    The Role of Guidance and Counseling in Supporting the Successful Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Middle Schools

    This study aims to explore the implementation of counseling guidance in the context of the success of the Independent Curriculum in secondary schools. The Independent Curriculum is known as an initiative to promote competency-based education with an emphasis on developing relevant skills, knowledge, and attitudes for students. The research method used is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The research participants consisted of counseling guidance teachers, school principals, and students involved in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and participatory observations. The results of the study show that the implementation of counseling guidance plays an important role in supporting the success of the Independent Curriculum. The findings highlight that counseling guidance assists students in identifying and developing competencies in accordance with the demands of the new curriculum. In addition, the role of counseling guidance teachers in facilitating students' understanding and motivation towards the new curriculum is also very important. This study provides practical implications for the development of further education policies in integrating the role of counseling guidance as the main supporter in the success of the Independent Curriculum. It is hoped that this research can be the foundation for the development of a more effective counseling guidance program in supporting broader educational goals

    Exploring the Principles of Educational Administration: The Foundation of Goal-Oriented Management (A Literature Review)

    This study presents a systematic review of the literature related to the principles of educational administration, with an emphasis on goal-oriented management as the main approach. The review integrates key findings from 179 documents retrieved from the Scopus database, identifying key principles such as leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, resource allocation and stakeholder engagement. The results show that these principles are crucial in aligning educational administration with institutional goals, which in turn enhances overall effectiveness and promotes continuous improvement. Although the benefits of goal-oriented management are evident, challenges such as resistance to change, limited resources and competing priorities remain obstacles. Nevertheless, opportunities for improvement remain visible, especially through technology integration, professional development, and collaborative partnerships. The findings offer valuable insights for education administrators and policymakers who want to implement goal-oriented management practices to drive better educational outcomes

    The Influence of Education Council Leadership and Policy on Solving Educational Problems in Wonosobo Regency, Indonesia

    This study investigates the influence of leadership competence and the Board of Education policies on resolving educational issues in the Wonosobo Regency. A quantitative survey approach was used, involving 100 respondents consisting of educators and Board members. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 22. The descriptive results show that the Board’s competence scored an average of 70.79, while their policies averaged 65.55, indicating significant variability among respondents. Normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests confirmed that the data met the basic assumptions for regression. The regression analysis revealed that both the competence of the Board (t = 12.078, p < 0.001) and their policies (t = 7.762, p < 0.001) significantly impact the resolution of educational problems. The F-statistic of 7443.92 (p < 0.001) further confirmed the significance of the model. With an R-squared value of 0.693, the model explains 69.3% of the variability in solving educational problems. These findings suggest that improving leadership competence and policy effectiveness within the Board of Education is crucial to addressing educational challenges in the Wonosobo Regency. Consequently, the null hypothesis was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis was accepted, emphasizing the strategic role of the Board of Education in enhancing educational quality and effectiveness in the region

    The Effect of Public Service Quality, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture on Community Satisfaction

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Public Services, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture to Community Satisfaction. The population in this study were the people of Waluya Village who already had KTPs in hamlet II with a total of 833 family cards. Sampling using the Slovin method with a sample of 270 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Questions in the questionnaire were scored on a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis in this study indicate that partially or simultaneously, the quality of public services, work discipline, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Simultaneously improving the quality of public services, employee discipline, and good organizational culture will have a positive impact on increasing community satisfaction

The research explores the influence of authenticity and credibility of influencers, the impact of engaging content creation, and the strategies for building brand visibility and consumer engagement through influencer collaborations. The analysis utilizes NVivo as a tool for data analysis, allowing for the systematic categorization and interpretation of key themes and findings from the literature. Authenticity and credibility emerge as crucial factors influencing consumer trust and brand loyalty. Engaging content creation by influencers proves instrumental in fostering meaningful interactions and driving consumer engagement. Strategic collaborations with influencers aligned with brand values and audience demographics are identified as effective approaches for building brand visibility and fostering consumer engagement in the digital landscape. The real implications of this research include the ability to steer more effective digital marketing practices, enhance interactions with consumers, and ultimately, improve business performance such as increased sales and the development of a loyal customer base

    Policy Strategy to Improve Human Development Index in Kayong Utara District

    This research aims to analyze and describe the problem of a weak human development index in North Kayong Regency using the Public Policy, Governance, and Human Development approaches. The phenomenon that occurs is important to discuss for three reasons: education is still low, health and supporting facilities are still lacking, and the standard of living of the community is still lacking. The method used in the research is the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the low HDI of North Kayong Regency is influenced by three indicators. First, education in North Kayong Regency is low, this is also influenced by the mindset of the community regarding the importance of education which is still lacking, and the weak government support regarding supporting facilities and infrastructure, especially in the Karimata Islands District area. Second, public health which is still lacking makes people vulnerable to diseases that can also affect a person's lifespan. The weakness of health improvement programs and the lack of health facilities and personnel are obstacles in the process of implementing health programs in North Kayong Regency. Third, community livelihoods in North Kayong Regency are also still lacking, such as high unemployment and poverty

    Indonesia's Foreign Policy in Organizing G20 Presidency in 2022

     In 2022, Indonesia will have the opportunity for the G-20 Presidency under the leadership of President Joko Widodo. Judging from Indonesia's potential and the prospects of the G-20, this study will look at what kind of foreign policy Indonesia implements in organizing the G-20. Researchers use Rosenau's adaptive theory that foreign policy occurs due to changes in external, internal, and leadership of leaders in a particular country. The study uses qualitative methods with secondary sources from books, journals, official websites, and official documents. The research results from this article show that Indonesia's foreign policy in the G-20 Presidency is preservative Adaptation, meaning that the policy has been determined by external and internal changes and the leadership of the President at that time. External factors include the effects of COVID-19, climate change, and the Russia-Ukraine war. The internal factors are structural reform, digital transformation, and employment law policies. Finally, President Joko Widodo's leadership focuses on developing and improving the Indonesian economy

    Balbar Village in Tidore Islands City is trying to realize itself as an independent village through a collaborative governance approach. This study aims to analyze how collaboration between the government, the community, the private sector, and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) can accelerate the achievement of village independence. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that good governance collaboration can increase the efficiency of the independent village program, but there are several obstacles, such as low community participation and lack of financial literacy. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to improve communication between stakeholders and empower human resources (HR) in villages

A qualitative field research method assessed how planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling religious activities positively influence mosque attendance and prosperity. The study found that well-structured management practices increase participation and financial contributions, helping the mosque prosper.     From Trend to Choices: Cognitive Dissonance and Fast-Fashion Consumption Among Indonesian Influencers

    In 2010, Instagram was introduced as a free photo-sharing app for iOS and Android users, providing a unique platform for sharing life experiences through visual content. This study, spanning five months (July-December 2023), explores the rise of fast fashion consumption and influencer trends in Indonesia. It employs the diffusion model proposed by Beaudoin, Moore, and Goldsmith. Analysis of interview data using NVivo highlights a strong link between the fashion industry and influencers. NVivo enables remote collaboration, allowing individuals from different locations to work on shared data files in real-time. The study emphasizes data collection through structured interviews based on an in-depth examination of influencers. Findings reveal that the high-value nature of fast fashion significantly influences Indonesian influencers, driven by the growing popularity of consumer trends and ongoing style improvements in the fashion industry. However, it emphasizes the importance of recognizing that unquestionably following trends can profoundly shape an individual's lifestyle, echoing previous research on the pivotal role of trends in fashion choices. Overall, the research underscores the substantial impact of trends and influencers on Indonesia's fast fashion landscape
