Intelligent Transition Mechanisms in 5G DSA: A Logistic Regression Approach to Reuse Factor Adaptation
This research work use Dynamic Spectrum Allocation (DSA) embedded in 5G technology and logistic regression as Machine learning tool to alter the reuse factor of assigned telecommunication frequency to a more robust and reliable frequency. The switch from a frequency reuse of 3 (FR3) to a frequency reuse of 7 (FR7) was considered. Historical data generated from a Telecommunications Company in Nigeria was utilised. This data consist of User throughput and the number of user equipment to assess traffic load and congestion from user equipment (UE).The ideal was meant to determine the probability at which a switch or transition between reuse factors will occur. With a resolution threshold of 50 users which was set to commence the shift from reuse factor of 3 when the number of users have reached its threshold of 50 to reuse factor of 7 when the number of users exceeds 50 and above. The objective of this combination is to increase spectrum utilisation efficiency and network flexibility, by optimising spectrum resources in densely populated urban areas. This study explains the mechanisms and also demonstrate how logistic regression with DSA will enhance network capacity of wireless communication systems. The logistic regression model proved effective in making intelligent decisions regarding the transition from reuse factor 3 to reuse factor 7 as it was able to accommodate up to 79 users as against the threshold value of 50 users when running under the reuse factor of 3. With a high accuracy of 91.9% and balanced precision-recall values, it showcased its ability to optimize spectral efficiency. 
Factors that Influence the Utilization of Digital Transactions among the Micro-Business Enterprises in General Santos City
This study investigated the factors that influence the utilization of digital transactions among micro-business enterprises in General Santos City. The application of e-commerce services has rapidly increased in response to the pandemic. Moving toward business recovery, different types of literature have stressed how important the shift to digital technology is for businesses to thrive in the new normal. This study sought to investigate the factors that influence users' preferences for switching from traditional cash-based transactions to electronic commerce systems. The Push-Pull-Mooring Framework was employed as the research model. A descriptive and correlational analysis was conducted using data from 65 retail and 35 wholesale micro-business enterprises in General Santos City. The results indicated that the respondents’ intention to utilize digital transactions is significantly influenced by one push factor which is the transaction inconvenience, also by pull factors which include economic benefit, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and critical mass, and by mooring factors including trust, perceived security and privacy, and switching costs. To achieve and sustain recovery, assistance, and support for relatively young and small companies might be prioritized in terms of utilizing e-commerce services as well as setting strong policies towards giving aid, especially to micro-business enterprises in developing digital infrastructures and complementing with these strategies is strengthening data privacy and security for these e-commerce services. This study concluded that the advantages that can be obtained from the utilization of e-commerce services, as well as external factors, impose significance on businesses. 
The Impact of Estrogen on Embryonic Development: A Review Paper

Estrogen, a key hormone in the endocrine system, plays a crucial role in orchestrating various physiological processes during pregnancy, influencing the growth and differentiation of the developing embryo. This review synthesizes current knowledge on the effects of estrogen on embryonic development, encompassing cellular and molecular mechanisms, organogenesis, and long-term implications for postnatal health. Additionally, it discusses the regulatory networks and environmental factors that modulate estrogen levels, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a delicate hormonal balance for optimal embryonic outcomes. Understanding the intricate interplay between estrogen and embryonic development is essential for advancing our knowledge in reproductive biology and perinatal health. 
Students’ Performance and ICT Capabilities in Quadratic Functions Using GeoGebra
The study explored the relationship between information and communication technology (ICT) self-efficacies and students’ mathematics performance using the GeoGebra software in teaching quadratic functions to senior high school (SHS) students in the West Gonja Municipality of the savannah region. ICT capabilities were defined as the functionalities offered by ICT in mathematics education that students identify and utilize to address their learning needs, including computational and graphing capabilities. The pre-test/post-test non-equivalent control group design with a quantitative research approach were employed for data collection. A sample of 120 participants were selected from three Senior High Schools in the West Gonja Municipality via the stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through performance tests and students survey questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test and correlation analysis. Notably, the study observed that there was comparable/significant difference between the posttest mean scores of students taught using GeoGebra and students taught without it. The results also indicated GeoGebra as an effective technological tool for improving students’ computational and graphing competencies, both of which revealed significant and positive association with mathematics performance. Analysis of the responses of students' opinions/perceptions of GeoGebra as an ICT tool in teaching quadratic functions revealed an overwhelming majority of students had positive perceptions of GeoGebra, considering it an effective tool for teaching and learning quadratic functions, enhancing their understanding, computational skills, and motivation. They also expressed willingness to recommend it to their peers, indicating strong support for its integration into mathematics education. As a result, the study proposed the full integration of ICT into the SHSs’ curriculum. Additionally, it recommended focusing on enhancing the ICT competencies of SHS students to effectively leverage ICT in their educational endeavors. 
Adoption of Emerging Web-Technologies by Medical Doctors in Enugu Metropolis, Enugu State
Emerging web-technologies play pivotal role in advancing remote patient monitoring and telemedicine services in various ways that are currently transforming healthcare delivery. Adoption of these technologies by medical doctors in their medical practice is generally considered as important for improved healthcare delivery. This study examined adoption of emerging web-technologies by medical doctors in Enugu metropolis, Enugu State. Two research questions guided the study. The study adopted a descriptive cross sectional design. The population of the study was selected 10 health facilities is Enugu metropolis. The sample of the study comprised 150 medical doctors drawn from the public and private health facilities in Enugu metropolis. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. The data collected from questionnaires was analysed using frequencies, percentages, and chi-square test. Findings of the study revealed that majority of the medical doctors, 63.33% utilize patient remote monitoring devices to facilitate health care services. Also, majority of the medical doctors, 51.33% utilize telemedicine to facilitate health care services. Results showed that gender and practice-locations of medical doctors had significant association to the level to which they utilize patient remote monitoring devices to facilitate healthcare services. The study recommended that health policy makers should develop and implement ongoing training programmes for medical professionals to enhance their proficiency in using remote patient monitoring devices and telemedicine. This will ensure that healthcare providers stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of these web-technologies for maximal benefits. Government should recognize and address issues related to internet connectivity and infrastructure, particularly in remote or underserved areas. Improving broadband access and reliability will ensure seamless telemedicine interactions and also broaden its reach to a wider population.

Influence of Work-Life Balance on Employee Work Performance Among Middle Level Management Public Servants in Public Service in Kenya
The aim of this study was to establish the influence of work-life balance on employee work performance among middle level management public servants in public service in Kenya. The study adopted a survey and multiple linear regression research design. Descriptive statistics provided meaningful comparisons between groups or datasets (Sudha, 2017). While multiple linear regression demonstrated the importance of the independent variables' influence on the dependent variables. It was also efficient to investigate and visualize data using descriptive statistics, as well as to develop a prediction model. Pie charts are the graphic representations that provided visual insights into variable distribution, shape, and linkages. The study's population was the Kenya School of Government SMC 409/2012 class with 112 trainees. A purposive sampling was preferred as the SMC 409/2023 class was already in place following nomination by their respective institutions, a representation of various agencies of the Kenyan government. The class was already a controlled group in the sense that they met the minimum criteria being in mid-level management in public service and being a representation of different government agencies as well as a representation in terms of length of service in public service, age and gender. Data collection was done using a shared google link questionnaire that was sent to all participants with the intention of obtaining data from at least 74 respondents. From the results above it was clear that the respondents stated that work-life balance had a positive influence on their productivity at work. The results from the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) showed a significant statistical relationship between the overall performance at work, and work-life balance considered in the model. This is indicated by an F-value of 5.573 and a p-value of 0.002, at a 95% confidence level. The findings underscored the importance of work-life balance in enhancing employee performance in the public service. The researchers recommended that public service should adopt policies aimed at aiding employees with the attainment of work-life balance. This could mean extended working hours for reporting to work and leaving work, working from home, flex-times as well as discouraging employees from carrying work home and ensuring all employees go on leave. 
Investigation of Water Quality in Aizawl City, Mizoram, India
Water derived from various sources may differ greatly in quality and suitability for domestic use. Ideally, water intended for human consumption must be free from organisms and from concentration of chemical substances that may be hazardous to health. In addition, supplies of drinking water should be as pleasant to drink as circumstances permit. Coolness, absence of turbidity and colour and absence of any disagreeable taste or smell are of the utmost importance in public supplies of drinking water. Drinking water or potable water is water of sufficiently high quality that it can be consumed or used without risk of immediate or long-term harm to human health. Water samples from different water sources were collected for testing the quality. Fifteen samples each from tuikhur and hand pumps, one sample each from River Tlawng and Serlui, one sample each from three springs located outside the residential area from where water tankers collect water, five samples of rainwater, and five samples from piped water supply. All together forty-five water samples were collected and tested for physical, chemical and bacteriological parameters. 
Social Goal Orientation, Academic Engagement and Creativity as Predictors of Secondary School Students’ Academic Achievement in Mathematics in Anambra State, Nigeria
Social goal orientation, academic engagement and creativity are strong indicators and facilitators for effective learning. The association among these variables to jointly predict academic achievement has been vague and nebulous in the field of educational psychology. The study aimed to explore the students’ social goal orientation, academic engagement, and creativity as predictors of academic achievement in mathematics in Anambra State. Four research questions and three null hypotheses were formulated for the study. The study adopted a predictive correlational design. The population comprised of 21,204 SS II students from which a sample of 1560 was drawn using probability sampling procedure. Standardized research instruments such as; Social Goal Orientation Questionnaire (SGOQ), Students’ Academic Engagement Questionnaire (SAEQ) and Epstein Creativity Competencies Inventory (ECCI) developed by Epstein were used for data collection. Students’ mathematics achievement scores from the state wide promotion examination were used to represent mathematics achievement. Cronbach’s alpha was used to determine the reliability of the items in the instruments. A reliability indices were found to be .88, .82, and .92 for SGOQ, SAEQ and ECCI respectively. These scores made the instruments fit for the study. The standard multiple regression was used to analyze the collected data. The standard multiple regression was used to analyze the collected data. The research question 1 was answered using multiple regression. The research question 2 was answered using unstandardized β. The research question 3 was answered using adjusted R2. The research question 4 was answered using standardized β. The null hypothesis 1 was tested using F-test for regression model. The null hypothesis 2 was tested using t-test for adjusted R2. The null hypothesis 3 was tested using t-test for β at .05 level of significance. Findings showed that students social orientation, academic engagement and creativity scores yielded an adjusted R square of .007. This implies that predictors accounted for about 0.7% of the variance scores in academic achievement. Also, the analysis of variance indicated that the regression equation was significant in predicting academic achievement in mathematics. This implies that at least one of the independent variables significantly predicted academic achievement in mathematics. Based on these findings, it was recommended that students should consider social goal orientation, academic engagement and creativity as adaptive motivational variables that have jointly predict academic achievement. 
Effects of Introducing Different Levels of Groundnut Hay Treated with Urea and Molasses on Performance of Desert Lambs (Hammari Ecotype)
Non-traditional agricultural by-products are a potentially valuable alternative source of animal feed which may decrease dependence on traditional feed products and decrease overall feeding costs. This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of using groundnut hay in lambs fattening. Groundnut hay was used at three levels (0, 20 and 30%) in three iso-energetic and iso-nitrogenous diets (A, B and C). Twenty seven male lambs of Sudanese Desert sheep (Hamari ecotype) were selected according to their age (4-5months) and average live body weight (20.5Kg) and they were kept in Rural Development and Extension Center (R.D.E.C). The experimental feed includes three different levels of groundnut hay treated with urea and molasses (0, 20 and 30 %). Experimental animals were fed for 60 days included two weeks as adaptation periods. All the data was collected and statistically analyzed by using statistical package for Social Studies (SPSS version 17.0). an A Completely Randomized Design (CRD). One way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncans multiple range were used to test for difference among the treatments means. The study showed a significant differences (P>0.05) among different treatments for average values of final live body weight gain(FLBWG), total live body weight gain(TLBWG), daily live body weight gain(DLBWG), feed conversion rate(FCR), feed conversion rate as % of live body weight gain, cost of one kg feed and cost of one kg live weight per (SG). While initial live body weight (ILBW) and daily feed intake (DFI) showed no significant differences (P>0.05) among different treatments. Treatment A (control) reported the highest and best values of final live body weight, daily weight gain, cost of one kg feed, and cost of one kg live weight followed by treatment B (%20) while treatment C (30%) reported the lowest values so, we recommend to use groundnut hay up to 20% for finishing desert lamb.
