DEVELOPMENT OF FLASHCARD MEDIA BASED ON AUGMENTED REALITY TO IMPROVE THE SPEAKING ABILITY OF AUTISTIC STUDENTS AT SLB AUTIS LABORATIUM UM
Autistic students experience developmental disorders that affect various aspects, namely thinking ability, socialization, communication, and behavior in accepting abstract things. Based on preliminary studies at SLB Autis Laboratorium UM, they experience limited new vocabulary that affects their speaking ability so that echolalia characteristics often appear in the learning process. In addition, the learning media used are still limited and less innovative in teaching abstract things to students. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media in the form of augmented reality-based flashcards that are effective and valid and can improve speaking skills, especially in pronouncing vocabulary and questioning activities or having simple conversations, especially for autistic students where 3D animated animal models will appear followed by audio explanations when used. This study uses a research and development method developed by ADDIE with 5 stages of development, namely (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Implementation; (5) Evaluation. The subjects in this research and development are media experts, material experts, practitioners, and 3 autistic students from class III. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Augmented Reality-Based Flashcard media are feasible and effective in using Indonesian language learning at the UM Laboratory Autistic SLB. This is evidenced by the media validation test score of 98% and 100%, the material validation test score of 100% and 100%, and the assessment of the results of the practitioner validation test of 82% and 98%. The overall assessment of the validation test that has been carried out is 96% (Very Valid). In addition, the overall assessment of the small group trial that has been carried out is obtained at 87.5% (Highly Effective)

OPTIMIZING STUDENTS' CRITICAL THINKING AND NUMERACY LITERACY SKILLS THROUGH TASK-BASED LEARNING: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY
The suboptimal critical thinking and numeracy literacy skills among students, which can impact the quality of human resources, is the reason this research aims to examine the effects of task-based learning on critical thinking and numeracy literacy. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent posttest-only control group design. The focus of this study is on PGSD (Elementary School Teacher Education) students enrolled in numeracy literacy courses, with a total of 120 students divided into 4 classes. Data collection was conducted through tests. Data analysis included descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, with inferential analysis performed using the MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the task-based learning method has a significant impact both simultaneously and partially on critical thinking and numeracy literacy skills. This is evident from the higher average scores observed in the experimental class that applied this method, compared to the control class that did not use it. Therefore, it is recommended that the task-based learning method be used as a solution to address the issues related to low critical thinking and numeracy literacy skills
DEVELOPMENT OF GOOGLE SITES-BASED COUNSELING GUIDANCE INFORMATION SERVICES ON BULLYING
Bullying has begun to occur in schools in big cities and in remote villages. However, many students do not yet realize whether they have experienced bullying or are even the perpetrators of bullying. This development aims to produce guidance and counseling information services that contain material regarding bullying using Google Sites and fulfill the elements of conceptual, theoretical and practical feasibility. Apart from that, this development is also expected to provide an overview of the creation of information media about bullying, as well as assessing the usefulness of the media for students. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development model adapts the ADDIE concept, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. To assess the validity of this product, a feasibility test was carried out on experts, a media expert feasibility test obtained a percentage of 85.56% and a material expert feasibility test obtained a percentage of 92.5% and a product trial on teachers obtained a result of 83.52% and a product trial on the student got a result of 81.25%. Thus, it can be concluded that this media is suitable for use as an information service for guidance and counseling on bullying
THE USE OF INTEGRATED LEARNING MODEL IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEARNING PROCESS IN THE MERDEKA CURRICULUM ERA
The usage of multiple learning approaches from the remains of the 2013 curriculum cannot be abandoned, especially in the period of Merdeka curriculum. This study builds teacher activities on integrated learning approaches, specifically in Indonesian language acquisition with short story writing material. The relevance of utilizing this model is considered as biased and not in line with the features of learning in the current period. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of using an integrated learning in the Merdeka curriculum era. This research is revealed using a qualitative descriptive strategy. In the Merdeka curriculum age, the utilization of an integrated learning strategy for short story writing content is still relevant and aligned with student product objectives. Furthermore, the integrated learning model used by the instructor is effective and efficient, as indicated by the preparation for the organized learning evaluation and alignment with the learning objectives. It should be a source of worry and adaptation for other Indonesian language instructors who wish to continue working with integrated learning models that have the features of learning models in the Merdeka curriculum period
LECTURERS' PERCEPTIONS OF SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP: A QUANTITATIVE DESCRIPTIVE STUDY IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The findings contribute to the importance of implementing spiritual leadership in developing a harmonious academic community and creating the spiritual well-being of lecturers to achieve the main performance of higher education institutions
THE IMPACT OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING ON STUDENTS' SCIENTIFIC LITERACY AND AUTONOMY
Scientific literacy and autonomy are crucial for students to cope with 21st-century learning demands, where educators need to innovate the learning process. This serves as the rationale for analyzing the impact of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) on scientific literacy and autonomy among fourth-grade elementary school students. The research design employed a quasi-experimental design with a sample size of 58 participants. Data collection utilized both test and questionnaire methods. The test instrument consisted of 20 essay questions to assess scientific literacy, while the questionnaire comprised 30 statements to measure autonomy. Data analysis methods included quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, employing MANOVA with a result of 0.00 < 0.05. Based on the analysis, Project-Based Learning (PjBL) significantly influences both scientific literacy and autonomy of the students, both simultaneously and partially. This is evidenced by the difference in mean values, where the mean values of scientific literacy and student autonomy taught through PjBL were higher. The research findings also indicate that scientific literacy was more significantly influenced compared to student autonomy. Therefore, it can be recommended as an innovative learning approach to enhance both scientific literacy and student autonomy
