The 2024 Presidential Election's Political Dynamics: The Changing of Governments and Dynasties
This article examines the political dynamics taking place during the presidential election of Indonesia in 2024, with a focus on the transition to a new government and the potential emergence of political dynasties. It analyzes the political changes that occurred during the campaign, election, and post-election, and how these changes affected political stability and the country's policy direction. Changes in public opinion, political communication tactics used by candidates and political parties, difficulties encountered during the transition to a new government, and the potential emergence of political dynasties—a phenomenon in which political power is concentrated in the hands of families or power circles—are all included in the analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study design. The data collection technique uses secondary data from reference sources such as legal products, research articles, and journals collected from Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, and news portals such as BBC Indonesia, BBC News, Kompas.com, and Bawaslu. The literature study technique uses a traditional review. This article seeks to offer a clearer understanding of the political processes influencing the 2024 presidential election result and its consequences for Indonesia's political future by exploring these dynamics
Collaborative Governance in Overcoming Tuberculosis Cases in the Riau Islands Province
Riau Islands is one of the provinces that handles TB cases by carrying out a collaborative process, which is stated in the Decree of the Riau Islands Province Tuberculosis Management Acceleration Team in 2022. This research aims to find out the collaboration process carried out by stakeholders involved in tackling TB cases in Islands Province Riau. This research uses a qualitative approach. by presenting the results descriptively, what is used is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification to present the findings in a structured manner. Then the results are described based on the dynamics of collaborative governance according to Ansell and Gash, which uses five indicators, namely face to face, trust building, commitment to process, shared understanding, intermediated outcomes. The research results, the collaboration has been reduction the TB cases in the Riau Islands province, but this is not significant when compared to the target to be achieved. Apart from that, there are still cases that have not been reported by Health Service Facilities to the Tuberculosis Information System. So future changes or revisions regarding collaboration are still needed to make it easier to handle the obstacles faced by stakeholders
Leveraging Tuan Guru's Standing Role: A Dramaturgical Approach to Stunting Prevention in East Lombok, Indonesia
Stunting is a national health problem in toddlers that is currently a significant concern for the government. Stunting cases are still a problem that needs to be resolved and is increasing. This research aims to determine the actual conditions of stunting in East Lombok and the central role of the tuan guru figure in efforts to accelerate the handling of stunting in East Lombok. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach with 40 informants from 4 categories. The research results show that East Lombok Regency is the area with the most toddlers suffering from stunting in NTB based on February 2024 data, with Sikur District being a red zone with a prevalence of 30.33%. Prevention and handling of stunting are still carried out conventionally by relying on socialization and integrated health posts from health centers. The presence of the tuan guru figure amid community life who is a role model and role model for the community in everyday life is an alternative solution that can accelerate the reduction in stunting rates and maximize prevention efforts. Dramaturgical actions in front and behind the stage by the tuan guru can be an alternative solution to expedite the handling of stunting in East Lombok through preaching packaged concerning the general conditions of the target community. Parenting pattern intervention is the main target of Tuan Guru's preaching in terms of preventing and handling stunting to create healthy and prosperous families
Integrating the Epigenetic and Microbiome-Integrated Mental Health (EMIMH) Framework into Community Health Centers: A Discourse Analysis
This study introduces the Epigenetic and Microbiome-Integrated Mental Health (EMIMH) Framework for Community Health Centers (CHCs), aiming to enhance mental health care delivery. CHCs face challenges including funding constraints, workforce shortages, and difficulties implementing integrated care models for mental health services. The EMIMH Framework proposes integrating epigenetic and microbiome considerations into CHC mental health care, offering a personalized and preventive approach. We conducted a critical discourse analysis of texts from 2018-2024, examining perspectives on integrating advanced biological approaches in CHC mental health care. Results reveal growing interest in epigenetic and microbiome approaches, alongside concerns about implementation barriers, ethical implications, and potential health disparities. The EMIMH Framework presents a promising avenue for improving CHC mental health care, potentially enhancing outcomes and reducing costs. However, successful implementation requires addressing practical, ethical, and equity challenges
Transforming Catechesis with Multimedia: Enhancing Quality and Engagement in Religious Education
Religious teachings are an urgent part of education to shape one's character and morals. In the digital era, multimedia is utilized as an effective tool to enhance the quality of teaching and make learning more engaging. This article aims to discuss the implementation of multimedia as a teaching aid in religious teaching in the digital age. The research method used is literature study by collecting data from relevant and up-to-date literature. Through a literature study, the author introduces the concept of multimedia and its benefits in teaching religious. In the context of multimedia in religious education, researchers employ content analysis to examine and interpret the content of multimedia materials used in teaching. This analysis involve identifying recurring themes, analyzing the alignment of multimedia content with religious teachings, and evaluating the effectiveness of multimedia elements (e.g., visuals, audio, interactivity) in conveying religious concepts. The results indicate that multimedia can enhance the teacher teaching process and improve the learning experience for participants. However, the use of multimedia in catechesis also presents challenges, such as technical issues and excessive usage. The author suggests a selective and thoughtful approach when utilizing multimedia in catechesis. This article is helpful for religious educators and catechists in understanding the significance of multimedia use in religious education in the digital age and implementing it effectively. In conclusion, this article emphasizes the imperative role of spiritual teachings in education for shaping individuals' character and morals, underscoring the significance of prudently integrating multimedia technology within religious learning
Mass Communication Strategy in Encouraging the Adoption of a Healthy Lifestyle in Society
Healthy lifestyle has become the main focus in efforts to prevent the increasing prevalence of non-communicable diseases in society. In this context, mass communication strategies play a central role in forming awareness and encouraging the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. This research aims to explore and analyze mass communication strategies that are effective in changing people's behavior regarding healthy lifestyles. The main objective of this research is to identify the most effective mass communication strategies in encouraging the adoption of healthy lifestyles in society. In addition, this study aims to evaluate the impact of this strategy on the level of awareness and behavior change regarding various aspects of a healthy lifestyle. This research uses the literature review method as an analytical framework. Data was collected from various sources such as scientific journals, articles and books related to mass communication strategies and healthy lifestyles. Data analysis involves detailing the various mass communication strategies that have been implemented and identifying patterns of success in changing people's behavior. the use of N.Vivo analysis can help in identifying patterns, trends, and relationships between various concepts and findings that emerge from these articles. \The research results show that mass communication strategies that rely on interesting narratives, effective use of social media, and involvement of community leaders have a significant impact in encouraging the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. The ability to create community engagement and respond to local cultural dynamics also plays an important role in the success of this strategy
Implementation of Cyberspace Cooperation between Indonesia and United States A Combating Cyberterrorism in Indonesia, 2019–2023
This research focuses on the implementation of cyberspace cooperation between Indonesia and the United States in an effort to tackle cyber terrorism in Indonesia in the 2019-2023 period. The background of this research is based on the increasing cyber threats faced by Indonesia, including attacks on critical infrastructure and government data. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to collect and analyze data from various sources such as documents, books, journal articles, reports related to the problem to be solved, and publications related to cyber security and cyber diplomacy. The results show that cooperation between Indonesia and the United States has strengthened Indonesia's cyber defense capabilities through various initiatives, including incident management capacity building, national cyber strategy development, and information exchange. This cooperation is also supported by global cybersecurity policies and initiatives that involve both countries in international forums such as the ASEAN-US Cyber Policy Dialogue. This research concludes that cyberspace cooperation between Indonesia and the United States is a strategic step to address cyber threats and enhance security stability in the Southeast Asian region. Policy recommendations include further developing the cooperation framework and increasing cybersecurity awareness among the public
Development of the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology and Jakarta Smart City (JSC)
The research aims to explain the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Jakarta Smart City (JSC) technology, which was first implemented in Indonesia in 2014, starting in the Jakarta City Region (DKJ), followed by 100 cities, carried out to overcome the technology gap between regions. Use of AI and JSC by the government for public services, such as smart environment; people's economy; government; population mobility, and branding. Research methodology uses qualitative with a descriptive approach using observation instruments and direct interviews. The research period is three months (March to April 2024). Locations in seven JSC management units. The research population was in five JSC divisions, using a snowball pattern sample. The research results show that there has been an increase in the efficiency of public services using AI and JSC technology in transportation management; rubbish; city security defense; and improving the quality of resources. Traffic congestion research recommendations, DKJ must develop innovations for all integrated public transportation facilities, by expanding the Integrated Highway (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) networks. For flooding problems, DKJ must use early digital detection technology for flood monitoring. In the future, DKJ hopes to implement an integrated digital payment system between the Resident Card and: Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), digital lifetime extension of the Driving License (SIM), processing of annual Vehicle Registration Certificates (STNK), and Vehicle Tax Proof Bermptor (BPKB) five-yearly all two-wheeled vehicles online (digitally) without queuing at the location
Internalization of Islamic Education Values in Physical Education and Health Subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Binjai City
This study aims to explore the process of internalizing Islamic educational values in physical education and health subjects in the city of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Binjai. Qualitative research methods are used by data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that physical education and health learning in Madrasah does not only rely on physical aspects, but also integrated Islamic values in each activity. The process of internalizing Islamic educational values occurs through a holistic pedagogical approach, the application of morals and Islam in student interaction, as well as habituation in carrying out physical activities with spiritual awareness. Madrasah environmental factors, the role of teachers, and an integrated curriculum are the main supports in this process. In conclusion, the internalization of Islamic educational values in physical education and health subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Binjai City involves a holistic learning experience, strengthens students' Islamic identity, and provides a foundation for personal, mental and spiritual personal development
Public Participation in Policy Making: Sentiment Analysis of TAPERA Policy on Twitter
The implementation of the TAPERA policy, an Indonesian government initiative designed to improve access to affordable housing through mandatory savings, has generated significant public debate, particularly on social media platforms like Twitter. This research analyzes public sentiment towards TAPERA on Twitter, focusing on the reactions and concerns of the community in response to the policy. Utilizing sentiment analysis and thematic analysis of tweets, this study identifies predominant negative sentiment and critical issues such as financial burden, transparency, and policy effectiveness. The findings reveal widespread dissatisfaction with the contribution requirements, organized public protests, and the influential role of social media in shaping public discourse. The results underscore the importance of incorporating diverse perspectives into policy development to enhance legitimacy and effectiveness. The research highlights the need for more inclusive and adaptive public participation strategies in the policy-making process. These insights contribute to the broader understanding of public participation theory and its application in digital contexts
