No full textThis study aims to explore Mafia Pentol's digital branding strategy on TikTok to increase brand awareness and brand loyalty. Using qualitative methods, this study involved six subjects, including the owner, marketing team, creators, and followers of TikTok @teammafiapentol.sub. Analysis was conducted through the concepts of digital branding and marketing communication. The results showed that Mafia Pentol successfully utilized TikTok as a branding platform with market research and trend analysis to create interesting and relevant content. Strategies such as social media utilization, quality content marketing, and collaboration with creators have proven effective in increasing brand awareness. In addition, active interaction with customers, both on social media and in person, strengthens emotional bonds with consumers, so that Mafia Pentol is increasingly recommended to those closest to them
Profiling of Public Speaking Anxiety Among Students at SMP X: Gambaran Kecemasan Berbicara di Depan Umum pada Siswa SMP X
No full textPublic speaking is one of the skills that is highly useful in many areas of life, especially in the academic field. The aim of this study is to describe public speaking anxiety among students of Junior High School X. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of the study consists of 89 students from Junior High School X who are members of the student council, with all samples included using a saturated sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is a public speaking anxiety scale adopted from previous studies, with a reliability score of 0.94. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis with JASP software version 0.18.1. The results of this study indicate that approximately 27% of students have higher levels of public speaking anxiety. The practical and theoretical implications of this study are further discussed

This cultural market is a local initiative that aims to preserve and promote cultural heritage and support the local economy. This research uses qualitative methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research provide a positive opinion to the existence of the Pring Sewu Cultural Market, the majority of people are of the opinion that they provide many ideas or inputfor the Pring Sewu market

No full textAbstract. This study aims to determine the concept of Islamic education according to Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan and to find out the responsibility for an educator in educating his child. The research method used is a qualitative approach, the data is collected through the documentation method, which includes concepts, approaches, procedures, and analysis of library research data from primary and secondary sources. The results showed that the concept of Islamic education taught by Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan is to carry out one of the responsibilities of an educator, namely physical education. The goal is to shape and instill character in accordance with Islamic law. If an educator has implemented teaching in accordance with Islamic provisions then adolescents can grow in piety, faith, and have noble morals. This research is also expected to increase insight into Islamic education according to Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan which is taught in accordance with the provisions of Islam

No full textThis research aims to examine the use of Nusantara skin character design in YouTube content, particularly on the Kaela Kovalskia account, by utilizing Roland Barthes' theory. Through a qualitative approach and data collection methods, this research utilizes content analysis, with primary data collected through documentation and secondary data gathered through literature review. This research found that the use of those markers not only has aesthetic value but also refers to Barthes' concepts of denotation and connotation. The use of visual markers such as rattan bracelets from Papua, opal stone pendants, batik mixed with lasem and sekar jati, traditional Dayak woven cloth, and hammer accessories on the character Kaela Kovalskia reflects the amalgamation of rich Nusantara cultural symbols. This not only creates a strong image but also communicates a distinctive cultural identity with the aim of enhancing a sense of patriotism among the younger generation through new media such as YouTube

No full textThis study analyzes the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, and Profitability on Firm Value. Good Corporate Governance uses managerial ownership, while financial performance is measured by the solvency ratio with the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) measurement, and profitability is measured by Return On Asset (ROA). Firm value uses Price to Book Value (PBV) measurement. This study uses a population of food and beverage sector companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2023. This study used purposive sampling method and obtained 64 samples from the annual report at www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used in is multiple linear regression. While the software used to process this research data is the SPSS 29 program. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance has an influence on firm value, financial performance has an influence on firm value and profitability also has an influence on firm value

The results show that both the audit committee and audit independence affect financial statement quality, but audit quality does not significantly moderate this relationship

No full textuniversities in Sidoarjo, such as the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (UMSIDA), the graduation rate of students can have an impact on the accreditation of study programs. considering the importance of accreditation in student graduation. Predicting student graduation allows for adequate preparation and support for students to successfully complete their studies. This research utilizes an Artificial Neural Network (JST) with a backpropagation approach to predict student graduation. The input data for this JST training comes from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (UMSIDA) regarding student graduation rates from 2015 to 2019. The test results show that the Mean Square Error (MSE) in the JST output is 0.000141295, in accuracy testing The accuracy value was 93.428901%. This shows that the backpropagation method with ANN can be used effectively to predict student graduation

No full textYouth Red Cross fosters caring and helpful behavior. Altruism is helping others sincerely without expecting anything in return, influenced by peer support. At SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong, 46 Youth Red Cross volunteers conducted psychoeducation on altruism. This was based on needs assessments via interviews and Google Forms. The program enhanced knowledge of altruism through peer support. A paired sample t-test showed an increase in scores from 99.587 (pre-test) to 114.848 (post-test), proving that psychoeducation effectively boosts altruism among volunteers
