    Integrating Banking Fundamental Factors with Financial Technologies in Increasing Banking Performance

    The existence of innovation involving the adoption of technology in banking has boosted financial performance, where banks get sizable benefits. The use of technology in financial services or known as fintech not only produces new products and models in financial services, but has created solutions. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data sourced from the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia from April 2020 to April 2023. The object of this research is all banks in Indonesia whose data has been aggregated. The variables used in the research are fintech as the independent variable, and banking profitability as the dependent variable, then adding banking fundamentals as a control variable . Meanwhile the analysis technique to be used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Fintech can optimize its role in supervising customers which can have an impact on minimizing non-performing loans so that it can increase profitability. The next thing is that even though costs increase it can actually increase profitability. The role of fintech in this case is that although the adoption of fintech will increase costs, profitability will also increase. The level of financing represented by LDR can be maximized in percentage in order to increase profitability

    Digital Skill Confirmation Factor Analysis on the Use of Mobile Banking Services in the City of Surakarta

    This study conducted in Surakarta, Indonesia aimed to examine the relationship between digital skills and mobile banking usage using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The study revealed that operational mobile skills, information navigation skills, creative skills, and social skills were the factors that influenced mobile banking usage. However, despite the rapid development of mobile banking, there was still a digital divide. The study recommends modifying the index through Exploratory Factor Analysis for future research. The findings emphasize the significance of digital skills in mobile banking and can be useful for policymakers, mobile banking service providers, and users in Surakarta, Indonesia. This study contributes to the understanding of the relationship between digital skills and mobile banking usage and highlights the need for digital skill development in accessing mobile banking services in Surakarta, Indonesia

    Cyber Crime and The Use of Internet Banking in The Community of Denpasar City

    The three objectives of this study were to determine: 1) the effects of internet banking on cybercrime in Denpasar City; 2) the effects of consumer protection for users of internet banking facilities on cybercrime in Denpasar; and 3) the effects of both the use of internet banking and consumer protection for users of internet banking facilities on cybercrime in Denpasar. This is a quantifiable research with population comprising the residents of Denpasar . The information was collected through a survey with 150 respondents using an unintentional selection technique. To evaluate the data collection, the traditional premise test, the multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test (R2), and the hypothesis test (F-test and t-test) were all implemented.  The outcome demonstrates: 1) The use of internet banking positively impacts cybercrime in Denpasar. 2) Consumer protection for users of internet banking facilities positively impacts cybercrime in Denpasar. 3) The use of internet banking positively impacts both consumer protection for users of internet banking facilities and cybercrime in Denpasar

    The Effect of Easy and Quality Service on Interest in Using BCA Mobile Banking through Trust as an Intervening Variable

    The rapid development of science and technology in the digital era has influenced people's lifestyles when accessing a lot of information in various service functions via electronic means. Banking utilizes information technology in mobile banking services. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of perceived convenience and service quality on interest in using BCA Mobile Banking through trust as an intervening variable. The research method uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 people aged at least 17 years who have used or are currently using BCA Mobile Banking in Jabodetabek. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, R-Square test, path coefficient test, and indirect effect test (path analysis). The research results show that perceptions of convenience and service quality influence interest in using BCA Mobile Banking through trust. Perceived convenience does not influence interest in using BCA Mobile Banking, while service quality influences interest in using BCA Mobile Banking.     The Challenges and Opportunities of Small-Scale Public-Private Partnership Scheme to Finance Indonesia Local Street Lighting Equipment Projects : The Case of the Madiun Regency

    The Public-Private Partnerships Scheme (PPP) has become an important option in overcoming the gap in infrastructure financing needs. From the total number of PPP projects implemented in several countries, it was found that the number of small-scale PPP projects was relatively greater than mega PPP projects. In line with this, in the Indonesian context, regional governments are expected to be able to innovate infrastructure financing, including by using the PPP scheme. The Madiun Regency Street Lighting Equipment (APJ) PPP project is the first small-scale PPP that has completed the auction process and signed the Cooperation Agreement in Indonesia. Using the qualitative method through the relevant case study approach, this research succeeded in identifying several challenges as well as opportunities for more massive implementation potentials of small-scale PPP in APJ in the future as follows: (1) optimal risk allocations; (2) the strong commitment of the regional government as the party responsible for the cooperation project; (3) financial aspects/parameters accepted by the market; and (4) doable projects

    Exploring Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance: The Mediation Role of Psychological Empowerment Millennial Generation

    This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of millennial employees working in SMEs in Banjarmasin City in South Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Furthermore, it postulates that psychological empowerment is a mediator in explicating the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach and purposive sampling to select a sample of 400 SME employees in Banjarmasin who were born between 1981 and 1996, thus belonging to the millennial generation. Data analysis involves the utilization of PLS-SEM, with the testing of constructs following a reflective-reflective model. The findings indicate that transformational leadership does not directly influence employee performance but instead exerts its influence through the mediating factor of psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment, therefore, assumes a crucial role in mediating the relationship between these two constructs. Considering the limited existing literature concerning millennial generation workers, our model serves as a valuable tool for uncovering the distinctive traits of millennial employees within the SME context. Furthermore, this research lays the foundation for future cross-country comparisons of millennial leadership approaches across diverse Asian nations, contributing to a deeper understanding of the varying characteristics of the millennial generation within distinct cultural settings

The Human Resource Scorecard is a way to measure and show the performance of a company's human resources in a comprehensive manner that is directly aligned with the company's vision, mission and goals. This study uses a four-perspective approach, namely the Financial Perspective; Customer Perspective; Internal Business Process Perspective; Learning and Growth Perspective. Data collection was obtained from research related to four perspectives from PT. Surya Success Group. So the total score of PT. Surya Sukses Abadi Prima in 2019 was 2,506 which was classified as a bad company performance and in 2020 it was 3,139 which was classified as a medium company performance

Canva's role in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is expected to be an application that makes it easier for actors to market their selling products. This study aims to determine the effect of Canva training on improving the skills and sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The approach method used in the implementation of this training activity includes monological and dialogic methods. Based on the results of the study, training on using the Canva application to increase sales and skills has a positive effect on MSME owners.     Internal Factors Affecting the NPL of State-Owned Commercial Banks

    Banking in Indonesia generally relies on loan interest income as the primary income in financing its operations. Not all credit extended is risk-free; some have sizable risks and can threaten the bank’s health. So to measure a bank's ability to overcome failure to take credit from debtors, the NPL ratio can be used. This study aims to analyse the influence of internal factors, namely: CAR, LDR, NIM, and OEOI, on NPLs of State-Owned Commercial Banks during 2015-2022. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with panel data using the financial statements of Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BTN during 2015 - 2022. The results of this study indicate that CAR and BOPO have a significant positive effect on NPL, while LDR and NIM have a significant negative effect on NPL

    The Analysis of Visitor Satisfaction Influenced by Tourist Attractions and Service Quality through Tourism Image in Kawung Tilu, Cikarang Timur, Bekasi Regency

    The objective of this study is to analyze how tourism attractiveness and service quality impact visitor satisfaction through the tourism image in the specific area of Kawung Tilu, Cipayung Village, Cikarang Timur District, Bekasi Regency. The research methodology is a quantitative descriptive approach comprising 120 respondents who are the visitors of the tourist sites. About 20 respondents are  measured by the validity and the reliability testing, whereas 100 respondents will participate in the path analysis test. The findings reveal that tourism attractiveness has a positive influence on the tourism image. Similarly, the service quality positively affects the tourism image. In addition, tourism attractiveness has a positive impact on visitor satisfaction, as the service quality does. The tourism image acts as a mediator between tourism attractiveness and visitor satisfaction, aside from its direct effects. The results emphasize the significance in maintaining and enhancing tourism attractiveness and service quality to improve the tourism image and visitor satisfaction. In the context of developing a tourism village, it is crucial to consider these factors in order to deliberately create a positive experience for tourists and to effectively promote the tourism destination
