The Effect of Wholeblood Storage with K₃EDTA and Na₂EDTA Anticoagulants on Leukocyte Count, Neutrophil Count, and Leukocyte Morphology: Pengaruh Penyimpanan Wholeblood dengan Antikoagulan K₃EDTA dan Na₂EDTA Terhadap Jumlah Leukosit, Neutrofil dan Morfologi Leukosit
Hematological examinations play a crucial role in disease diagnosis and are influenced by pre-analytical factors, such as the type of anticoagulant and storage temperature. EDTA is widely used due to its minimal impact on blood cell morphology. This study aims to determine the effect of whole blood storage using K₃EDTA vacutainer and conventional Na₂EDTA anticoagulants on leukocyte count, neutrophil count, and leukocyte morphology. This was a laboratory-based cross sectional experimental study involving D4 TLM students at UMSIDA as respondents. Samples were stored at room temperature and cold temperature, and examined at three hours after blood collection. Cell counts were analyzed using a Hematology Analyzer,while morphology was observed through peripheral blood smears. The results no significant differences in leukocyte and neutrophil counts based on the type of anticoagulant, storage temperature, or storage duration (p>0.05).Morphological changes began to appear after 12 hours at room temperature and after 24 hours under cold storage
Teacher Strategies in Strengthening Students Ecoliteracy in Elementary Schools: Strategi Guru dalam Menguatkan Ekoliterasi Siswa di Sekolah Dasar
This research is motivated by the low awareness of individuals towards the environment and environmental issues. Strengthening ecoliteracy in elementary schools needs to be done to increase awareness and understanding of environmental issues. The purpose of the study was to analyze the teacher's strategy in strengthening student ecoliteracy in elementary schools. This research was conducted at SD Alam Al-Izzah with 2 participants, namely the third grade Wakatobi and third grade Karimunjawa teachers. This type of research is qualitative with a case study method. Data from this study were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results shown in this study show that there are some students who are less concerned about environmental sustainability, but most students have an awareness of the environment. 
Single Player 2D “Cat Collection Coin” Game Design Using Finite State Machine Method for Character State Management: Pengembangan Game 2D "Cat Collection Coin" Berbasis Single Player Menggunakan Finite State Machine untuk Manajemen State Karakter
This research aims to develop a 2D game entitled “Cat Collection Coin” based on single player by implementing the Finite State Machine (FSM) method to manage character behavior systematically. FSM allows each character in the game to have structured state transitions, such as standing still, walking, jumping, and attacking, based on player input and game conditions. The game was developed using Godot Engine, which provides optimal support for 2D game development. This research also discusses how FSMs are applied to different levels of the game to create responsive and challenging gameplay. The design results show that the use of FSM is able to increase the modularity of the game logic as well as provide a more dynamic gaming experience. This implementation is an effective solution in managing the complexity of character behavior in single player-based 2D games
The Influence of Using Uno Stacko Learning Media on Reading Comprehension of Indonesian Language of Elementary School Students: Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Uno Stacko Terhadap Membaca Pemahaman Bahasa Indonesia Peserta Didik Sekolah Dasar
This study examines the effect of Uno Stacko learning media on elementary students’ reading comprehension. Using a quantitative one-group pretest-posttest design, the research involved 30 fifth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Wringinanom. An essay test was used before and after the treatment. The average score increased from 31.97 (pretest) to 87.30 (posttest). The Shapiro-Wilk test showed normal data distribution, and the Paired Sample T-Test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. These findings suggest that Uno Stacko positively and significantly improves students’ reading comprehension. This media is effective in creating an engaging learning environment, increasing student participation, and supporting understanding through concrete, game-based methods. Therefore, Uno Stacko can be considered an innovative alternative for teaching Indonesian reading comprehension at the elementary level

This research examines the reporting of the 2019 General Election in Indonesia, focusing on analysis using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method. With comprehensive data processing and text analysis, the study successfully identifies key topics in the media narrative related to the election. These topics include the dynamics of the general election, such as campaign strategies and the influence of significant political figures, as well as logistical and administrative elements of the election. The LDA method, enhanced with interactive visualization using pyLDAvis, allows for detailed analysis of how the media approaches these issues. The results of this research provide deep insights into how various aspects of the election are perceived and presented to the public through the media. These findings are highly relevant not only for understanding the broader context of the election but also in the context of designing effective political communication strategies for the future. 
Preferences for Short Videos in Vocabulary Learning: A Study on Multilingual Students in Yala, Thailand: Preferensi terhadap Video Pendek dalam Pembelajaran Kosakata: Sebuah Studi pada Siswa Multibahasa di Yala, Thailand
Short Videos have become popular format in recent years, the ability to deliver information in concise way can become a good media to use in educational context, especially for vocabulary learning. However, there are limited research on how the students perceived the use of short video in educational context. This study aims to identify students’ preferences for auditory and visual features to enhance engagement and effectiveness for vocabulary learning. A quantitative research design was used, the participants were 28 multilingual students from Yala, Thailand. There are three videos with distinct features as the study materials. The data was collected with 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive statistics. The study found that the students do not have clear preferences and generally perceived short videos in a positive way

This study aims to analyze the impact of market sentiment and the Bitcoin Halving event on the return and volatilityof crypto assets using a nonparametric approach. Using the Bitcoin Halving event on April 19, 2024 as a referencepoint, this research develops a sentiment-based predictive model utilizing social media sentiment to project cumulativeabnormal return (CAR) and Bitcoin market return. The validity of the predictions is tested using the Wilcoxon SignedRank Test and the Kruskal-Wallis Test, which are appropriate for the volatile and non-normally distributed nature ofcrypto asset data. The results show that most assets experienced significant differences in return and volatility betweenthe pre-event and post-event periods. Statistically, the influence of sentiment on cumulative return and volatility isproven to be significant in the context of the halving event

As time and technology develop manufacturing industry, machining process cannot separated. In particular, turning process process used manufacturing industry. In turning techniques, most important job completion process, apart from product dimensions, surface roughness, which critical quality characteristic workmanship. Surface roughness important role product quality and parameter evaluating machining process accuracy. Based data from testing results cutting surface roughness aluminum alloy 6061 using various research types Carbide and HSS cutting tools and various research spindle speeds, each which 500 rpm, 800 rpm, 1200 rpm. Smallest roughness results were obtained variations type carbide cutting tool and spindle speed 1200 rpm, while largest roughness value was variation type HSS cutting tool and spindle speed 500 rpm. By using Carbide cutting chisels, each test result lower compared HSS cutting chisels and cutting speeds high rpm resulted lower roughness compared low rpm
The Influence of Convenience, Trust, and Security on Paylater Usage (Case Study on Gen Z in Sidoarjo): Pengaruh Kemudahan, Kepercayaan, dan Keamanan terhadap Penggunaan Paylater (Studi Kasus pada Gen Z di Sidoarjo)
The purpose of this study is to investigate how Generation Z in Sidoarjo uses Paylater services in relation to convenience, trust, and security. One type of digital financial innovation that is increasingly popular, especially among young people, is Paylater. However, its growing use calls for a study on the factors that influence user interest and decisions. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method distributed to Gen Z respondents in Sidoarjo. The findings indicate that all three variables contribute positively and significantly to decisions to use Paylater. This means that access to services, trust in the provider, and perceptions of digital transaction security significantly affect user decisions. This study supports previous theories and research stating that the adoption of financial technology is influenced by positive perceptions of Convenience, a sense of security, and trust in the system being used
Gamifying Reading: Using Quizizz to Boost EFL Students’ Narrative Text Skills : Menggunakan Quizizz untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Teks Naratif Siswa Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa Asing (EFL))
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using the Quizizz application with gamification techniques to improve students' reading comprehension, particularly in understanding narrative texts. The research employed a quasi-experimental design involving two classes at a scool in Sidoarjo, East Java. The experimental group used Quizizz as a learning medium, while the control group used conventional teaching methods. The results showed a significant improvement in reading comprehension in the experimental group compared to the control group. The application of gamification elements such as points, avatars, leaderboards, and instant feedback successfully increased students’ motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. These findings indicate that integrating technology-based gamified learning tools like Quizizz can be an effective strategy for improving students’ reading comprehension in English, especially in narrative texts
