    Emotional violence among primary school students at home during the pandemic, in Quiquijana, Cusco, 2021

    The purpose of this study was to determine the level of emotional violence in primary school students withinthe home in the district of Quiquijana, in the department of Cusco, in the context of the pandemic, during the year 2021.The research used is of the type non-experimental, descriptive. The study sample is 35 boys and girls from the I.E.P. No.50485 of Ttio of different grades of the district of Quiquijana, in which a research instrument was applied, which is thesurvey to determine the study variable; where the father exerts a greater degree of emotional violence on his children,with respect to the mother. In addition, 22% of fathers, compared to 27% of mothers, have never exercised emotionalviolence on their children; while 30% of fathers, compared to 24% of mothers, always exert emotional violence on theirminor children. Therefore, it can be determined that the pandemic has generated a greater level of stress within the home,due to the factors of confinement, low economic income due to lack of work and others, typical of the world situation ofCOVID - 19, which very they may well be part of other research work.The purpose of this study was to determine the level of emotional violence in primary school students within the home in the district of Quiquijana, in the department of Cusco, in the context of the pandemic, during the year 2021.     El propósito fue evaluar la percepción de la calidad del servicio de atención al estudiante en la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac. Metodología: Diseño no experimental de tipo básico, tamaño de muestra: 340 estudiantes, técnica de encuesta, instrumento de cuestionario. Resultados: La dimensión de desempeño laboral alcanzó un promedio de 2.90 (aceptable), la dimensión de proceso administrativo 2.90 (aceptable), la dimensión de actitudes 3.01 (aceptable); aspectos del programa académico 2.90 (aceptable); malla curricular 3.44 (buena) y finalmente instalaciones con 2.93 (aceptable). Conclusión: La percepción de calidad de servicio de atención al estudiante en la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac 2019 es aceptable, la percepción del estudiante sobre la dimensión calidad de desempeño laboral, procesos administrativos del nivel administrativo, actitudes hacia el proceso académico por parte del docente, aspectos del programa académico y perspectivas que tiene el estudiante sobre las instalaciones es aceptable y finalmente la percepción del estudiante sobre la dimensión calidad perspectiva sobre el currículo es buenaThe purpose was to evaluate the perception of the quality of the student care service at the Micaela Bastidas National University of Apurímac. Methodology: It is of a basic type, non-experimental design, sample size 340 students, survey technique, questionnaire instrument. Results: The job performance dimension reached an average of 2.90 (acceptable), the administrative process dimension 2.90 (acceptable), the attitudes dimension 3.01 (acceptable); aspects of the academic program 2.90 (acceptable); curricular mesh 3.44 (good) and finally facilities with 2.93 (acceptable). Conclusion: The perception of quality of service of attention to the student in the National University Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac 2019 is acceptable, the perception of the student about the quality of the work performance dimension, administrative processes of the administrative level, attitudes towards the academic process by part of the teacher, aspects of the academic program and perspectives that the student has on the facilities is acceptable and finally the perception of the student on the quality of the perspective dimension on the curriculum is good

    Factorial analysis of informality in garment marketing microenterprises. Populated center of the Americas

    La informalidad es una mal que afecta a la mayoría de países de américa latina, este aspecto se agudizo durante la emergencia por COVID-19, pues desenmascaro los múltiples problemas genera no tener empresas formales. En Apurímac las microempresas del rubro de la comercialización de prendas de vestir se han incrementado. En tal sentido nos plateamos el objetivo de realizar un análisis factorial de diferentes aspectos sobre la informalidad en microempresas comercializadoras de prendas de vestir, para lo cual se muestreo 83 microempresas a las que aplico una encuesta en temas relacionados a la informalidad. Se encontró que se puede explicar un 49% de la variabilidad en aspectos político legales de los cuales se identifica un factor nivel de formalización (aporta un 33% a la variabilidad) y acceso a la información (aporta un 16%); mientras que en aspectos económicos se puede explicar solo el 49% de la variabilidad mediante los factores documentos tributarios (aporta un 29% a la variabilidad) y operaciones contables (aporta un 14% a la variabilidad).Informality is an evil that affects most Latin American countries. This aspect worsened during the COVID-19 emergency, as it exposed the multiple problems generated by the lack of formal businesses. In Apurímac, microenterprises in the apparel marketing sector have increased. Therefore, we aimed to conduct a factor analysis of different aspects of informality in apparel marketing microenterprises. For this purpose, we sampled 83 microenterprises and administered a survey on topics related to informality. It was found that 49% of the variability in legal and political aspects can be explained. The factors identified are the level of formalization (contributing 33% to the variability) and access to information (contributing 16%). While in economic aspects only 49% of the variability can be explained by tax document factors (contributing 29% to the variability) and accounting operations (contributing 14% to the variability)
