    Instagram Ads Usage to Increase Interest of Generation Z House Buying of PT Wengga Citra Jaya in East Kotawaringin

    Social media has become a digital platform for carrying out marketing activities. One of the social media used to carry out marketing activities is Instagram through the Instagram Ads feature. With a wise advertising strategy and utilizing existing features, Instagram Ads can be a very effective tool in influencing consumer buying interest and driving business growth. This research aims to analyze the use of Instagram Ads in an effort to increase interest in buying a house from PT Wengga Citra Jaya in East Kotawaringin Regency among generation Z. Generation Z's interest in buying a house is still relatively low due to several reasons and considerations. Generation Z are potential buyers in the future, so the low buying interest in generation Z must be overcome by carrying out marketing communication activities. This research uses qualitative method by collecting data through interviews with sources who are responsible for PT Wengga Citra Jaya's marketing activities and interviews with experts. The results of this research show that the efforts to use Instagram Ads carried out by PT Wengga Citra Jaya have not been optimal because there are elements that have not been used optimally. For maximum use, Instagram Ads must have information, images, audio, price and promotional elements. This research can be a reference for business actors who want to take advantage from Instagram Ads. To support maximum use of Instagram Ads, the supporting elements of the Instagram Ads should be maximally utilized to get more optimal results

    Analysis of the Development of Islamic Banks in the Capital Market: (Case Study of Indonesian Islamic Banks)

    This research aims to understand the trajectory of BSI in the capital market by using trend analysis and identifying the challenges faced in its development. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely content analysis of papers from the Google Scholar database, the OJK website, and the Indonesian data portal. The research object here is an analysis of the development of Islamic banks in the capital market, using trend analysis. The research results show that stock price forecasting, earnings per share forecasting, and ROE forecasting are assumed to remain stable at a certain level every year. In the stock price forecasting graph it produces an R squared value in percent of around 41.25%, in earnings per share forecasting it produces an R squared value in percent of around 95.61%, and in ROE forecasting it produces an R squared value in percent of around 87.75%. This only shows historical and projected data, without showing the factors that influence share price movements, earnings per share, and ROE.     This research aims to find out whether the quality of the Cash Management System at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Rantauprapat influences customer loyalty. Participants in this research were customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Rantauprapat. Quantitative research is the methodology used. Researchers only selected a sample of 60 respondents, so the selection was carried out using a total sampling technique. Validated and reliable questionnaires were included in the data collection methods. Simple linear regression, classical assumption test, F hypothesis test, t hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination are data analysis methods used to answer hypotheses. The results of the research carried out show that the t value calculated for the Quality of the Cash Management System (X) is 6.832. With this value greater than t table (2.002). Thus, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected in testing the research hypothesis. Cash Management System has a significant influence on fund transfer decisions, because Cash Management System contributes to fund transfer decisions by Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Rantauprapat customers. The bill payment feature allows customers to make payments such as telephone, electricity, cellular operator or insurance bills, while delivery orders can be used to make payments for shipping goods

    The determination of the functional position of treasurer which combines the duties of the treasurer with the Commitment-Making Officer (PPK) and Payment Instruction Signing Officer (PPSPM) has blurred the function of "comptable" as part of the duties of the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and "ordonateur" as part of the duties of COO (Chief Operational Officer). This paper seeks to answer research questions about how the functional position of treasurer should be defined so that it is in accordance with the intent of the State Treasury Law, the nature of the position, the order of professional responsibilities, and the family of positions. So that the position of treasurer becomes more in line with best treasury management practices. This research was conducted in the realm of financial management of the Indonesian state budget. By using qualitative descriptive research methods, we found that: the nature of the treasurer's work is expertise and independence, has extensive knowledge in the field of state financial management, behaves professionally, according to the law is responsible to the CFO, and the treasurer's field of duties needs to be made broader so that larger workload. The implications of this research are that the position of treasurer is more in line with the intent of the state treasury law, the scope of his duties adopts best practice treasury management, the nature of the work is more focused, and his career development is not hampered

    People with disabilities face multiple challenges in entrepreneurship, including physical limitations, accessibility to resources, and social stigma that often hinders their business development. This study aims to explore the challenges and adaptive strategies faced by people with disabilities in entrepreneurship and identify critical factors that can support their business success. Focusing on the use of communication technology and financial support, this research examines how adaptive training and inclusive policies can influence the success of disabled entrepreneurs. The research methodology involves a literature review and data analysis from various sources to understand communication, adaptive mechanisms, micro and small entrepreneurship, and people with disabilities. Relevant data surrounding these variables were collected, summarized, and analyzed. This study underscores the pivotal role of communication in the adaptive mechanisms of micro and small enterprises operated by individuals with disabilities. Through an extensive literature review, it has been demonstrated that effective communication is essential for disabled entrepreneurs to establish robust social networks, engage with customers, and secure vital resources to address various business challenges

    This study analyzes the work-life balance (WLB) of students who work as celebgams in Pontianak and Palangka Raya. Utilizing a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with seven informants, this research explores how celebgram students manage the balance between academic demands and their careers on social media and identify the challenges they face. The findings indicate significant differences in experiences between celebgam students in the two cities, particularly concerning commercial pressures and time flexibility. The main challenges identified include time management, social pressure, and follower expectations. This research provides important insights into the complexities students face in the digital age and its implications for educational policies and student well-being

    Exploring Generation Z Consumers’ Manners on Green Purchase Behavior Regarding Reusable Product

    This research examines Generation Z's attitudes towards green purchasing behavior, with particular attention to the use of reusable products, amidst the growing issue of plastic waste in Indonesia. Generation Z's particular drive to choose sustainable purchasing provides an in-depth look at green consumption patterns. In the face of major challenges from single-use plastics, this study analyzes the influence of environmental concern and green brand knowledge on Generation Z's intention and action to purchase reusable products. Unlike previous research, this study pays special attention to generation Z, a group that has rarely been the focus in discussing the influence of these factors. A total of 264 generation Z respondents in Pontianak were surveyed in this study, which was analyzed through a quantitative approach using SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. This study found that environmental concern and green brand knowledge significantly influence green purchase intention, which in turn positively influences green purchase behavior, with green purchase intention as a key mediator. The results indicate that a strategic approach that promotes environmental concern and green brand knowledge has the potential to encourage green consumption behavior and support sustainable practices

    Determinants on Green Repurchase Intention Vegan Skincare Products: The Mediation of Attitude Towards Behavior

    This research aims to examine determinants on green repurchase intention, mediated by attitude towards behavior in vegan skincare products from The Body Shop. The data analysis technique used is descriptive test, multiple regression using SPSS version 25 and sobel test. The number of respondents involved in this reasearch were 271 samples dominated by women from 842 thousand population instagram followers @thebodyshop. Data collection techniques using random sampling which is included in the probability sampling. Of the seven proposed research hypotheses supported by empirical data. The finding of study indicate that attitude towards behavior mediates the effect of green knowledge and green perceived value on repurchase intention. The results of this study are also expected to be useful for managing the assessed object related to the design of a strategy or program that is relevant to improving the quality of the attributes

    Increasing employee job satisfaction has a positive impact on company productivity and performance. PT PLN (Persero) Transmission, a leading company in the energy sector, pays special attention to the factors that influence employee job satisfaction, especially motivation, work environment and competence. This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, and competence on employee job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Transmission implementation unit. The population the researchers used was all permanent PT PLN (Persero) Bali Transmission Implementation Unit employees. The population in this study was 142 people who met the criteria as permanent employees of the Company, and by using the census method in selecting the sample, the research sample also numbered 142 people. Multiple linear regression analysis is applied to describe the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of SPSS. The results of this research show that motivation, work environment, and work competence positively affect employee job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Transmission Implementation Unit. This means that the better the motivation, work environment and work competence simultaneously, the more job satisfaction at PT PLN Transmisi Bali will increase. This research provides implications for companies regarding employee job satisfaction and things that must be paid attention to and improved to maximize employee job satisfaction

    The Role of Brand Image in Mediating the Influence of Social Media Marketing and Product Quality on Purchase Decision Uniqlo in Indonesia

    Based on the implication that brand image serves as a mediator between social media marketing and purchase decisions, Uniqlo can maximize their social media approach. This could be improved online communication, marketing that tell stories, or the application of unique social media platform characteristics that improve brand perception. This study aims to investigate the relative influence of social media marketing, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The research design chosen was causal research with purposive sampling technique. A questionnaire given to participants who met the requirements was used in this study. In this survey, a 5-point Likert scale was used (1 meaning strongly disagree and 5 meaning strongly agree). The large sample collected and surveyed in this research consisted of 200 respondents. The samples involved were Uniqlo consumers based in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 statistical tool will be used to construct and assess the measurement model and structural model of the research design. This research has shown how social media marketing, product quality, and brand image all have a big relationship on consumers' purchase decisions to buy, both on direct influence or indirect influence mediated by brand image
