    \ud The purpose of this research is to find out about the difference between expectation of University of Bunda Mulia students and the performance of Layanan Administrasi Mahasiswa performances.\ud \ud This research is descriptive research. The method of sampling is non probability sampling and the technique is purposive sampling. The sample consists of 100 respondent that obtained from Bunda Mulia University students in odd semester period 2009/2010. The result of this research shows that Bunda Mulia University students feel satisfy with Layanan Administrasi Mahasiswa service after compare Layanan Administrasi Mahasiswa performances with Bunda Mulia University student’s expectation.\u

    The minimum wage is a macroeconomic issue that is still debated. Basically, the minimum wage policy aimed to protect workers, so that they earn an adequate wages to finance the basic needs of their life. Practically, the minimum wage policy often encounters its purpose because it is regarded as miserable for those who have no expertise. This phenomenon is mainly happening in the low-average-income countries that have many unskilled workers. Ghana, Indonesia, and Costa Rica were used to be analyzed in this paper. According to International Water Association data year 2006, those countries earn income per capita less than US$9,200 and were categorized as low-average-income countries.     Universitas Bunda Mulia merupakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang menyadari pentingnya mengembangkan generasi muda penerus pembangunan bangsa yang berhati tulus dan sifat mau menolong, disamping memiliki pribadi yang cerdas dan rajin. Sementara itu, jurusan Psikologi Universitas Bunda Mulia harus mempersiapkan mahasiswanya menjadi calon Psikolog yang merupakan profesi menolong orang lain, yang diharapkan memiliki kualitas positif tertentu sebagai bagian dari kompetensinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran ikhlas dan sabar terhadap sikap menolong yang dimiliki mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi Universitas Bunda Mulia.\ud Penelitian ini merupakan survey yang dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi Universitas Bunda Mulia yang dipilih secara acak menjadi Subjek peneliti. Sebagai alat pengumpulan data digunakan Kuesioner skala tipe Likert ( skala 7). Data yang terkumpul dikalibrasi dengan rating scale model untuk diolah lebih lanjut. Dengan menggunakan teknik kolerasi, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif antara ikhlas dengan sabar, antara ikhlas dengan sikap menolong, dan antara sabar dengan sikap menolong. Hasil pengolahan data dengan anova juga menunjukan adanya hubungan interaksi antara ikhlas dan sabar dengan sikap menolong. Namun , hasil pengolahan data lebih lanjut menunjukan bahwa peran ikhlas terhadap sikap menolong tergolong lemah, lebih banyak memiliki efek tidak langsung dari pada efek langsung. Dalam model ini, perilaku sabar terlihat menjadi variable moderator antara ikhlas dan sikap menolong. Variable ikhlas memiliki peran sebagai determinan variable sabar, selanjutnya variable sabar juga memiliki peran sebagai determinan sikap menolong.\u

    Workers as human resource contribute significantly to productivity in an organization. Their contribution is big even when technology has replaced some of their roles and functions. However, workers are not free from facing problems at the work place related to the work that they do, the work place itself, other workers etc. Research conducted at a Songket handicraft industry X is to identify sources of dissatisfaction faced by their workers at the work place. The study also intends to see how the workers express their feelings of dissatisfaction and to understand workers attitude towards their place of work. This is an empirical study using questionnaire and interview as the main techniques in a survey for gathering data. A total of 20 respondents were met. The SPSS program was used to analyze the quantitative data. The findings show that the main cause of dissatisfaction among the workers is the wages they receive. Other extrinsic (such as management style, work burden and depression from other workers) and intrinsic factors (such as appreciation and respect) also contribute to the dissatisfaction among workers. Besides that, problem at work place continues because the workers are not concern about their right and welfare. As such it can be said that workers need to be managed well and their well being looked after. Otherwise, it could be a cause of dissatisfaction among the workers and without proper channels to help address it could lead the workers to express them in the informal and negative ways

    Lately competition becomes really tough, because of that each University has to choose the right strategy in order to increase their market share. Some of the strategies that can be done are by choosing the right communication media for each promotion that the university wants to do. For that reason, this research wants to know which communication media that really attracts students at Bunda Mulia University, Management Major in year 2010/2011. In this research, the writer used incidental sampling. The writer also use questionnaire for gathering the data or information need. To analyze the data, the writes use SPSS ver. 15.0 for windows. The conclusion of this research about the highest percentage to the lowest percentage of the most attractive communication media are television, internet, direct mail, magazines, radio, newspapers, outdoor advertising, and the last one is telemarketing. According to the result, the highest percentage of an attractive communication media is television, so the writer suggest that the best media to do the promotion is television media

    Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh partisipasi anggran, persepsi keadilan dan job relevan information (JRI) dan tekanan anggran terhadap informasi asimetri dalam suatu institusi pendidikan dalam hal ini adalah sebuah Universitas yang tidak terlepas dalam penyusunan anggaran yang dihubungkan dengan terjadinya informasi asimetri yang akan menyebabkan terjadinya kesenjangan anggaran.\ud Rumusan permasalahan dalam hal ini adalah, bagaimana pengaruh partisipasi anggaran, persepsi keadilan, job relevant information dan tekanan anggaran terhadap informasi asimetri secara parsial? Dan bagaimana pengaruh partisipasi anggaran, persepsi keadilan, job relevant information dan tekanan anggran terhadap informasi asimetri secara simultan?\ud Responden penelitian ini adalah para manager dan sub manager pada tiap-tiap unit departemen dengan menggunakan teknik sensus atau total sampling atas 35 responden analisa atas data menggunakan regresi linier dan berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikasi a =0,05 diperoleh hasil Ha diterima secara simultan dengan menggunakan anova diketahui bahwa secara bersama-sama variable bebas, yaitu partisipasi anggaran, persepsi keadilan, job relevant information dan tekanan anggaran memiliki pengarauh yang nyata terhadap informasi asimetri.\ud Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa sebesar 59,9% informasi asimetri dipengaruhi oleh variabel penelitian, selebihnya sebesar 40,1 % dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar variable penelitian \u

    Every industry in financial market has a same goal, which is an optimum stock price. We’ve known there are a lot of factor effected stock price, such as fundamental structur, demand and supply law, interest rate, dividend and news and rumors. The research objective is to find out the effect of Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to Stock Price. The subject of this research is the manufactur company in consumption sector listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) from 2006 to 2008. The results of this research are, there is no effect of DER to Stock price if EPS constant, but there is an effect of EPS to stock price if DER constant. From the simultan analysis, the result is there is effect of DER and EPS to stock price Hopefully this research could provided a comprehensif data to develop any research in the futur

The sample of this research are the full timer lecturers works in Bunda Mulia University. The result of this research shown us that there is a posifif and significant effect of organizational culture to works satisfaction. The result of the research will provide a basic information about organizational culture in Bunda Mulia, what lecturer feel about that and how that’s change affected their performances. The purpose of this research is to know the implication of macroeconomic especially inflation and GDP (Gross domestic Product) to ROAA (Return on Average Assets) in banking. The subject of this research is the ten biggest banks in category of asset in Indonesia. The object of this research is financial statements of the ten biggest banks in category of asset in Indonesia, GDP Indonesia and inflation in research’s period. The result of this research are with level of confidence 95%, inflation has not significant impact to ROAA while GDP was controlled and GDP has not significant impact to ROAA while inflation was controlled
