Air Navigation Sovereignty Through Indonesia-Singapore Fir Boundary Realignment In 2022
This research examines the Flight Information Region (FIR) boundary adjustment between Indonesia and Singapore that affects Indonesia's air navigation sovereignty. Various efforts have been made by Indonesia to take over control of the FIR from Singapore, until finally reaching an agreement in adjusting the FIR boundary in 2022. However, in taking over the FIR, Indonesia faced problems, namely the difficulty of Indonesia taking over the management of the FIR which was previously managed by Singapore, as well as challenges in meeting international standards in FIR management. Although the agreement in adjusting the FIR boundary has been agreed, until now the effort has not achieved the expected results in realizing air navigation sovereignty in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how FIR boundary adjustment can improve Indonesia's air traffic management, national security and economic growth. Obstacles include sovereignty issues, international air traffic management standards, and diplomacy between countries. This research uses the policy analysis method by collecting primary and secondary data to analyze the agreement reached in 2022. The results of this study show that the 2022 Indonesia-Singapore FIR adjustment agreement has not fully guaranteed Indonesia's air navigation sovereignty, but this agreement provides significant progress in Indonesian territory. The implications of the results of this study include improving air traffic efficiency and strengthening Indonesia's sovereignty over its airspace, which can also provide insights for future foreign policy and international cooperation

Many aspects, such as leadership communication, organizational culture, and, of course, performance, can improve motivation. The goal of this study was to examine the impact of leadership communication and organizational culture on lecturer performance through achievement motivation in tertiary institutions in East Java that administer Islamic boarding schools. This is an explanatory study that use quantitative methodologies. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 146 lecturers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The path analysis results reveal that leadership communication and organizational culture have a direct and substantial effect on lecturer achievement motivation, and that organizational culture and achievement motivation have a direct and significant effect on lecturer performance. In the meanwhile, leadership communication has no direct effect on lecturer performance. The indirect test results also suggest that leadership communication has little effect on lecturer performance through motivation. Similarly, organizational culture has no influence on lecturer performance through achievement motivation. According to the research findings, tertiary institutions' attempts to improve lecturer performance must pay attention to organizational culture and increase lecturer success motivation in order to fully support them in carrying out their operations

Impact of Green Advertising and Packaging on Purchase Decisions via Green Perceived Value
This study seeks to explore the impact of green advertising, eco-friendly packaging, and perceived green value on consumer purchasing decisions within the beverage industry, particularly in the bubble tea sector. Most bubble tea beverages are served in disposable plastic cups, lids, and straws, contributing to the accumulation of waste in Indonesia. Observing this issue, the Indonesian public has begun to feel a sense of guilt associated with the use of plastic packaging and prefers brands that incorporate sustainability in their packaging. Consequently, Chatime has initiated the implementation of green marketing by introducing the Eco Cup as an environmentally friendly alternative beverage packaging made from paper. Chatime promotes its Eco Cup to consumers through green advertising on Instagram. This study employs the SOR theory to explain how green advertising and green packaging serve as stimuli that partially influence green perceived value (the organism), ultimately leading to purchase decisions .(the response). Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, questionnaires were distributed to 400 respondents. The findings indicate that while green perceived value has an indirect impact, the direct influence of green advertising and green packaging on purchase decisions is more significant. The indirect effect of green packaging on purchase decisions through green perceived value is notable, as is the direct influence of green packaging on both green perceived value and purchase decisions. Green packaging plays a crucial role in shaping positive perceptions before individuals make a purchas
Investigating Push and Pull Factors Shaping the Travel Motivations of Young Indonesian Tourists to Vietnam: A Quantitative Approach
This study investigates the motivations driving young Indonesian travelers, particularly Millennials and Generation Z, to choose Vietnam as a travel destination. The research addresses a key gap in the literature by exploring the travel motivation using push and pull motivational factors. Using a quantitative approach, the study employed a self-administered questionnaire, distributed both online and offline to 144 young Indonesian travelers. Informal interviews and observation were also performed to support the analysis. The findings indicate that push motivation (internal psychological motivations), comprises of social achievement, learning motivation, stress relief, and social bonding were found to be four underlying push factors that motivate young Indonesian travelers to visit Vietnam. Meanwhile, travel standards, affordability, tourist amenities, cultural experiences, and natural landscapes appeared to be the pull factors. This finding serves as one of initial efforts to examine young Indonesian traveler’s behavior as the main target market for Vietnam Tourism. The study's implications also suggest that this study could provide a basis for Indonesian government to develop a more effective marketing strategies aimed at making local destinations more appealing to this segment compared to overseas options such as Vietnam. Furthermore, it is advisable for future research to study the characteristics of other generational groups as this could reveal significant differences compared to the younger generation
Impact Analysis and Development of Collaborative Communication Models in Public Relations Programs for Mangrove Conservation
Mangrove forests, as coastal ecosystems, play a crucial role in maintaining the sustainability of fishery resources and protecting shores from erosion and storms. However, mangrove degradation continues to escalate, primarily due to human activities such as shrimp pond expansion and uncontrolled logging. Public Relations programs can serve as effective tools to raise awareness and engage communities in mangrove conservation. Impact analysis and the development of a collaborative communication model are key to understanding the effectiveness of such programs. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Public Relations program on mangrove conservation and develop a more effective collaborative communication model. The focus is on understanding behavioral changes, community responses, and the program's contribution to the sustainability of the mangrove ecosystem. The research methodology employed is qualitative-descriptive with an impact analysis approach. Interviews with representatives from local communities, local governments, non-governmental organizations, and Public Relations practitioners were conducted to gather data. Content analysis was also performed on the program's communication materials. The research findings indicate that the Public Relations program has positively impacted the increase in community awareness and behavioral changes related to mangrove conservation. However, challenges persist concerning environmental uncertainties and the lack of participation from certain segments of the community. A collaborative communication model integrated with mangrove conservation theories, impact analysis, and community engagement proves essential for further improvement. The implications of this research reflect the importance of impact analysis and developing collaborative communication models in Public Relations programs for mangrove conservation.
