    Indonesia's Economic Growth: Keynes Theory's Perspective

    This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, Human Development Index, and ZIS on Economic Growth in Indonesia with the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) as a moderation variable in 2011-2022. This study uses secondary data types and quantitative research types using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) as a data analysis technique using an analysis tool, namely Eviews version 10. Data obtained from BPS, BAZNAS, and Bank Indonesia. Sampling is using the purposive sampling method so that in this study 18 provinces were obtained as samples so that 216 research objects were obtained. The results showed that inflation has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia, the Human Development Index has a significant negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia, ZIS has no effect on economic growth in Indonesia. After a moderation test, the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) is able to moderate and weaken the effect of inflation on economic growth, the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of the Human Development Index on economic growth and the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) is unable to moderate the influence of ZIS on economic growth in Indonesia

    This research aims to determine the effect of webinar tutorial facilities and accessibility on student satisfaction in applying Microsoft Teams. This type of research is survey research that is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. Where the service and accessibility of the webinar tutorial are independent variables, and student satisfaction with using the Microsoft Teams application is the dependent variable. The research population is the Universitas Terbuka students in the 2022.2 academic year who follow the webinar tutorial for scientific papers. Obtained the sample from students of the public administration study program by filling out google forms. This study tries to show a positive influence between the service and accessibility of webinar tutorials on student satisfaction after applying Microsoft Teams. The study is expected to produce new findings on the benefits and accessibility of webinar tutorials to provide satisfaction to Universitas Terbuka students in using the Microsoft Teams application

    Ministry of Religion Innovation in Digitalization-Based Hajj Dormitory Services: Si-Mashaji Application

    The Hajj Dormitory Management Information System application is used as a digital-based service booster that makes it easier for people as service users to book facilities and get information related to Hajj dormitories. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with case studies, while the data used comes from secondary data sources from SI-MASHAJI and primary data from the interview process with informants. Data analysis was performed using SWOT analysis. This paper also explains the typology of innovation in the public sector and classifies the SI-MASHAJI application as a newly used public service innovation. The conclusion is that the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia has tried to transform and adapt to the 4.0 era where services in Hajj dormitories are carried out digitally through the SI-MASHAJI Application. Service users in the Hajj dormitory will get all kinds of convenience in the field of services and information services in the Hajj dormitory and SI-MASHAJI is applied to support the value of accountability in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, especially in the Hajj dormitory

    The Effects of Religiosity and Halal Knowledge on the Decision to Use the Covid-19 Vaccine

    This study intends to investigate how religious affiliation and knowledge on halal practices affect the decision to take the Covid-19 vaccination. The variables tested in this research consisted of the independent variables namely religiosity and halal knowledge whereas the dependent variable is the decision to use the Covid-19 vaccine. The purposive sampling method was implemented, with the sample of 100 Muslims aged over 12  who had been given the Covid-19 vaccination in Jakarta. The PLS analysis approach was used to analyze the data obtained. Based on the  findings, the following conclusions are generated as follows: (1) Religiosity has a positive and significant impact on the decision to use a vaccine product; (2) the perspective on halal practices has a positive and significant impact on the choice of vaccine product; and (3) both religiosity and halal knowledge simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the choice to use a product. This study recommends that every company manufacturing the Covid-19 vaccines imposes halal elements in the process. The halal label in the Covid 19 vaccine is crucial because in communities where strong levels of religiosity prevails, consumers consider a halal status in goods consumption is of a high value. Recommendations are proposed for the public to investigate further about the halalness of the Covid-19 vaccine through continuous socialization to ensure that the vaccine is safer and more effective

Nevertheless, with the increasing global warming and ecological damage, the economic reset caused by the COVID-19 pandemic becomes an opportunity for countries to cope with the structural challenges of the economy in order to create a sustainable development system and to prevent further destruction of nature on a global level. This article aims to explore how the economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic can function as a tool and basis from which a more sustainable economic system can be implemented

    The Evaluation of Plantation Development Policy in the City of Tidore Island

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the policy of providing assistance in the form of seeds for agriculture  in Oba District, the city of Tidore Island. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in which an  interview with 35 farmers from 12 villages and 1 sub-district is conducted. The results indicate that the policy on seeds provision to farmers in the city of of Tidore Island has been on target, yet it has not been successful due to inadequate support given concerning the ongoing guidance and supervision, therefore most of the seeds received are not planted. Another research finding is that the role of Gapoktan (Gabungan Kelompok Tani Farmers Group Association) in every village of Oba District is not optimum since access to information regarding facilities and infrastructure is limited

    Implementation of Manokwari Regency DPRD Duties Regarding Supervision of Regional Government Performance Based on Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government

    Law no. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government provides a legal basis for the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in supervising the performance of regional government. The Manokwari DPRD, as one of the legislative institutions at the regional level, has an important role in carrying out this supervisory task. This research aims to examine the implementation of the Manokwari DPRD's duties in monitoring regional government performance based on Law no. 23 of 2014. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with members of the Manokwari DPRD, document analysis, and direct observation of the Manokwari DPRD's work processes related to monitoring regional government performance. The research results show that the Manokwari DPRD has carried out its supervisory duties in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 23 of 2014. They supervise regional government performance through a number of mechanisms, such as commission meetings, plenary meetings, and examination of regional heads' accountability reports. They also play an active role in monitoring the use of regional budgets and evaluating regional government programs. However, there are several challenges in carrying out the supervisory duties of the Manokwari DPRD. One of them is limited resources, both in terms of manpower and budget. Apart from that, sometimes there are political obstacles that affect the independence of the DPRD in carrying out its supervisory function. Some DPRD members also face obstacles in accessing information needed for supervision. In the context of monitoring regional government performance, the Manokwari DPRD has great potential to increase accountability and transparency of regional government. To overcome the challenges faced, efforts are needed to strengthen the capacity of DPRD members, increase budget allocations, and ensure DPRD independence in carrying out supervisory duties. Apart from that, good cooperation between the DPRD and regional governments in providing access to the necessary information is also important. In conclusion, the implementation of the Manokwari DPRD's duties in monitoring regional government performance is based on Law no. 23 of 2014 has been running well, although there are still several challenges that need to be overcome. With the right efforts, the Manokwari DPRD can play a more effective role in increasing accountability and transparency of local government and improving the quality of public services for the people of Manokwari

    Empowering Kratom Farmers in Strengthening Functions of Family Institutions in Hulu Kapuas District

    This research focuses on empowering kratom farmers in Kapuas Hulu Regency amidst uncertainty regarding government regulations regarding legality which have an impact on the planting and buying and selling of kratom as well as decreasing the income of farming families. This was done for four main reasons: first, the need for empowerment for kratom farmers; second, strengthening institutions and improving the family economy; third, analysis of social changes due to shifts in livelihoods; and fourth, the impact of empowerment on the welfare of the kratom farming community. This research aims to answer the challenges, obstacles and empowerment models for kratom farmers in Kapuas Hulu Regency using a Social Welfare and Community Empowerment approach. Research methods include interviews with key informants, documentation, and literature study. The output of this research includes policy recommendations to local governments and publications in the nationally accredited scientific journal SINTA 3 and Simple Patent Rights

    This research aims to describe the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance program policy sourced from the Village Fund in 2022 in Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The research location was carried out in Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that the implementation of Village Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) has a few obstacles from the Central Government in distributing aid funds to the Village Government, but this can be overcome by doubling the aid, namely funds that are delayed in the following month so that in the year In 2022, the community will receive aid funds amounting to IDR 900,000 after the distribution of aid funds has been delayed for 3 months

    Millennial Experience Traveling to Ecotourism

    Ecotourism has become an attraction that is increasingly in demand after the Covid-19 pandemic. The current millennial generation has various options for channelling their desire to travel. Ecotourism is one option. It is realized that this non-mainstream tourism genre is much liked by today's young generation who tend to want to go on an adventure looking for new experiences. Millennials are the generation born in 1980-2000, have the power to change trends and lifestyles, are connected to the internet, are all digital, and have a very high appeal to nature. Travel based on flora and fauna conservation, protecting endangered cultures, and education to support the sustainability of the universe, is the choice among millennials. The Turtle Conserva-tion and Education Center (TCEC) has a strategic role as the preferred ecotourism destination for millennial tourists. The research question are (1) what values grow from the experience of traveling to ecotourism desti-nations? (2) how is the internalization of deep memories through the experience of traveling to ecotourism destinations? The purpose of this study was to determine the value that grows from the experience of travel-ing to ecotourism destinations. This study used qualitative method, data collected through observations and interviews. The result of this study is that traveling to TCEC raises awareness of the environment among mil-lennials that nature must be treated with full respect, as well as showing respect for residents encountered on trips and enjoying interactions with residents while on tour. A deep impression of tourists is obtained through the experience of interacting with natural elements
