Preparing the Physical Fitness of Students in the Teaching of Physical Education at Tan Trao University
Cultivating the comprehensive development of students, including both professional knowledge and personal character, has been a longstanding priority in Vietnamese higher education. In this context, physical education (PE) plays a vital role, serving as a means to prepare students' physical fitness and promote their overall health - an essential foundation for the future leaders of the nation. At Tan Trao University, the importance of developing students' physical fitness within PE instruction has been recognized and emphasized.
This study examines the strategies and outcomes of preparing the physical fitness of students in the teaching of physical education at Tan Trao University. Drawing on a rigorous review of the university's curricula, teaching practices, and student assessment data, the research delves into the multifaceted approaches employed to enhance students' physical conditioning, including targeted fitness assessments, personalized training programs, and the integration of innovative pedagogical methods.
The findings reveal a marked improvement in students' cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and overall wellness, contributing to their enhanced academic performance and well-rounded personal development. Furthermore, the study highlights the institutional commitment to fostering a campus culture that prioritizes physical activity and healthy lifestyles, serving as a model for other Vietnamese universities aspiring to produce well-rounded graduates.
The insights gained from this investigation provide valuable guidance for educators and policymakers in strengthening the delivery of physical education and optimizing the holistic development of students in higher education settings. The study's comprehensive approach and impactful outcomes underscore the crucial role of physical fitness preparation in shaping the next generation of leaders and active citizens. 
The Gospels and Educational Leadership: Still Fascinating?
This exploration was inspired by the fact of the various studies both on the gospels and educational leadership, as well as the researcher’s interest in educational leadership. The study did not explore these concepts from a theological or biblical perspectives of leadership in the gospels, but rather takes an explanatory stance on how the researcher interprets different leadership events in the gospels when compared with contemporary educational leadership theories. In particular, taking into consideration the models of educational leadership as suggested by Bush and Glover (2003, 2014) as valuable contemporary typologies. The study delves in the role of Jesus as a leader and the role of leadership in the New Testament, leadership in general with further emphasis on educational leadership. The study was explored using desk research by gathering information and insights from various scholars and analysing them to interpret the correlation between leadership, in particular leadership in the gospels with contemporary educational leadership concepts. The study suggests that there is much more to be explored but there is much in common with leadership theories dating back around 2000 years with today’s typologies. 
A Comprehensive Review of Social Impact of Women Entrepreneurs in Enhancing Business Performance in the Tourism Sector for a Developing Country
A thorough analysis of the social effects of female entrepreneurs on the success of businesses in developing nations' tourism industries is given in this research. In sectors of the economy like tourism, where social connection and community involvement are crucial, women entrepreneurs are especially important for promoting economic growth and contributing to social development. In this review, the various ways that female entrepreneurs improve business performance in the tourism sector are examined, with an emphasis on the social impact of these contributions, by referencing previous research and empirical investigations. The analysis focuses on several important topics, such as the promotion of sustainable tourist practices, cultural preservation, community development, and female empowerment. The results underscore the noteworthy contribution of female entrepreneurs to the tourist industry's inclusive growth, job opportunities, and innovation. The review also cites several obstacles and hurdles that women entrepreneurs in developing nations must overcome, including restricted access to resources, discrimination based on gender, and sociocultural limitations. Policymakers, stakeholders, and practitioners are given recommendations on how to empower and promote female entrepreneurs in the tourism industry to maximize their social effect and further the objectives of sustainable development. In the context of developing nations' tourism industries, this research highlights the significance of identifying and utilizing women entrepreneurs' potential to promote positive social change and improve company performance. 
Effect of Time Delay in the Stability Analysis of Cholera Epidemic-Endemic Disease Model
Cholera as a disease is a kind of acute diarrhea caused by bacteria Vibrio cholerae. A nonlinear delayed mathematical model with environmental factor for the spread of infectious disease cholera is proposed and analyzed. A mathematical model for cholera was improved by adding a time delay that represents the time between the instant at which an individual becomes infected and the instant at which he begins to have symptoms of cholera disease. It is assumed that all susceptible are affected by carrier population density. The model is analyzed by stability theory of differential equations and computer simulation. We prove that the delayed cholera model is biologically meaningful and analyze the local asymptotic stability of the equilibrium points for positive time delays. A Comprehensive Review of Electrochemical Membrane Bioreactors for Enhanced Pollutant Removal and Fouling Mitigation
Membrane fouling significantly decreases the effectiveness and efficiency of Electrochemical Membrane Bioreactors (eMBRs). Foulants accumulate on membrane surfaces, affecting hydraulic permeability, electrochemical kinetics, microbiological activity, and mass transfer processes, resulting in decreased wastewater treatment performance by eMBRs and lower resource recovery efficiency. Therefore, this review focuses on examining electrochemical and membrane bioreactor technologies for wastewater treatment, with an emphasis on the influence of membrane fouling on eMBRs. The review explores various factors such as current density, electrode materials, and operating conditions, and their effects on treatment efficiency. The integration of electrochemical processes with MBR shows improved removal of organic pollutants, nitrogen, and phosphorus, along with reduced membrane fouling and enhanced operating stability. The study advocates for careful electrode material selection to optimize energy consumption and pollutant removal. Further research is recommended to refine processes, address challenges, and explore resource recovery within eMBRs. 
Assessing the Extent of Utilization of Digital Technology by Lecturers of the Department of Science Education, Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden
This study examined the use of digital technology devices in facilitating teaching and learning in Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), Ikot Akpaden. The study adopted descriptive survey research design. Three purposes, research questions, two hypotheses were raised and formulated to guide the study. The study population was all lecturers in the Department of Science Education of the Faculty of Education AKSU. All the 22 lecturers were selected as sample size for the study, using total population purposive sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was the researchers developed questionnaire, titled; Lecturers Utilization of Digital Technology Questionnaire (LUDTQ), face and content validation was done by three experts, a reliability coefficient of 0.82 was obtained using Cronbach Alpha. Descriptive statistics were used to answer the research questions while Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and Chi-square contingency test were used to test hypotheses. The results of the test indicated that there was no significant difference in the extent of utilization of Digital Technology tools by male and female lecturers. The findings also revealed that there was a significant relationship between lecturers' Digital technology resources utilization for teaching and lecturers professional status.This led the researchers to conclude that the extent of use of DT facilities in teaching by the lecturers was found to be moderate. It was recommended among others that The management of Akwa Ibom State University and indeed other Universities in Nigeria should encourage the use of Digital technology resources by providing enough of these resources and ensure that they are properly used by the lecturers in order to enhance teaching and learning as well as students’ achievement and interest. 
Dissipative Non-Slip MHD Nanofluid Flow with Variable Viscousity and Thermal Conductivity in the Presence of Arrhenius Chemical Reaction
This research investigates the intricate dynamics of dissipative non-slip magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) nanofluid flow, characterized by variable viscosity and thermal conductivity, under the influence of an Arrhenius chemical reaction. The inclusion of the Arrhenius chemical reaction adds complexity through heat generation or absorption, impacting temperature and concentration gradients. The study is motivated by the extensive applications of nanofluids in engineering and industrial processes, where precise control of heat and mass transfer is critical. We develop a comprehensive mathematical model that incorporates the variable properties of the nanofluid, the effects of the Lorentz force due to the applied magnetic field, and the temperature-dependent reaction rates dictated by the Arrhenius equation. The formulated governing equations were non-dimensionalised to identify the flow governing parameters. Finite Element Method (FEM), grid generation, solution algorithms, and post-processing to analyse velocity, temperature, and concentration distributions were used to obtain the numerical methods to solve fluid flow problems based on the Navier-Stokes equations, involving concepts of discretization. pdsolve subpackage in Maple 2023 was used to numerically solve PDEs with specific initial and boundary conditions, incorporating the plot and display commands for graphical analysis, and the results are presented and discussed. The findings reveal that the interplay between parameters like Hartmann number, Darcy parameter, and heat generation or absorption profoundly influences flow behaviour and thermal characteristics. The reactivity parameter is crucial, dictating the rate of chemical reactions and affecting system dynamics. This research enhances understanding of the interdependencies among fluid properties, chemical reactions, and external parameters in nanofluid flows. 
Botswana Coal: Navigating Economic Diversification and Climate Commitments
This paper considers the ethical dilemma posed by the Paris Climate Agreement considering the abundant coal exploitation opportunities in Botswana. The estimated 200 billion tons of coal was initially viewed as an opportunity to diversify the Botswana economy away from diamonds. Coal is currently used locally for electricity production and other small scale domestic uses. This paper mainly discusses thermal coal as opposed to coking coal commonly referred to as Met-coal. Lucrative prices on world markets coupled with demand in India and China for coal, Botswana with its massive coal deposits, one of the largest in world, can develop a new export sector which would diversify the diamond dependent economy. In 2012 the Government of Botswana released a Coal Road Map as it then envisaged coal as one of the more propitious areas for economic diversification. However, the potential to develop this export sector has been seriously challenged by the Paris Climate Agreement decision to move away from coal. In the wake of this treaty countries like China and Japan have refocused their efforts in developing renewable energy and this has negatively hampered Botswana’s economic ambitions. 
Effects of Dietary Oregano (Origanum vulgare L.) Leaf Powder on Meat Quality of Broiler
The experiment was carried out in the Teaching and Research Farm of the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria, to determine the effects of dietary oregano leaf powder on meat quality of broiler meat. The diets were supplemented with oregano leaf powder at 15g/kg, 20g/kg, 25g/kg and 0g/kg (control group), represented as TI, T2, T3 and T4, respectively, dietary oregano leaf powder did not affect muscle pH a* values of broiler meat (P>0.05). However, oregano leaf powder significantly affected b* value, water holding capacity, drip and cooking losses. Higher inclusion level (25g) of oregano leaf powder improves meat quality parameters while supplementation of up to 15g did not affect most of the meat quality parameters. The study recommended 25g inclusion levels of oregano leaf powder due to the positive effects on meat quality parameters of broiler chicken meat. Further studies on the mode of action of oregano leaf powder using different species of poultry on meat quality may be commercially interesting. 
Exploring the Environmental Effects of Urbanization in Monrovia
Monrovia, the capital city of Liberia, is undergoing rapid urbanization, leading to significant ecological and environmental challenges. This study aims to investigate the temporal and spatial changes in urbanization and their impact on the ecological environment in Monrovia from 2015 to 2023. Utilizing Landsat satellite images, OpenStreetMap data, and AQICN atmospheric particulate data (PM2.5 and PM10). We analyzed urban patterns, building dynamics, traffic networks, and population growth. Our methodological approach involved spatial analysis and temporal comparisons to assess land use changes and their ecological consequences. Our findings indicate substantial land use changes, with a notable increase in residential areas at the expense of natural and agricultural lands, resulting in habitat fragmentation and biodiversity loss. Economic growth in the central business district has exacerbated ecological degradation, while expanded road networks have increased surface runoff and habitat fragmentation. Air quality analysis shows rising levels of PM2.5 and PM10, posing significant health risks to residents. Additionally, the reduction in water bodies and forest cover has degraded water quality and heightened flood risks. This study underscores the urgent need for sustainable urban planning practices, including the adoption of renewable energy sources, emission control technologies, and enhanced air quality monitoring. Furthermore, community-based approaches and citizen science activities are essential for engaging local residents in pollution monitoring and advocacy, fostering partnerships for the sustainable development of Monrovia. Our research highlights the critical need for integrated strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of urbanization on the environment and public health.
