    Get PDF
The rapid development of cryptocurrency investment has raised concerns regarding its impact on economic stability, particularly in emerging markets. This study employs a qualitative approach through literature review and library research to analyze the risks associated with cryptocurrency investments and their implications for financial stability. This research identifies key risk factors, including market volatility, regulatory uncertainty, cybersecurity threats, and financial system disruptions by examining existing scholarly works, regulatory frameworks, and market trends. The findings indicate that cryptocurrency investments offer opportunities for financial inclusion and economic diversification but also pose significant risks to economic stability due to price fluctuations and speculative behavior. Furthermore, the lack of a unified regulatory framework across different countries exacerbates these risks, leading to potential financial instability in emerging economies. The study highlights the necessity of regulatory intervention and policy formulation to mitigate these risks while harnessing the benefits of cryptocurrency investments. Governments and financial institutions in emerging markets must establish robust risk management strategies and regulatory frameworks to balance innovation and financial stability. This research contributes to the academic discourse by providing a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between cryptocurrency investments and economic stability in emerging markets. Future research should focus on empirical case studies to further explore the long-term effects of cryptocurrency investments on financial stability

    Get PDF
Relations between inter-Korean have worsened as tensions from the DPRK nuclear crisis have continued to escalate. Amidst the existing tensions, some of the Republic of Korea regimes have taken a humanist approach in dealing with the DPRK, which has resulted in improving relations between both countries. The author uses Samuel P. Huntington's political order theory to explore a stable and effective political system in managing conflict and making decisions. This study uses qualitative methods with secondary sources from journals, books, reports, official documents, and official websites. The results of this study indicate that the humanist approach is more effective in dealing with the DPRK through meetings held by the leaders of the two countries to build cooperative relations such as the construction of the Kaesong Industrial Complex, economic aid worth hundreds of billions of Won to prevent North Korea's nuclear development, and dialogue conducted through state meetings. In addition, policies made by the Republic of Korea, such as the Sunshine Policy, are able to embrace the DPRK and prioritize dialogue when the DPRK violates the agreement in cooperation without unilaterally terminating the cooperative relationship as was done by the Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye regimes with their conservative approaches. Political institutions also play an important role in making foreign policies that have an impact on the security stability of the Republic of Korea

Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study combines document analysis with in-depth interviews involving national policymakers and stakeholders from five purposively selected universities. Selection criteria reflect institutional diversity, geographic spread, and variation in PPKS best practices. The findings highlight ongoing challenges, including the absence of structural task force integration, limited human resource capacity, insufficient budget support, and low awareness and literacy regarding sexual violence. To address these barriers, the study proposes three strategic directions: (1) strengthening institutional mandates and issuing national technical regulations; (2) transforming campus culture through curriculum reform and multi-stakeholder collaboration; and (3) ensuring sustainability through capacity building, peer learning among task forces, and performance-based evaluation mechanisms. The study concludes that overcoming structural and cultural constraints is essential for effective implementation and that coordinated efforts are needed to create safer, more inclusive higher education environments

    Get PDF
Although there is recognition of the level of job stress, the link with turnover intention is clearly evident. Therefore, the following research questions are posed: Does job stress have a direct effect on turnover intention? Furthermore, to what extent does job stress have an indirect effect on turnover intention through perceived organizational support? While job stress is acknowledged as a significant factor, it does not fully capture the concept of perceived organizational support, which is crucial for individual decision-making and well-being. Persistent turnover intention is not solely caused by job stress; perceived organizational support plays an important role in long-term career success. However, a review of the existing literature reveals a lack of studies specifically addressing the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. This research gap calls for further exploration. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with a case study design. The goal is to observe a specific sample group rather than to generalize the research findings. The sample was selected through a process based on the level of turnover intention at the research location. Data were collected using three scales and analyzed through mediation analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the initial hypothesis, which states that job stress has a direct effect on employee turnover intention, is supported. In addition, the second hypothesis is also accepted, indicating that job stress has an indirect effect on turnover intention through perceived organizational support. Conclusions and further recommendations will be elaborated in the subsequent discussion
