No full textThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of good corporate governance, profitability, company size, and profit growth on company value. This study uses quantitative data with secondary data from the 2020-2022 Indonesian Stock Exchange financial reports. The research data was tested in the SPSS program with the following results: 1) Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has been shown to have an influence on company value in consumer industry companies. 2) Profitability has also been found to have a significant influence on company value in the context of consumer industry companies. 3) Company size also influences company value in the consumer industry sector. 4) Profit growth has been shown to have an influence on company value in consumer industry companies

No full textCV. ABC is a manufacturing company that produces rubber-based goods. The rubber production process has an impact on the environment around the company. This impact is found in the combustion process, which produces hydrocarbon smoke, and the soaking process, which produces liquid waste in the form of residual water from the chiller machine. Smoke and soaking water can be seen in the rubber processing process, which certainly has an impact on the environment around the company if not properly monitored. This impact may also have the potential to affect environmental life in both the short and long term. Results of the study using the Life Cycle Assessment method indicate that the impacts generated during the outsole and sandal manufacturing process can be controlled by adding more economical types of fuel, utilizing leftover rubber pieces for recycling, and using the soaking water from the cooling as an environmentally friendly energy reserve

No full textThe goal of this project is to create a cassava crushing machine as a cutting-edge substitute for hand chopping techniques in the manufacturing of samiler raw materials. The necessity for increased manufacturing capacity, quality, and efficiency propelled the development. Computer-aided design, or CAD, was used to create the machine in order to maximize its operational effectiveness and structural strength. The Ulrich method, which comprises steps including need discovery, concept creation, and optimal design selection, was used in the design process. With a relative score of 44% and an absolute score of 4.65, Design A was the best option, according to the concept assessment matrix. Design A's structural safety was confirmed by structural simulation, which showed a maximum displacement of 0.019 mm and a safety factor of 22 of the design

No full textSpeaking proficiency (maharah al-kalam) is a crucial skill that must be developed by those studying Arabic. particularly beginners. In practice, many learners struggle with fluency due to internal factors such as low self-confidence and external issues like ineffective teaching methods. This study aims to explore five effective strategies presented through an educational vlog (Vlog Arabiy) to enhance Arabic speaking skills in a creative and engaging manner. A qualitative descriptive approach is employed, combining library research with the author's reflective practice in producing educational vlogs. The five strategies include the use of visual vocabulary without translation, interactive dialogue practice, exposure to Arabic audiovisual media, use of digital learning applications, and consistent daily practice. Reflective analysis shows that these strategies positively impact learners' fluency and confidence. The article plays a role in enhancing technology-integrated media for learning Arabic. And offers an innovative alternative in teaching maharah al-kalam

No full textDifferent denominator fractions is subtopic of fractions that greatly contributes to explaining the basic concept of fractions. However, it is challenging for primary students because it is based on concept that requires multiple representations. This study aims to develop learning trajectories (LT) on different denominator fractions in the context of Ote-ote. Ote-ote is typical East Java food shaped similarly to a circle. The participants of this study were 26 grade 5 students from Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jimbaran Wetan, Sidoarjo. The study design used was research design with stages: preparation, implementation, and retrospective analysis. Data were collected through student worksheets, observation, and tests—technical data analysis using source triangulation. The developed LT consists of four activities, namely: (1) introduction of fractions, (2) addition of common denominator fractions, (3) equivalent fractions, and (4) addition of different denominator fractions. The LT activities construct students' understanding of different denominator fractions, generally in the satisfactory category

No full textStudents in the Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) vocational program often struggle to understand the structure and function of vehicle components, especially the car braking system, due to the lack of interactivity in conventional learning media. This study aims to develop an Augmented Reality (AR)-based instructional application to improve comprehension through interactive 3D visualizations. Using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, the development process follows six stages: concept, design, material collection, implementation, testing, and distribution. The resulting application displays braking system components in 3D, complete with drag-and-drop features and descriptive information about each part. A feasibility test was conducted with 25 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire. The application achieved a score of 996 out of 1250, equating to 80%, and was categorized as feasible. This suggests that the AR-based media can serve as an innovative and effective learning tool, offering a more engaging and contextual experience for automotive education

No full textThe purpose of this study is to see how service quality and customer trust impact customer satisfaction at Bank BSI KCP Ahmad Yani. Service quality is assessed based on factors such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. On the other hand, customer trust is based on the integrity, ability, and honesty of the bank. The quantitative method used in this research is a survey. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to one hundred customers who have used banking services for at least one year. The independent and dependent variables were evaluated through multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that service quality and customer trust affect customer satisfaction significantly and positively. Service quality, such as reliability and assurance, as well as integrity and the ability to attract customer trust, are the most important factors.

A heightened ability to empathize is only one of the several potential advantages of climbing. Finding out how much emotional intelligence and empathy kids have as they go through school is the driving force behind this study. The researchers in this study employed product moment correlation to analyze the data, making it a quantitative analysis. A strong positive association between emotional intelligence and empathy was found in the data for climbing students. There is a negative correlation between emotional intelligence and the degree to which female pupils empathize with others

No full textThis research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of E-government through village digital archives in Larangan Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive research design. The research results show that the implementation of E-government through village digital archives is still in the preparation stage. The implementation procedure includes registering citizen data such as Head of Family, address, telephone, house status, number of family members, as well as Family Card numbers and Population Identification Numbers (NIK) which are replaced with house numbers to maintain data security, then input into the RT citizen database application. Challenges in implementing E-government include a lack of human resources to manage applications, limited interoperability between applications and government systems, and the absence of village regulations that require digitalization in every RT
