The Role of Social Media in Building Loyalty among Telecommunication Customers
Advancement Social media is a significant part of many people\u27s lives, providing a platform for communication, connection, and the sharing of information and content. Social media has become an important tool for telecommunication companies to provide customer support and address customer complaints. Customer loyalty is important in the telecommunication industry as it can lead to increased revenue and reduced marketing costs. Telecommunication companies can work to build and maintain customer loyalty by providing high-quality products and services, excellent customer service and support, and using loyalty programs and incentives. Social media can play a role in building customer loyalty by facilitating communication and interaction with customers, providing personalized marketing and support, and building strong relationships. Many telecommunication companies have dedicated social media accounts or pages for customer support, where customers can ask questions, report problems, or seek help with issues they are experiencing. This research attempted to show how unsupervised learning can be applied to cluster telecommunication customers into different groups based on loyalty so that telecommunication companies can focus on each group with distinct loyalty-boosting strategies. However, telecommunication companies need to be cautious and careful in their use of social media to ensure that it does not have negative consequences on customer loyalty. In addition to social media interactions, it is important for telecommunication companies to consider the overall customer experience in building and maintaining customer loyalty. This includes the quality of products and services, the level of customer service and support, and the value that customers perceive they are receiving
Dating the Russian Business Cycle, Identifying Coherence and persistence in Its Major Macroeconomic Indicators
This study attempts to examine the business cycle, coherence, and persistence of the GDP, investment, export, consumption, and savings from the period 1992 to 2019. We used Bry and Boschan quarterly (BBQ) algorithm to examine the business cycle, and Granger causality and correlation tests to examine the coherence and persistence, respectively. The BBQ algorithm showed that the expansion periods ranged from 12 quarters to around 32 quarters; the contraction period ranged from 5 quarters to around 9 quarters. According to the results, the investment, export, consumption, and savings were hit by the 1998 rouble crisis, 2008 global and 2014 Russian financial crisis. The causality test showed that there are bidirectional causal relationships between investment and GDP, as well as between savings and GDP. Additionally, the data imply that there is one-way causation between consumption and GDP, as well as between trade and GDP. The majority of variables, except for export, are extremely procyclical. As can be observed, all variables are persistent, which means that their values do not considerably deviate from those of their preceding period. While trade and investment are significant, their persistence rate is weak in comparison to the other variables. The Great Recession, the Ruble crisis, and the post-crisis economic situations have provided a chance for Russia to reconsider and expedite economic reforms, as well as encourage diversification. The majority of these difficulties will need robust and comprehensive reform measures
Improving Security Performance in Smart Campuses
The idea of a smart campus is to combine devices, apps, and people to achieve enhanced operational and educational efficiency. One of the major aspects of the establishment of smart campuses is the building of a smart security system. This research is an effort to review the security technologies and how to increase the security performance of a smart campus using these technologies. The main objective of this study is to discuss asset security and facility access technologies in a smart campus setting. Universities spend millions of dollars on specialized equipment, yet maintaining track of such assets may be challenging. We discussed how security personnel can monitor the whereabouts of high-value items by installing IoT on them and how Smart locks, intelligent ID, and Geofencing can enable the facilities managers to manage campus access, tracking, and define zones. Finally, we review the optimal mix of other technologies and strategies to produce successful deterrent, preventive, protection, and reaction measures. This study argued that using these technologies smart campuses can alter the education system by improving campus security and by offering students and educators an engaged, creative, and safe environment
The Role of User Engagement Metrics in Developing Effective Cross-Platform Social Media Content Strategies to Drive Brand Loyalty
This paper discusses how user engagement metrics give shape to an effective cross-platform social media content strategy for brand loyalty. With the expansion of digital ecosystems, a brand is faced with the challenge of keeping cohesive engagement across multiple social media platforms, each with unique interaction paradigms and patterns of user behavior. The metrics of user engagement, such as likes, shares, comments, and time spent, are implored as core indicators in an attempt to evaluate content efficacy in building user loyalty. This study adopts an exploratory approach concerning the way user engagement metrics inform content strategies to grow loyalty on distinct platforms. We conceptualize a model integrating platform-specific metrics and hypothesize on how these might guide strategy formulation by signaling shifts in user interest and sentiment. Analyzing the theoretical constructs of engagement clustering, platform-specific content resonance, and sentiment-driven engagement, we argue that engagement metrics can provide an adaptive base for content strategies. We also bring forth the framework discussing quantitative and qualitative engagement variables, thus placing an engagement pattern to brand loyalty outcome link. We also present the adaptability of these metrics, addressing how they could be adjusted for platform algorithms and demographic shifts in user bases. This paper adds to the literature by offering a theoretical lens that User Engagement Metrics provide the potential to act as a strategic guide for the development of cross-platform social media content strategies for driving brand loyalty
Investigating the Impacts of Cloud Computing on Firm Profitability
The advent of cloud computing has been a technical revolution that transformed how organizations access, store, and process information. This research proposes that cloud deployment can have a significant impact on profitability in multiple ways. We argued that one of the most significant ways is by reducing costs by eliminating the need for businesses to invest in and maintain their own IT infrastructure, making it easier for businesses to scale their resources up or down as needed, improving agility, and providing advanced security features and tools. Additionally, cloud deployment can increase profitability through increased scalability, improved collaboration, access to new technologies such as machine learning and big data, and improved customer experience by providing faster and more reliable service. By implementing cloud deployment, businesses can also increase revenue and improve overall operational efficiency and productivity. Using the datasets of 115 firms, this research investigated the impact of various cloud-use matrices on firm profitability. The results indicate that the gross profit margins of firms are increased when services delivered via the cloud, cloud spending, best cloud governance, and the number of cloud-based applications are increased in a more concentrated market with less competition. To increase the positive impact of cloud computing on a business organization, it is important to develop a clear and comprehensive cloud strategy, establish robust security and compliance policies, invest in the necessary resources and expertise for successful cloud migration, and continuously monitor and measure the performance and effectiveness of the cloud solutions. This will help organizations make informed decisions, align their cloud investments with their overall business goals and objectives, mitigate security and compliance risks, ensure a successful cloud migration, and continuously optimize their cloud solutions for maximum value. By taking this holistic approach, businesses can ensure that they get the most value out of their cloud investments and achieve optimal results
The Impact of Health Literacy on Employee Productivity: An Empirical Investigation
The goal of this research was to examine the relationship between health literacy and employee productivity. We surveyed 232 employees and used multiple regression analysis to achieve the study\u27s goal. According to the findings, health literacy has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. This study also considered other relevant variables that could influence employee productivity. According to the findings, the work environment, technology, employee training, and work-life balance have positive and significant impacts on employee productivity. Employee productivity and health literacy have a complicated and nuanced relationship. Employers can improve their employees\u27 quality of life and productivity by tackling low health literacy, resulting in overall improved business performance. According to the findings of this study, boosting health literacy and increasing staff productivity should be essential priorities for any firm. Providing information and resources on health and healthcare, encouraging preventative care and managing chronic disorders, developing workplace wellness programs, cultivating a culture of health and wellbeing, and facilitating access to healthcare specialists are all steps that can be taken to accomplish these aims. Employers can also maximize the productivity benefits of technology and a happy work environment by carefully assessing the tools and technologies employed and assuring their proper use, as well as taking into account the physical and social conditions under which work is performed. Workplace flexibility, such as telecommuting and flexible scheduling, can also help with work-life balance. Finally, investing in employee training and development can contribute to greater productivity through improving skills and knowledge
A Survey of Recent Advances in Electrochemical Atomic Layer Deposition
Electrochemical Atomic Layer Deposition (E-ALD) has emerged as a promising technique for the precise deposition of thin films and nanostructures with atomic-level control. Recent advances in this field have expanded the range of materials that can be deposited, improved the efficiency and stability of the deposition process, and enabled the integration of E-ALD with other techniques. In this study, we present the following findings: First, we report the development of new electrode designs that enable more efficient and stable E-ALD processes. These electrode designs have resulted in the deposition of high-quality films with improved control over thickness and composition. Second, we describe the use of new precursors in E-ALD, such as metal-organic precursors, which have expanded the range of materials that can be deposited. This has allowed for the deposition of complex materials with improved precision and efficiency. Third, we report on our increased understanding of the deposition mechanisms involved in E-ALD, which has resulted from the use of advanced analytical techniques such as in situ spectroscopy and microscopy. This improved understanding has allowed for the development of more efficient and precise deposition processes. Fourth, we describe the integration of E-ALD with other techniques such as atomic layer etching and surface modification. This integration has led to the creation of new materials and structures with highly ordered nanostructures and precise control over their size and shape. Finally, we report on the promising applications of E-ALD in energy storage and conversion devices such as batteries, supercapacitors, and fuel cells. The precise control over film thickness and composition provided by E-ALD has enabled the development of high-performance electrodes and catalysts with improved durability and efficiency. Our findings demonstrate that recent advances in E-ALD have expanded its capabilities and potential applications, establishing it as a powerful tool for the controlled synthesis of thin films and nanostructures

The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Revenue Growth of Small Businesses in Developing Countries: An Empirical Study
Artificial intelligence (AI) has become an increasingly important tool for businesses of all sizes in today\u27s rapidly evolving business landscape. The objective of this study was to empirically test the impacts of AI applications on the revenue growth of small businesses in developing countries. The study collected data from 391 small businesses and used multiple regression analysis to test the relationship between AI applications and revenue growth. The independent variables in the study were AI-based Customer Service, Marketing and Advertising, Sales Forecasting, Inventory Management, Employee Management, Cybersecurity, Financial Planning and Management, and Lead Generation. The analysis results revealed that all of the independent variables were statistically significant, except for AI-based Employee Management and Cybersecurity. The findings of the study emphasized the importance of using AI in small businesses and suggested that AI applications can have a positive impact on revenue growth. The results showed that AI applications in Customer Service, Marketing and Advertising, Sales Forecasting, Inventory Management, Financial Planning and Management, and Lead Generation had a statistically significant impact on revenue growth. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence of the benefits of AI for small businesses in developing countries. The results of this study can inform the strategies of small businesses and policymakers in developing countries and help them to better understand the role of AI in supporting the growth of small businesses. The study highlights the need for small businesses to invest in AI technology in order to remain competitive and improve their financial performance. The results of this study stress the importance of using AI in small businesses and suggest that AI applications can have a positive impact on revenue growth. The findings emphasize the need for small businesses to invest in AI technology in order to remain competitive and improve their financial performance. Factors Influencing Healthtech Literacy: An Empirical Analysis of Socioeconomic, Demographic, Technological, and Health-Related Variables
The rapid evolution of technology in the healthcare industry has led to an increased emphasis on individuals\u27 healthtech literacy. This study aimed to examine the impact of socioeconomic, demographic, technological, and health-related factors on healthtech literacy among a sample of 451 individuals. The study applied a multivariable regression model with Huber-White estimator to analyze the data. Healthtech literacy was the dependent variable, while the independent variables included socioeconomic factors, demographic factors, technological factors, and health-related factors. We used System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure the healthtech literacy. The findings revealed that all four factors significantly impacted healthtech literacy among the sample. This study highlights the importance of considering multiple factors when assessing healthtech literacy, as it is influenced by various factors. The findings can be useful in developing interventions aimed at improving healthtech literacy in different populations, particularly those who are less tech-savvy or who have lower levels of education or income. Future research could focus on developing targeted interventions that address specific factors associated with lower healthtech literacy
