No full textThis study investigates the effect of integrative learning based on Islamic values on the religious attitudes of elementary school students in Social Studies (IPS). A quantitative approach with a true experimental design (pretest-posttest control group design) was applied to 60 fourth-grade students at SDN Cemandi Sedati, randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The instrument was a multiple-choice religious attitude test that had been validated and shown reliable. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 through tests of normality, homogeneity, paired sample t-test, and independent sample t-test. The validity results indicated 24 of 30 items were valid (r ≥ 0.361) with high reliability (α = 0.935). Data met assumptions of normality and homogeneity. Findings showed a significant posttest difference between the experimental group (M = 88.23) and control group (M = 82.83; p = 0.041). The paired t-test confirmed significant gains in the experimental group (p = 0.000)

No full textThis research aims to develop a poster-based learning media using Canva for the theme "Halamanku" in Social Studies (IPS) at the elementary school level. The study was conducted using a research and development (R&D) method with a qualitative descriptive approach and adopted the ADDIE model limited to the Analysis, Design,Development stages. The media was designed to address the lack of engaging visual tools in IPS learning, which often leads to passive student participation. The poster was developed using Canva, a user-friendly graphic design application that allows teachers to present educational material in a visually appealing, concise, and contextual manner. The final product meets the criteria of effective learning media, including clarity, aesthetics, and relevance to curriculum content. The results indicate that the poster media developed has the potential to enhance students’ conceptual understanding and engagement in the learning process, making it a viable alternative for IPS instruction in elementary school
The Relationship between Teaching Efficacy and Maladaptive Behavior in Preschool Children: Hubungan antara Teaching Efficacy dengan Perilaku Maladaptif pada Anak Prasekolah
No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teachers' teaching efficacy and preschool children's maladaptive behavior in KB/TK Aisyiyah in Sidoarjo. Strong teaching efficacy from teachers can reduce preschool children's obstacles in the learning process. This type of research is a correlational quantitative research. The sample of this study was 200 Aisyiyah preschool teachers in Sidoarjo. The teaching efficacy variable was measured using the Teacher Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES) with an Alpha Cronbach of 0.992, while the maladaptive behavior variable was measured using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) scale with an Alpha Cronbach of 0.756. The sampling technique used quota sampling technique and data analysis using Pearson product moment correlation. Based on the data collected, there is a negative relationship between the two variables as evidenced by the linear variable analysis and the correlation coefficient which shows a significance value of 0.004 (P<0.05)

No full textThe existence of mild bullying that occurs in Grade 3 students can have effects that will last a lifetime, both for the perpetrators and the victims. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the cultivation of the Pancasila spirit is as a preventive strategy to prevent bullying at Tamanasri State Elementary School 2. This strategy focuses on the application of Pancasila values, such as mutual cooperation, humanity, and unity, in daily activities at school. The qualitative research methods used include observations, interviews, and case studies. The results of this study indicate that the integration of Pancasila values into school activities has proven effective in preventing bullying behavior in elementary school children, especially grade 3 at SD N 2 Tamanasri. No full textGamelan is one of Indonesia's traditional cultural heritages, consisting of various musical instruments, one of which is the kendang, which plays an essential role as the rhythm controller. Javanese kendang includes several types based on regional origins, such as Kendang Gong, Kendang Tong, Kendang Reog, Kendang Ciblon, and Kendang Jaipong. However, interest among younger generations in learning these traditional instruments is declining due to the influence of modern technology and popular culture. To address this issue, this study developed an Android-based application for introducing the traditional Javanese kendang using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The application features realistic 3D object visualizations and additional information in the form of text and audio to increase user engagement with traditional arts. By utilizing accessible and widely used technology, this application is expected to serve as an effective educational tool for preserving Indonesia's cultural heritage

No full textThis study examines the relationship between employee performance and intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence, with work ethics as a mediating variable. Using Slovin’s formula, 133 alumni of LP3I Sidoarjo (2020–2024) employed in East Java were selected from a population of 200. The research applied a quantitative causal-associative approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis, including validity, reliability, and model assessment tests. The findings reveal that intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence significantly enhance employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work ethics. Moreover, work ethics itself positively influences performance and serves as a mediator that strengthens the impact of intelligence dimensions on outcomes. These results emphasize that intelligence, when coupled with strong ethical values, fosters superior performance and contributes to sustainable organizational success. Thus, cultivating employee competencies and embedding work ethics are essential strategies for maximizing human resource potential

No full textThis study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, online customer reviews, and trust on consumer purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. This study is motivated by the increasing activity of online transactions in Indonesia which requires business actors to understand the main determinants of consumer behavior. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through distributing questionnaires to 100 active Lazada user respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of digital storytelling on the cognitive development of children aged 5–6 years at RA Darul Arqom. Using a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, data were collected through observation and analyzed using normality tests, t-tests, and F-tests with SPSS. The results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. The normality test showed that the data were normally distributed (Sig. = 0.257), the F-test yielded a significance of 0.000, and the t-test showed significant results (p < 0.05). This proves that digital storytelling has a positive effect on children's cognitive development, especially critical thinking skills, problem solving, and understanding of cause and effect

No full textNatural fiber reinforced polymer composites have become research area that attracts attention due their superior and environmentally friendly mechanical properties. This study aims to determine effect adding 1%,2%,3%,4%, and 5% starch mechanical properties composites reinforced with sansevieria fiber. The manufacture composite uses hand lay-up method with fiber weight fraction volume 30% and alkali treatment sansevieria fiber concentration 5% NaOH for two hours. This alkali treatment aims to reduce content lignin, hemicellulose, and dirt layers fiber surface. Testing characteristics mechanical properties this study impact test and Shore D hardness test. In the impact test results are good without addition starch, because increasing concentration starch can reduce density molecular bonds polymer matrix, so that bond strength between molecules reduced. While results Shore D hardness test are better adding starch, because starch acts as filler that reduces local deformation on composite surface when tested with an indenter on Shore D hardness tester
