    Get PDF
The entry of the people of the archipelago into Islam is the ability of Islamic broadcasters to use attractive packaging, especially by emphasizing conformity with Islam or continuity with local beliefs. This continuity does not mean changes in local religious beliefs or practices but adjustments through teaching. There are many methods used by Islamic broadcasters to get the people of the archipelago to accept Islamic teachings, such as a recitation teacher who teaches Arabic either directly or indirectly. Because the Al-Qur'an, the Prophet's Hadith and Islamic teachings use Arabic, the teachers try to teach Arabic well and professionally. Arabic was first taught with the aim that Islamic teachings could be understood and practiced properly. By practicing Islamic teachings properly and correctly, it becomes an attraction for people who have not embraced Islam. After the teachings of Islam have been well and correctly accepted, the aim of teaching Arabic has changed, namely to communicate with other nations

Citizen Relationship Management Mobile is an application that is created to be able to follow up on all complaints that have been reported by Jakarta's residents so that local governments of DKI can coordinate faster in resolving complaints of Jakarta’s society. Kartini sub-district applies a CRM application in handling public complaints regarding the handling of public facilities infrastructure (PPSU). Through the CRM application, PPSU of Kartini sub-district workers can find community reports, not only locations or pictures of the actual condition of reported public facilities but also their identities so that public's complaints can be resolved quickly. However, what often happens is that reports submitted by the society through pictures (photos) are not suitable with the actual situation, the address is not clear as well and also it does not include the identity of the reporter. This makes it difficult for PPSU of Kartini sub-district workers to follow up. Another problem faced is that several complaints reports do not include the main duties and functions of PPSU workers. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach to collect information about real current conditions. Interviews were conducted with 8 informants. The results showed that the application of CRM in the Kartini’s sub-district was quite effective, as indicated by the level of reports/complaints related to the handling of public facilities submitted by the residents, which decreased significantly, although there were still obstacles faced so that the implementation of CRM ran optimally. Various efforts have been made by the Kartini sub-district to overcome these obstacles so that the follow-up of reports/complaints from the public regarding public facilities infrastructure has higher quality, faster, more precise, and accurate

    Get PDF
Innovation is defined as renewal in the face of change or improvement. Change is a shift in position or situation that is likely to result in a significant increase. Practical The curriculum is changed due to several factors, for example the development of science and technology. There is a possibility that the benefits of a predetermined or expected curriculum change could go wrong. Changing the curriculum in a very short period of time is considered a failure in certain cases, but is also believed to be an attempt to achieve improvement. Curriculum reform involves several components or several factors. Curriculum change cannot be successful without being complemented by those who are supported by component systems. Changes that are partial in nature will automatically waste energy, time, funds, and energy. In addition, changes to the curriculum are more focused on the curriculum itself and ignore other aspects; such as teachers / lecturers, students, methods, media funds, etc. will potentially fail. Therefore it needs serious consideration and reasonable reasons with the desire and total involvement of the components of the education system, so as to increase competence
