Relationship between Group Cohesiveness and Interpersonal Communication on Organizational Commitment of Elementary School Teachers in the Dahlia Cluster
Get PDFThis study aims to explain the results of empirical studies regarding the relationship between group cohesiveness and interpersonal communication with organizational commitment. This research is a correlational quantitative research type because it aims to determine the direction and magnitude of the relationship between the variables studied. The research subjects were 115 elementary school teachers in the Dahlia cluster. Collecting data using questionnaire techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. Testing the research hypothesis using correlation analysis, regression and correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship between group cohesiveness and interpersonal communication with organizational commitment resulting in a regression equation Ŷ = 77.850 + 0.410X1 + 0.810X2. And among the variables that have the most influence on organizational commitment is work motivation at 36.4% from group cohesiveness of 26.9%. Relationship of Situational Leadership Style of Principal and School Climate to Teacher Integrity PAUD at Gambir Sub-District Central Jakarta
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to findout the relationship between the principal's situational leadership style and the school climate together with the integrity of paud teachers in Gambir Sub-District of Central Jakarta. This research includes a type of quantitative research with koresional techniques. The population in this study is all paud teachers in Gambir Sub-District of Central Jakarta which numbered 63 people. The sample from this study is the entire population. Data collection techniques use questionnaire methods and documentation. The research data in the analysis of two forms is descriptive and inference analasis. Description analysis is performed in the form of basic statistics such as average, median mode, standard deviation, variance, total score of distribution tables and histograms. Inference analysis consists of prerequisite analysis and hypothesis test. The conclusion of this study is that thereis a positive relationship between situational leadership style and schooliklin together with paud teacher integrity in Gambir Sub-district of Central Jakarta with double correlation coefficient (r12y)of 0.1509 and coefficient of determination of 0.388. This points out that if the situational leadership style and the school climate are jointly improved then the integrity of teachers is improved through the regression equation = 87.8+0.26 b1+0.02b2. This means the better the principal's leadership style and school climate the better the integrity of the teacher
Implementation of Lebong Regent Regulation Number 32 of 2014 Regarding the Preparation of Public Service Standards
Get PDFThis research will discuss about how the efforts of the Lebong Regency Government in implementing the Lebong Regent Regulation No. 32 of 2014 concerning Preparation of Public Service Standards Considering that in order to increase efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of government administration and public services, it is necessary to have public service standards in regional work units / work units within Lebong Regency. In this research, the method used is juridical normative, which wants to study or analyze the forms of implementation of the Lebong Regent's regulation which are regulated in Regulation Number 32 of 2014, then analyze the implementation based on the legal basis that governs the law, then find suitability. Among the forms of implementation that are regulated by the legal ideals of making them. The main focus of this research is the extent to which the Lebong District Government's implementation process is, and what are the strategies used in implementing the implementation. Based on this research, the results obtained show that implementation efforts and strategies are used to increase efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of government administration and still refer to the vision and mission of the Lebong Regency Government.

Get PDFThis study entitled “Culture Insight Of New Age Technologies For Underdeveloped Society “,is about underdeveloped society in Temajuk Village, Indonesia-Malaysia border area, where is still underdeveloped area. This study aimed to find out the insight of new age technologies from Temajuk villager through their experiences about new technology and their meanings. In addition, the approach of this study is using qualitative-descriptive with interpretive paradigm through fenomenologi studi. The subject of this study is the villager who lived in Temajuk Village, located in the end of Borneo Island that directly borders with Malaysia. The subject is selected purposively, based on the context and the need of research. The data collection was conducted through interview, observation, literary review and documentations. The result for the culture insight of Temajuk society about new technologies are,the experiences more dynamic and its meanings independence life for them. The insight conclusion is the are very anthusiasm for the new technolog , its influenced by the history and conditions that build a culture insight for society of Temajuk village.

Local Wisdom And Regional Policy In The Implementation of Friendly Basic Service Covid 19
Get PDFLocal wisdom in some areas such as Aceh and West Sumatra can reduce the rate of increase in the number of people exposed by Covid-19, in this case, the local government involves the role of religious leaders and regional heads in providing firm policies so that the implementation of basic services can go well while still using the health protocol. Basic services such as education, health, public works, housing, security and order, and social affairs must continue even during the pandemic so that each region is required to have the right policies. Some regions apply the PSBB policy in order to reduce the spread of Covid-19, but even basic services in some regions experience limitations in the number of services, scope, frequency, duration, and time of service. Local Wisdom values and potential regional characteristics really need to be developed in order to provide basic services that are friendly to Covid-19. Collaboration and synergy between the central and regional governments as well as between the government and stakeholders related to basic services in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic also need to be optimized. The results show that this Creative Village can run with support from various parties; government, society, and the private sector. The collaboration of various parties will facilitate in realizing creative villages, which can be done by empowering the younger generation who are members of Karang Taruna (youth group). Drawing Art with Motivational Interviewing to Solve the Social Skills Problems of Teenagers at SMP 1 Wonosari, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta
Get PDFThis study aims to look at the effect of drawing art with motivational interviewing in improving adolescent social skills issues at SMP 1 Wonosari. Drawing art as a tool to express problems while motivational interviewing is a step in changing behavior. This research is a quasi-experimental one group pre-test and post-test design, using purposive sampling based on the value of the low category social skills scale with a total of 10 students. Data analysis using SPSS and the Wilcoxon test. Data collection with a scale of social skills, observation, interviews, and documentation. Mean ranks or an average increase of 5.56. The final results using the Wilcoxon test can get the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.02 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted meaning that there are differences between social skills from the pre-test and post-test results. It can be concluded that the use of drawing art with motivational interviewing can improve social skills in students in SMP 1 Wonosari
