Analysis of Health Belief Model (HBM) and Parental Participation in Posyandu After Complete Basic Immunization: Analisis Health Belief Model (HBM) dan Partisipasi Orang Tua ke Posyandu Pasca Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap
No full textParental visits to Posyandu in Pasuruan Regency remain low, with only 53.72% coverage of complete basic immunization in 2023. Visits were highest for infants aged 0-6 months, but decreased significantly afterward. This study applied the Health Belief Model (HBM) to analyze factors influencing parental participation in Posyandu post-immunization, including perceptions of vulnerability, severity, benefits, barriers, cues to action, and self-efficacy. Using a cross-sectional design, a sample of 61 toddlers aged 1-5 years was selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via a validated questionnaire and analyzed with Spearman’s rho test. Results indicated that only the perception of benefits significantly correlated with participation (p = 0.027; r = 0.283). Other factors, such as perceived susceptibility, severity, barriers, cues to action, and self-efficacy, showed no significant relationships (p > 0.05). Perception of benefits plays a key role in boosting participation, and the HBM approach can help reinforce this to increase visits

In this research, the type of research used is a quantitative method. The population used in this research is Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in Sidoarjo who save using mudharabah savings as many as 1000 people according to interviews from the parties concerned. The sample used in this research was 100 people.

No full textThis study aims to analyze and compare the efficiency levels of Bank BJB Syariah and Bank BJB Konvensional before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The novelty of this research lies in measuring the efficiency and comparison of two BPD banks that are in one holding company, namely PT Bank BJB Tbk. The method used is quantitative with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach to measure efficiency. The input variables used include Total Assets, Third Party Funds, and Operating Expenses, while the output variables consist of Loans/Financing and Operating Income. The research sample is divided into two periods, before the pandemic (2017-2019) and during the pandemic (2020-2022). The results showed that both Bank BJB Syariah and Bank BJB Conventional experienced inefficiency in several variables, both before and during the pandemic. Performance fluctuations caused efficiency imbalances in some quarters, indicating the need for further evaluation of the operational strategies of both banks

No full textPT. Amanah Sang Surya is a company engaged in the production of bottled drinking water under the Suli 5 brand. This research aims to identify the types of defects that most frequently occur and the factors that cause them, as well as looking for effective alternative suggestions for improvement using the Six Sigma application method to measure the level of defects in the production process. Recommendations for improvement use the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and 5W+1H methods to repair the most dominant defects. The research results show that the quality control of AMDK products is in a stable and statistically controlled condition as seen from the p control graph with a number of defects of 4641.24 DPMO with an average sigma value of 4.10. The factor causing product defects is the machine. The results of calculations using the FMEA method produce the highest RPN value, namely 192

No full textThis research aims to analyze the impact of violating threshold rules (PPDB) quality of learning and academic achievement SDS Aisyiah Bengkalis. With qualitative descriptive methodology, through non-participant observation, directly observe the dynamics of teaching and learning in the classroom which exceeds ideal capacity. Documentation of academic achievement reports, number of students, and documents. The data analysis technique used triangulation, including interviews, data coding and preparing narrative analysis results. The results of this research show that violations threshold rules (PPDB) significantly affect the quality of learning and academic achievement students. Violations PPDB threshold rules SDS Aisyiah Bengkalis have negative impact on the quality of learning to difficulties providing individual attention, challenges managing large classes, limited interactive learning methods, and limited school facilities main factors that hinder the effectiveness teaching and learning process. Decreased understanding material, low learning motivation, widening academic gaps, and less than optimal evaluation main factors hinder academic achievement.

The study employs a descriptive qualitative method to gather data related to audience perceptions of the success level of Natasha Surya's personal branding, emphasizing the theory used until reaching the conclusion stage. Data collection was conducted through primary interviews via WhatsApp and an analysis of Natasha Surya's TikTok content. The data collection involved open-ended interviews. This research refers to Bernard Berelson's Perception Theory in investigating the perception of Natasha Surya's personal branding. The analysis results indicate that Natasha Surya has successfully built a strong and effective personal branding perception on TikTok through aesthetically pleasing, relevant, and inspiring visuals

No full textPsychological well-being is an important thing that teenagers need to have in order to face the demands and fulfill their developmental tasks. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between optimism and mindfulness and psychological well-being in junior high school teenagers in Sidoarjo Regency. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale model with three psychological scales. The population in this study was junior high school teenagers in Sidoarjo Regency totaling 33.191 students. Based on Issac and Michael's table with an error rate of 5%, up to 380 students were obtained using the accidental technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that: 1) there is a positive relationship between optimism and psychological well-being. 2) there is a positive relationship between mindfulness and psychological well-being. 3) there is a positive relationship between optimism and mindfulness and psychological well-being
