assist stock investors in making decisions and seeking information about stock investments. The design of this information system is equipped with a stock overview, moving average analysis, analysis of Minervini trends templates, analysis of candlestick patterns, stock screeners, and stock lists. Stocks that can be analyzed using technical analysis and candlestick patterns are only stocks belonging to the LQ45, KOMPAS100, IDX80, IDX30, JII70, Investor33, Pefindo25 constituents. The results of this study are stock investors can get stock recommendations in real-time and information about stock investments quickly

The Purpose of this research is to understand the saving and investment behaviour of the IT professionals. There are various dimensions of savings and investment behaviour such as features of investment planning, determinants of investment preferences, IT Professionals have different mindset when they decide about investing in a particular avenue and they want his saving to be invested in most secure and liquid way. Though, the decision varies for every separate depending upon their risk aptitude. Their investment objective also differs from financial stability to additional income and so on.     Importance of Current Ratio and Dividend Yield Ratio in Moderating Process on Stock Prices

    This study aims to determine the influence of Gross Profit Margin, Receivable Turn Over and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Price with Current Ratio and Dividen Yield Ratio as moderating variables.  This study used the object of the Batubara subsector company on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2020. The data collected is secondary data with documentation methods in the form of company annual reports. The analysis tool used to test hypotheses is the IBM SPPS V26. The sampling method used in this study using purposive sampling techniques was obtained by 9 companies that presented complete financial statements, so that 81 samples were obtained. The analytical techniques used are deskriptif statistical analysis, classical assumption test, moderated regression analysis (MRA), multiple linear regression, t test test, and f test.  The results of the study partially concluded that Gross Profit Margin  has no significant effect on Stock Price, Receivable Turn Over has a significant effect on Stock Price and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on Stock price.  The results of the study simultaneously showed that the value of Fcount 13,962 and Ftable 2,72 means that Fcount > Ftable or a significant value of 0,000<0,05. So far, Gross Profit Margin, Receivable Turn Over and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Prices. The results of moderately regression analysis (MRA) research show that Current Ratio does not moderate Gross Profit Margin to Stock Prices, Current Ratio does moderate Receivable Turn Over to Stock Price and Current Ratio does not moderate Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Prices, Dividen Yield Ratio does not moderate Gross Profit Margin to Stock Prices, Dividen Yield Ratio does moderate Receivable Turn Over to Stock Price and Dividen Yield Ratio does not moderate Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Prices

    Customer Loyalty Analysis Affected by Location and Promotion through Purchase Decisions and Customer Satisfaction

    ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze customer loyalty which is influenced by location and promotion through purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction made by visitors to Indomaret Cipinnag Indah. Data obtained in April 2022 as many as 130 respondents. Thirty respondents for validity and reliability testing and 100 respondents were used for path analysis testing to know the direct and indirect effects of the dependent variable on the independent variable. Sampling using the Roscoe technique, all of whom are visitors to Indomaret Cipinang Indah. This study's results indicate that location significantly affects purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The promotion affects purchasing decisions but does not affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. Purchase decisions affect consumer loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction does not affect consumer loyalty. Indirectly location and promotion affect consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions and do not affect customer satisfaction

    The Factors That Influence The Purchasing Decisions Local Cosmetic Products

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of celebrity endorsers, brand image, brand trust, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions of local cosmetic products. The method used in this study uses primary data with a sample of 178 respondents, both users and those who have used local cosmetic products. Data collection techniques use non-probability sampling. The data used in this study uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T tests, F tests, multiple linear analysis, and coefficient of determination. The findings revealed that celebrity endorsement, brand trust, and lifestyle influence the purchase of local cosmetic products, whereas brand image has no effect. Celebrity endorsers, brand image, brand trust, lifestyle and price simultaneously influence the decisions of local cosmetic product buyers

    Analysis of Passenger Satisfaction on Green Airport Blimbingsari International Service

    Since 2019, Blimbingsari Airport has been designated as an International Airport with a green airport concept. This airport has received the most prestigious award in The 2022 Aga Khan Award for Architecture. Several energy efficiencies and conservation program initiatives certainly have an impact on the service facilities provided. However, this program implies an increase in the number of passengers. This increase certainly requires attention to be studied further because it is related to the airport's ability to serve the needs of service users. This study was conducted to determine the service quality of Blimbingsari International Airport based on passenger perceptions. 100 respondent were randomly selected to be the research sample. This study uses 5 (five) service quality dimensions which include 7 service variables to measure airport service quality. Data collection was carried out in mid-June 2022 by distributing a Likert scale 5 questionnaire. Data analysis used the IPA and Servqual gap methods. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that there are 7 (four) service variables that are important to determine the quality of airport terminal services, namely (1) the ease of passengers in obtaining information, (2) the reliability of airport facilities and equipment, (3) the coolness and comfort of the airport terminal. , and (4) a clean airport terminal room. The servqual gap shows that 5 (five) dimensions of service quality are positive. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the service quality of Blimbingsari International Airport is very satisfying for passengers

    The Influence of Business Performance on Credit Accessbility to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs)

    This study investigates the influence of performance of micro and small enterprises on accessing external finance from banks. This study used data from 30 respondents of MSEs by survey questionnaires in West Sumatera, Indonesia. The study used simple linear regression model with the access of credit as the dependent variable and performance of business as the independent variable. The results confirm that the performance of MSEs significantly affect accessibility to external finance from banks. The study recommended that both financial and non-financial measures are important in determining access to credit. Therefore, businesses have to improve their resources in order to increase their performance and to improve their accessibility to credit. Due to their limitations in preparing financial statements, the hybrid approach of using financial and non-financial measures should be considered by financial institutions to assess the conditions of the business. A conductive environment should be created for good relationships among stakeholders

    Culinary, with various types of food and various menus, is now rife in the midst of society, especially during the current pandemic. It is added with the implementation of The Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (CARE) by the government to limit the physical interaction between people and groups in an effort to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. With this implementation, the activities of people going out of the house are decreasing. This is what fosters public interest in buying food online. Companies that run online applications currently provide many attractive promos to attract the attention of consumers using their services. Marketing strategies and brands that exist in food trends businesses are diverse, in the current pandemic, there are many creative ideas for entrepreneurs to work with online culinary application service companies whose aim is to make it easier for consumers to buy food online. People who use this marketing and branding strategy also find it helpful because they don't need to leave the house to buy food, by using an application on their gadget the food will be delivered by an online motorcycle taxi driver (Ojol). Still because of the pandemic, many workers got laid off so many of them switch to opening a business, and most of the business they do is to open a contemporary culinary business. From the many culinary businesses that have sprung up, it also indirectly fosters the interest of entrepreneurs to open culinary businesses. The research method in this study used a qualitative descriptive with reference to the theory of Hierarchy Effect Models using the AIDA model as a stage of assistance in marketing targets to consumers. The source of the research data above was taken by using primary data (interviews and documentation). While the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the "Digital Branding" Strategy on food trends businesses in order to foster creativity and interest of Entrepreneurs in opening a culinary business or business opportunity, especially during the pandemic

    Quantitative Analysis of Working at Home During The Covid-19 Pandemic

    Although many studies have shown that Working from home (WFH) has a positive impact on the organization, the consequent covid-19 outbreak shows an important disadvantage associated with increasing levels of WFH. This research intends to look into the possibilities for improving employee performance from working at home, we examine how increasing WFH affects the work environment, workload, organizational culture. Our study is based on data from an online survey of 68 employees at the Land Agency of Musirawas Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The results show that the predominant level of WFH during civid-19 isolation causes more workload, and less organizational culture. In addition, The study's findings demonstrate the strong interconnectedness of tasks between the work environment, workload and organizational culture to realize good employee performance. In such a way that Our research adds to the literature on the potential detrimental organizational impacts brought on by the rising requirement for WFH. Organizations should design remedies to better incorporate WFH personnel into daily operations to lessen their sense of social isolation and increase organizational identification

    The Analysis of Activity-Based Management Implementation to Increase Cost Efficiency in Hotel XY Semarang

    Hotel XY Semarang is a star hotel that provides various services and facilities, so it is necessary to increase cost efficiency without reducing the value provided to customers. This study aims to analyze the cost efficiency of activities by applying the Activity-Based Management method using accurate cost information to reduce non-value-added activities. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study first calculated the room rental cost using Activity-Based Costing, then calculated the value of cost efficiency with the Activity-Based Management method and tested the hypothesis to determine whether there is a significant difference after the implementation of Activity Based Management. The results showed that Hotel XY Semarang still calculates room rental costs using the traditional method. After implementing the Activity Based Costing method, the results show the difference in under costing in the President Suite room types and over costing in the Deluxe Room, Junior Suite, and Executive Suite room types. The implementation of Activity Based Management can reduce costs by Rp. 734.526.570 or increase cost efficiency by 7.91% of the total cost of Rp. 9.287.146.443
