The Rheumatic Valvulopathies in Schools in Burkina Faso
Introduction: The purpose of our study was to determine the prevalence of rheumatic valve diseases in the primary schools Provincial Directorate of Education National (DPENA) of Kadiogo. Patients and methods: This was a prevalence study Over a period of 8 months carrying on primary school students from all constituencies Basic Education (CEB) of the Kadiogo Provincial Directorate of National Education. We conducted clinical and paraclinical screening with a representative sample of this population. Results: Our sample was 1519 students from 50 schools spread over 26 CEBs. The sex ratio Was 0.94. Were included in the study the students of the tranche of age of 5 to 16 years old. The social level low economic was predominant and was found in 72.46% of cases. Associated comorbidities were dental caries (17.05%), angina/tonsillar hypertrophy (2.57%). The ultrasound prevalence of valvulopathies Probable according to the classification of the World Federation of the Heart was 7.24‰ with no significant difference between the sexes. Conclusion: Rheumatic valve diseases are still endemic in school-age children in developing countries. The need for early detection and management of these conditions is necessary to improve the health of future adult populations in Burkina Faso. 
The Role of Remote Sensing in Assessing and Mitigating Environmental Pollution: A Narrative Review

The review also discusses advancements in sensor technology and data processing, which enhance the accuracy and scope of environmental assessments. Ultimately, remote sensing proves to be an indispensable tool in the fight against environmental pollution, offering valuable insights that drive informed decision-making and sustainable practices. 
Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: A Case Study of Cambodian Universities
Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming education, offering exciting opportunities and challenges for universities. This study investigates the integration of AI in undergraduate studies at three universities in Battambang, Cambodia. The author employed a quantitative survey design targeting 370 students across various majors and year levels. This research aims to (1) examine the correlation between students’ utilization of AI tools and their chosen field of study; (2) explore undergraduate students' perceptions regarding the application of AI in their academic research; and (3) analyze the perceived significance of AI integration within the context of specific majors. Through a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 370 students across three universities, and their use, perceptions, and significance of AI in their academic endeavors were examined. The findings reveal high engagement with AI tools, particularly for language translation and writing enhancement, although most students lack formal training in AI usage. While students appreciate the efficiency and personalized learning experiences offered by AI, they also express concerns about data privacy, algorithmic biases, and the impact on critical thinking skills. 
Research Aptitudes Among University Teachers and Impacts on Instructional Quality: A Review Paper
Generating new practices and ideas are the key principles of higher education instructions. For teaching at university level research aptitude, innovative competence and knowledge are becoming increasingly important in today’s education. In comparison to other professionals’ teachers are required to enhance their aptitude toward research and innovative practices more. Teacher who is engaged in research at his/her professional practice, contributes much to his education career and keep his / her field up to date. A strong research aptitude of university teachers makes a teacher strong, innovative and productive in his/her teaching profession. The present paper offers reviews of articles and previous studies about aptitude of teachers toward research and the impact on their teaching practices. The review points to the vital importance of research engagement in teaching career. Thus, the investigator argues that there is a greater need of aptitude toward research for teachers who teach at university level. 
A ‘Systemic’ Model of a Mind-Body Interaction
This paper shows that, by using a “systemic” mind theory and a formal model initially proposed by Neisser, it is possible to formally represent the mind-body communication processes as they are expressed within the psychoanalytic environment. In this paper, mathematical models of neural networks are used to demonstrate that Neisser’s hypothesis is reinforced if a temporal evolution appears. On the contrary, additional neurophysiological mechanisms must be postulated to show the differences between primary and secondary processes. 
Assessment of Carbon-Dioxide Emission from Non-Road Equipment Construction Sources at a Flyover Development Site in Port Harcourt, Nigeria
It is emphasized that global warming and climate change vary directly with the increase in the concentration of greenhouse gases, particularly carbon dioxide across domains. The constructions of social and economic infrastructures in developing counties such as Nigeria at a higher rate increases the emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) into the lower atmosphere. Non-road construction equipment sources powered by fossil fuels are considered to be primary emitters of greenhouse gases during the construction stages of large infrastructure project. In this study, inventory of non-road construction machinery emissions from the Tank junction flyover construction site along East-West Road in Port Harcourt metropolis were estimated via field data gathering. Results showed that an average of about 398.7 g/s (4134.4 ton/year) of CO2 is released from the construction site in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Among the various types of non-road engines considered, the mobile crane was the largest single contributor to the total CO2 emissions, accounting for 18.5%. Machinery with power above 300 kW were 8 out of 30 equipment on site and accounted for the largest share (52.87%) of total CO2 emissions. Based on the findings from current research literature and the case study, control strategies such as enforcing standards and policy, conducting impact assessment, adopting low carbon technology, and restricting energy utilization need to be implemented in other reduce the impact of global warming and alleviate climate change. Therefore, CO2 emission mitigation plans and schemes are necessary alongside standardized frameworks and guidelines. All stakeholders must play their roles efficiently to reduce CO2 emissions and aid in mitigating the effects of climate change. 
On Pregnancy Journey and Early Parenting: Young Indigenous Mothers in Context
The objective of this study was to explore and understand the experiences of young Indigenous mothers during their pregnancy and early parenting. Using qualitative descriptive phenomenology, the study was conducted among 14 purposefully chosen Indigenous young mothers aged 14-17 years old and caring for at least one child who is two years of age. There were seven participants for the focus group discussion and seven for the in-depth interview. The descriptive phenomenological method developed by Colaizzi was used in the research study to analyze data. The study's findings showed that the challenges experienced by the participants were used to process the data. The three main themes of the study are as follows: The Winding River of Motherhood, Prayer as a Universal Solvent, and Navigating Life’s Waters. The means of coping with the challenges the participants experienced were Faith’s Resilient Beacon, and Pillars of Unwavering Support. Finally, the insights they shared with their fellow Indigenous mothers and society in general were the themes: The Art of Making Wise Choices, The Scholar’s Beacon, and Echoes of the Looking Glass. It entails that the families, government, and other concerned agencies aggressively promote and offer educational opportunities, livelihood programs, and healthcare services for young Indigenous mothers as a powerful advocacy to positively impact their life paths. 
Antifungal Activity of Moringa peregrina Plant Extracts Against Candida kruzei
Commercial antibacterial drugs commonly used to treat diseases have led to the current drug resistance in humans. Early human civilizations used Moringa peregrina extracts against a variety of illnesses and infections caused by food. M. Peregrina grows well in a variety of harsh conditions, including high temperatures, limited water supply, and nutrient-deficient soils. There is something remarkable about this plant's resilience and ability to survive in challenging environments. To conserve water and withstand extreme drought conditions, it has evolved unique adaptations. M. peregrina's deciduous leaves allow it to shed its leaves during dry periods to reduce water loss through transpiration. As a result of this adaptation, it is able to endure prolonged periods of water scarcity. A serious infection can be caused by Candida kruzei, an opportunistic fungal pathogen that is especially dangerous to immuno-compromised individuals, and the increasing drug-resistance of several Candida strains have necessitated the search for alternative to standard anti-fungal agents to which resistance has grown. The objective of this study was to investigate the antifungal effect of M. peregrina ethanolic extract derived from its leaves, seeds, and roots against C. kruzei. The phytochemical screening of M. peregrina extracts were performed using qualitative determination whilst the antifungal activity of methanol and water extracts of leaves, seeds, and roots was performed using the agar diffusion method. The results of the phytochemical analysis demonstrated the presence of phenolic compounds, steroids, flavonoids, tannins, and saponins. The studied extracts displayed various degrees of antifungal activities against C. kruzei. The extract of the leaves was active against C. kruzei with recorded minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 10mg/ml. There is a need for further research to isolate and identify the antimicrobial agent in different parts of M. peregrina. A deeper investigation should be conducted into the antibacterial agent dosages of these plant parts, which may then be used by the pharmaceutical industry. 
Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnostic Scale – Revised
The main aim of this study is to empirically prove the Diagnostic Accuracy Scale to diagnosis of people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), the sample of participants has been extended, paying special attention to students over 14 years of age, adapting the activities and, therefore, the indices-criteria of the observation factors. A total of 94 students have participated in the study, whose coded data allow us to corroborate the data found in the initial scale, facilitating a precise and exhaustive diagnosis of the disorder by levels. The diagnostic conclusions were based on the gaussian curve found from the typical scores obtained from the direct scores obtained in the ten dimensions of the analysis, made up of three dimensional categories, whose percentage weighting is as follows: 1) the procedural category (60%), 2) the social dimensional category (20%), and 3) the behavioural dimensional category (20%), the overall sum of which allows the diagnostic conclusions of the disorder to be drawn, both at a general level and according to the specific level of ASD. The percentage levels are justified by the empirical studies of the study. Thus, the stepwise linear regression analysis carried out includes two dimensions corresponding to the procedural category as basic predictors of the disorder: I) semantic retrieval (Beta: .90, R2: .82), and II) relationship between retrieval (Beta: .57) and interconcepts or relationships (R2: .82). 57) and interconcepts or relationships between information (Beta: .35), being the overall constant (Beta: .92, R2: .84), ahead of the social or behavioural dimensions, which supports the importance of the procedural dimension, especially related to the development of nodes or relationships between information content in determining the specific criteria for the diagnosis of ASD. 
The Existing Dynamics of Electric Grid Systems in the Province of Takhar, Afghanistan
The research paper investigates about the development of electric networks which states the amount of electricity that the people of Takhar currently use in Afghanistan, and expansion of Takhar’s electrical networks. The electric networks have become a significant importance research area to the socio-economic development of the country. It is in a state of flux and development among difficulties in Takhar province, currently. The region still has a long way to go before attaining widespread and dependable electrification, even with the notable progress made in recent years toward expanding access to power and strengthening infrastructure. Takhar's electrical grid is made up of both conventional and renewable energy sources, while it imports a significant amount of power from nearby nations. However, it has been determined that a crucial tactic for improving the province's energy security and sustainability is the incorporation of renewable energy sources, particularly hydroelectric and solar power. The research explores the present situation, difficulties, and potential futures of the province's electric networks. The main problem for using a mixed-methods methodology that combines qualitative interviews with important stakeholders including local utility providers, government officials (Ministry of Energy and Water, Da Afghanistan Brishna Shirkat (DABS)), and community members with quantitative data analysis. In order to overcome current obstacles and meet the region's electrical demands, this abstract emphasizes the dynamic character of the electric network growth in Takhar province and emphasizes the vital need for ongoing investment, innovation, and cooperation. Finally, the researcher found out the amount of renewable energy sources in Takhar, the amoun of energy that Takhar can produce, the amount of electricity that the people of Takhar currently use, and the amount of electricity that is needed by 2032 so that the people of Takhar Be self-sufficient in electricity.
