HOW DOES A GOOD TEACHER TEACH?
Communicative language teaching is a two ways of communication in classroom where applied recently throughout the effective teaching. In order to develop the communicative environment, a teacher should maintain a good relationship to their students throughout their personality. This type of teacher interpersonal behaviors are categorized into eight types those are; Leadership, Understanding, Uncertain, Admonishing, Helpful / Friendly, Student freedom, Dissatisfied, Strict behavior (Wubbles et al, 1985, 2006; Wubbles and Levy, 1993). In order to find out students perceptions toward their teacher interpersonal behavior during the learning process thus this following research raise two questions they are; (1) How do students see their teacher’s performance throughout their personality?; (2) How do teachers perceived themselves in the classroom (3) What is the most personality obtained by the good teachers?. Samples are taken from 30 university students majoring English Language and Culture with 4 lecturers as the teacher models. The questionnaires adopted from Questionnaire of Teacher Interaction (QTI). The data would be analyzed statistically and elaborated qualitatively. The expected outcome is to give reflection to teachers about how their performance in the eyes of their students and how these personalities are also giving effect to the classroom environment

ANALISIS KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MELAKUKAN RESERVASI HOTEL SECARA ONLINE
Hotel selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan jasa pelayanan mereka seperti reservasi melalui online. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung keputusan pembelian konsumen dalam melakukan reservasi online dan faktor manakah yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen tersebut dalam melakukan reservasi online. Responden di dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 300 responden. Hasil dari interview yang dilakukan terhadap 150 responden adalah ditemukannya 5 faktor yang mendukung keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan reservasi online dan hasil dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 responden adalah faktor Kemudahan dalam menggunakan yang berdampak pada efisiensi waktu merupakan faktor yang paling dominan

Mapping of corporate brand is reviewed from the point of evaluation and relevance should be right on target and should be used as supportive data for making short and long term strategy of the organization.\ud

This research discussed about how mapping the universities brand, mapping activities was divide in to three measurement, which is Brand Awareness, Brand Preference, and Brand Perception. This research also segmenting respondents in two segments, senior high school students and parents, this research located in West Jakarta, research target is mapping universities brand in national context, thus universities in answer separate in national universities.\ud

Result from this research showing that University of Indonesia is Top of Mind in senior high school students Brand Awareness with 19.17% and Tarumanagara University is Top of Mind in parents brand awareness with 28.33%. Whereas brand preference result is University of Indonesia is the most preference in students and parents perpectives with 24.17% and 27.5%.\u

Untuk dapat memperoleh pegawai yang handal dan profesional, maka diperlukan berbagai kegiatan yang baik, mencakup proses rekrutmen dan seleksi pada tahapan awal. Kegiatan rekrutmen dan seleksi yang baik diharapkan akan dapat menghasilkan calon-calon pegawai yang berkinerja baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, dan seleksi memengaruhi secara positip terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar PT. HEDGING DEVICES IN ‘MONAVIE JUICE’ TESTIMONY
Culture has a significant influence on how people treat illnesses. Indonesians, for example, believe that traditional healing can help them cure their illnesses. One of the traditional or alternative healing booming in Indonesia is a drink made of fruit or vegetables. This kind of drink is called juice. To convince people that juice is effective enough to cure an illness and to persuade people to buy the product, persuasive testimony is needed. Linguisctically, when discussing persuasive texts, we can relate them to powerful and powerless language. According to Blankenship and Holtgraves (2005: 4), powerless language refers to the use of linguistic features such as tag questions, hesitations, disclaimers, hedges, polite forms, etc. in a text, while powerful language does not denote these features. Hedges can be words like probably, kind of, sort of, and possibly (Carli, 1990; Gibbons, Busch, & Bradac, 1991; Holtgraves & Lasky, 1999; Hosman, 1989; Hosman, Huebner, & Siltamen, 2002 cited in Durik, Britt, Reynolds, and Storey, 2008: 218). Hedges can also be words like approximately, roughly, somewhat, quite, often, or occasionally (Salager-Meyer, 1994: 154). SEGMENTASI DAN PERSEPSI MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI MANAJEMEN TERHADAP PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI UNIVERSITAS BUNDA MULIA DENGAN METODE CLUSTER ANALYSIS
Although universities are increasingly competing for accepting huge number of students, little has been written about a popular alternative to the lecture-oriented approach to teaching the students at the universities. This paper sees how educational philosophies that underlie lecture and case methods of teaching are related to how faculty perform their teaching to their students. Differences between the underlying world of views of lecture and case methods of teaching similarly lead to differences in many other aspects of the teaching and learning process. The findings of this paper are that each educational philosophy favors a certain instructional methodology, which in turn determine not only the way the instruction is performed but also how faculty perform their teaching, which will be accepted as the most favorable teaching method by the students. These studies investigate the values of students’ perception in accepting the teaching methods as well as the most favorable teaching methods for both qualitative subject and quantitative subject lectures. The way segmentation of the students analyses are performed, reflecting the perception of similarity and difference of the segmentation groups.\ud

A new development in segmentation analysis is the cluster analysis method. This method defines segment on the basis of their similarity and difference of response. The K-means cluster analysis algorithm has been a widely applied clustering technique, especially in the area of marketing research. In spite of its popularity and ability to deal with large volumes of data quickly and efficiently, K-means cluster analysis to yield improved performance in terms of solution quality and robustness. Among the algorithms, K-means is one of the most popularly used in the area of marketing research to partition objects into different clusters, due to its ability to deal with large-sized problems that often characterize many marketing research studies. Although K-means is iterative in nature and requires a large amount of computation time to converge, it is more efficient than most other methods in forming clusters, and therefore makes the computational problem more manageable.\u

This paper intends to describe how the elevator speech-official movie trailer affects the moviegoers. Further this paper also intends to describe how the big production house affects the moviegoers. The analysis is measured by the regression which comes from one hundred respondent involved. The instrument used to collect data is by questionnaire. Most of respondents have the same response that almost all of the indicators have big effects for them. \u
