No full textThis research aims to determine the influence of skills, work experience, compensation and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The sampling technique chosen in this research is nonprobability sampling technique. Where the sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique using a sample used in this research of 100 employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test and F test. The results of hypothesis testing prove that skills have a significant effect on employee performance. Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivation influences employee performance. And skills, work experience, compensation and motivation simultaneously and significantly influence employee performance

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa Kelas VII D SMPIT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo dengan menerapkan metode eklektik, yang menggabungkan metode langsung dan metode audiolingual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menggunakan model Kurt Lewin, yang terdiri dari pra-siklus, Siklus I, dan Siklus II. Subjek penelitian adalah 24 siswa perempuan dari Kelas VII D. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes, serta dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa metode eklektik secara efektif meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Pada tahap pra-siklus, penguasaan pembelajaran klasik siswa hanya mencapai 62,50%. Setelah Siklus I, tingkat penguasaan meningkat menjadi 70,83%. Pada Siklus II, mencapai 87,50%, melampaui kriteria keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya sebesar 85%. Metode eklektik terbukti meningkatkan minat siswa dan memfasilitasi kosakata dalam praktik berbicara bahasa Arab. Traditional manual methods often encounter issues such as inefficiency, recording errors, and challenges in real-time monitoring. These problems can lead to reduced productivity and increased operational costs. This study focuses on developing a web-based inventory system using PHP and MySQL, enhanced with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for real-time tracking. The development process involves analyzing system requirements, designing an intuitive user interface, integrating RFID with the inventory system, and conducting performance testing to ensure optimal functionality. The results demonstrate that this system minimizes recording errors, accelerates stock management processes, and improves accessibility. This solution is especially suitable for small to medium-sized businesses, offering a cost-effective and reliable tool to enhance inventory management, ultimately contributing to operational efficiency and productivity

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Content Marketing, Live Streaming, and Online Customer Reviews on purchasing decisions. This research used quantitative methods with a total of 96 respondents. The data source in this research consists of primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data comes from journal articles, books and websites. Tests include descriptive analysis test, multi collinearity test, heteros cedasticity test, autocorrelate, T and F test, and R2 coefficient determination. No full textThe server room is a crucial asset that must be secured as it contains data and hardware supporting the operations of an institution or company. In addition to security, environmental conditions such as room temperature are essential to ensure optimal server performance. This study aims to design a security and door control system, as well as server room monitoring, based on IoT. The system features door access using RFID and an Android application named SIKOMORU (Sistem Kontrol dan Monitoring Ruangan). The system development was carried out using Arduino IDE and Android Studio with Kotlin programming language, as well as IoT integration through Firebase as the data storage platform. The hardware used includes the ESP32 microcontroller, DS18B20 temperature sensor, MFRC522 RFID reader, Reed Switch, and relay to control solenoid door lock. This application enables users to automatically unlock doors via an Android device and monitor motherboard and room temperatures in real-time

The data analysis method uses several statistical tests: reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test with normality test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, Multiple Linear Regression test, Partial test and finally Simultaneous test... No full textThis study aims to analyze the factors influencing financial literacy among students of the Accounting Program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The factors examined include gender, parents' socioeconomic status (education, occupation, and income), and the amount of allowance received by students. The research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory approach, involving 62 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires comprising 20 items covering four financial literacy indicators: general knowledge, savings and loans, insurance, and investments. The analysis results indicate that neither gender, parents' socioeconomic status, nor allowance amount significantly affect students' financial literacy levels, either partially or simultaneously. These findings suggest that other factors, such as practical experience, lifestyle, or formal financial education, may be more relevant in influencing financial literac

Semoga Berkah Sukses Group. This study used the Quantitative methods by Hypothesis testing, with 102 company's employees as population sample. The data source used in this study was done by spreading questionnare as primary data and documentation as secondary data. Analysis data technique used Partial Least Square Analysis and soble test to find out the effect of meditation variable. The result showed that there was positive influence and significant partially betwen variable of self-development, commitment, and performance improvement on employee motivation. And it was known that motivation variable could meditate between variable of self-development and commitment, towards employee performance improvement
