Student Perceptions of the Role of Tutors in Office Administration Courses in Public Administrastion Study Program of Universitas Terbuka
Whether a student is successful or not in undergoing lectures really depends on the role of the tutor in guiding the student. In this regard, the role of the tutor is very important because the tutor is a facilitator of learning for students. The problem currently occurring at the Universitas Terbuka is that there are many tutors who teach not in accordance with student expectations, such as not assessing discussions and assignments, not responding quickly to obstacles faced by students, not opening up discussion space and so on. For this reason, there needs to be a perception from students as a form of evaluation of the role of tutors in providing academic services to students so that they become quality graduates and can compete internationally. The aim of this research is to analyze student perceptions of the role of tutors in office administration courses as an effort to improve the quality of tutors' academic services to students. The research method used is quantitative. Research data was obtained directly from the field through a survey, namely by filling in a Google form. The selection of informants was based on purposive sampling. As for data analysis, researchers used interactive analysis. The research results show that students' perceptions of the role of tutors in Office Administration courses at the Universitas Terbuka are generally positive. The students assessed that the tutor was able to clearly convey the objectives and plans for learning activities, explain important concepts, and provide initiation materials equipped with supporting media such as video, audio or relevant articles. This shows that tutors play an important role in helping students understand the material and improving the quality of academic services, which ultimately supports students in competing on the international stage

Boundary Works as a Mechanism For Forming Collective Identity in The Indonesian Middle Class Muslim Social Piety Movement
Indonesia's title as the most generous country in the world is supported by the strengthening spirit of social piety movements among the Muslim middle class. Social piety movements are of course also supported by the power of the social movement's collective identity in forming the basis that provides the "structure," foundation for engagement, and guidance for individual participation in its expansion. Unfortunately, the strong link between the development of collective identity in social movement groups has not been explained by previous studies. The aim of this research is to describe how the boundary work mechanism contributes to the development of collective identity in the Muslim middle class social piety movement in the Tangan di Atas (TDA) community. Using qualitative descriptive research, the research was conducted over a period of one year (December 2022-December 2023) and describes the actors and boundary work mechanisms in forming collective identity. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with several subjects who were administrators as well as members of the TDA community to explore variations in their experiences related to the social piety movement they engage in. Meanwhile, with a phenomenological approach, researchers explore the role of individual knowledge, thoughts and feelings or internal aspects or individual subjectivity. The results of this research show that there are several aspects that can be used to view boundary works as a mechanism for forming the collective identity of social piety movements in the TDA community; shared values and principles, joint activities, mutual recognition and appreciation, and establishing relationships with external parties
Environmental Justice for the Bantar Gebang Scavenger Community
The Bantar Gebang landfill is a paradise for scavengers. However, this condition is inversely proportional to the reality of an unhealthy environment and increasing poverty. On this basis, this research aims to examine the extent of environmental justice for this community. This research uses qualitative techniques with a case study approach starting from 2022-2023 with informants from Bantar Gebang scavenger residents and the Bantar Gebang TPST. It was found that environmental justice was not yet running as it should, and this was further exacerbated by the lack of public education, and the lack of optimal attention from the local government. Thus, the urgency of environmental justice at the grassroots supports sustainable development, especially for the welfare of scavengers with the principle of equality. The government should be able to change its perspective in paying attention to the living conditions of these minorities with a social empathy approach that is included in environmental regulations by giving them the right to participate in making decisions

Technology adoption is a process in which business actors and farmers have the initiative to participate or be actively involved in innovative activities in the management and utilization of agricultural products. This phenomenon indicates the need for a special strategy in optimizing the utilization of agricultural products. Researchers identify strategic problems/issues through the results of analysis during field observations. After each variable is rated and weighted according to the criteria, it can be concluded that the opportunity value of 2.14 is greater than the threat value of 0.9. If the difference is obtained, the opportunity value is 1.24 (y) greater than the threat of implementing agricultural potential development counseling through KKN activities. Based on an analysis of the implementation of agricultural extension to develop agricultural potential through KKN activities, three strategies were found, namely Collaboration of agricultural extension assistance with innovators, extension assistance in convincing MSME groups to demonstrate technology implementation, and MSME assistance supported by innovation and technology application
