Implementation of a mobile application with Machine Learning applying the new CSKT methodology for the recruitment process of personnel in the private sector
Get PDFThis paper evaluates a Machine Learning model developed using the CSKT methodology to improve pension allocation in engineering projects. It addresses the challenges in adopting such models by following a structured approach from understanding the business model to presenting it. The initial decision tree model training phase yields an F1-Score of 0.699825, indicating balanced precision and recall. Individual precision is 0.650974, and recall is 0.756603, demonstrating accurate prediction of positive outcomes. The ROC curve has a value of 0.739770, assessing the discriminatory ability of the model. The results include defining the model parameters, creating a decision tree, and performing initial simulations. The conclusion highlights CSKT\u27s effectiveness in pension allocation and the stresses of ongoing client collaboration in engineering projects. The numerical results highlight the model\u27s contribution to improving pension allocation processes in engineering projects.Este trabajo se evalúa una Máquina modelo de Aprendizaje desarrollado utilizando el CSKT metodología para mejorar la asignación de una pensión en proyectos de ingeniería. Se aborda los retos en la adopción de tales modelos, siguiendo un enfoque estructurado a partir de la comprensión del negocio el modelo de presentación. El modelo de árbol de decisión inicial de la fase de entrenamiento produce una F1-Score de 0.699825, indicando equilibrado de precisión y recall. Individuales de precisión es 0.650974, y el recuerdo es 0.756603, lo que demuestra la predicción exacta de los positivos. La curva ROC tiene un valor de 0.739770, la evaluación de la capacidad discriminatoria del modelo. Los resultados incluyen la definición de los parámetros del modelo, la creación de un árbol de decisión, y la realización inicial de las simulaciones. La conclusión destaca CSKT la eficacia en la asignación de una pensión y las tensiones de continua colaboración del cliente en proyectos de ingeniería. Operation of the port of Chancay and its relationship with the development of the agroindustrial sector of the Province of Huaral
Get PDFThe study analyzed the port of Chancay and its impact on the economic activity of companies in the Province of Huaral in 2021. It utilized a descriptive and quantitative methodology with a cross-sectional design, along with a correlational approach. The sample included 5 large companies and 15 medium-sized companies, selected for their relevance. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 20 items, 12 of which were evaluated using the Likert scale. The results revealed that 40% of the participants considered the port\u27s operation adequate, while 25% believed its competitiveness was insufficient. It was suggested to conduct informational sessions to highlight the benefits of the port of Chancay.El estudio analizó el puerto de Chancay y su impacto en la actividad económica de empresas en la Provincia de Huaral en 2021. Utilizó una metodología descriptiva y cuantitativa con un diseño transversal, junto con un enfoque correlacional. La muestra incluyó 5 grandes empresas y 15 medianas empresas, seleccionadas por su relevancia. Se recolectaron datos mediante un cuestionario de 20 ítems, de los cuales 12 se evaluaron con la escala de Likert. Los resultados revelaron que el 40% de los participantes consideraban adecuado el funcionamiento del puerto, mientras que el 25% opinaba que su competitividad era insuficiente. Se sugirió realizar charlas informativas para destacar los beneficios del puerto de Chancay
Predictive Model for the Detection of Electrical Energy Theft
Get PDFIllegal access and use of electricity, known as electricity theft, represents a significant threat to the energy industry and society as a whole. This fraudulent phenomenon undermines the integrity of the electrical system, negatively affects service providers and has serious economic, social and environmental consequences. Furthermore, abnormal electricity consumption also poses significant challenges in terms of early detection of irregularities and optimization of energy consumption. In this research, the causes and motivations that drive electricity theft were analyzed. Likewise, the various methods used by offenders to manipulate energy meters and hide their fraudulent activities were examined, highlighting the need for innovative solutions to combat this problem. Of all the existing solutions, we focus on the analysis and prediction of consumption using Machine Learning techniques. The use of algorithmic machine learning models is explored as a key tool to detect and prevent electricity theft and anomalous consumption. Presenting a significant improvement in the detection of electrical energy theft.El acceso y uso ilegal de la electricidad, conocido como robo de electricidad, representa una amenaza significativa para la industria energética y la sociedad en su conjunto. Este fenómeno fraudulento socava la integridad del sistema eléctrico, afecta negativamente a los proveedores de servicios y tiene graves consecuencias económicas, sociales y ambientales. Además, los consumos anómalos de electricidad también plantean desafíos importantes en términos de detección temprana de irregularidades y optimización del consumo energético. En esta investigación, se analizaron las causas y motivaciones que impulsan el robo de electricidad. Asimismo, se examinó los diversos métodos utilizados por los infractores para manipular los medidores de energía y ocultar sus actividades fraudulentas, poniendo de relieve la necesidad de soluciones innovadoras para combatir esta problemática. De todas las soluciones existentes nos focalizamos en el análisis y predicción de consumos mediante técnicas de Machine Learning. El empleo de modelos algorítmicos de aprendizaje automático se explora como una herramienta clave para detectar y prevenir el robo de electricidad y consumos anómalos. 5’S methodology in the manufacturing sector
Get PDFThis study aims to present the results of a systematic review of scientific literature by collecting information from international and national articles to recognize how the 5S methodology improves the manufacturing sector. To achieve this study a systematic and organized search was applied with studies that are related to our research topic with which it can be observed that currently how the manufacturing sector has been improving by making processes more efficient with the 5S tool. With which the following question has been raised: How does the 5S methodology improve the manufacturing sector? For this reason, we proceeded to search and separate articles that are not relevant to the study, selecting reliable and authorized pages, defining the search process, the evaluation and selection of the most relevant articles. The contribution of this study focuses on identifying the activities and strategies to be carried out to improve the implementation of the 5S methodology in the manufacturing sector.Este estudio tiene como objetivo presentar los resultados de una revisión sistemática de literatura científica mediante la recopilación de información de artículos tanto internacionales como internacionales para reconocer cómo mejora la metodología 5S en el sector manufacturero. Para lograr este estudio se aplicó una búsqueda sistemática y organizada con estudios que están relacionados con nuestro tema de investigación con lo cual se puede observar que en la actualidad como ha ido mejorando el sector de manufactura haciendo más eficiente los procesos con la herramienta 5S. Con lo cual se ha planteado la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cómo mejora la metodología 5S en el sector manufacturero? Por este motivo se procedió a realizar la búsqueda y separar artículos que no son relevantes para el estudio, selección de páginas confiables y autorizadas, definir el proceso de búsqueda, la valoración y elección de los artículos más relevantes. 5s methodology and its importance in the textile sector
Get PDFThe objective of this article was to analyze the results of the scientific literature provided by various studies to provide findings on the effects of applying the 5s methodology in the textile industries. In order to achieve this objective, a systematic and structured search of the documents related to the problem of this study was carried out, where the obstacles that currently influence the textile sector to optimize the level of efficiency and effectiveness with the application of the 5s method, in addition to demonstrating the most common situations related to this tool and the results of its application. With this purpose we formulate the following: What are the effects of applying the 5s methodology in companies in the textile sector? In order to respond, a search for articles was carried out, selection according to the established criteria, for analysis. Occupational health and safety plan for the construction sector in Latin America and Asia, 2023
Get PDFThe main objective of this article was to discern the importance of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan - PSST. Likewise, it had a single variable, which is aimed at the construction sector exactly for the Ibero-American region and Asia, 2023, which includes Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries, in addition to the countries of the Asian continent, in order to find research that reveals the effect of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan in the construction sector. On the other hand, the methodology that has been used allows obtaining qualitative data, which could be helpful in various investigations after this. Likewise, the population that was evaluated was the scientific research articles related to the construction sector and that are related to an Occupational Health and Safety Plan. In the same way, the sample that has been selected would include the articles of the sector in Latin America and Asia, 2023. Among the main results, the vast information of articles belonging to the countries of Malaysia and Indonesia was located, however, among the universe of countries, factors such as management, costs, training and execution were found that must be considered in an Occupational Health and Safety Plan - PSST.El presente articulo tuvo como objetivo principal discernir sobre la importancia del Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo - PSST. Asimismo, conto con una sola variable, el cual está dirigido al sector construcción exactamente para la región Iberoamericana y Asia, 2023, que contempla países de lengua española y portuguesa, además de los países del continente asiático, con el fin de hallar investigaciones que revelen el efecto que tiene el Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en el sector construcción. Por otro lado, la metodología que se ha utilizado permite obtener datos cualitativos, el cual, podría ser de ayuda en diversas investigaciones posterior a esta. Asimismo, la población que se evaluó fue los artículos de investigación científica relacionadas al sector construcción y que estén relacionadas con un Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. De igual manera, la muestra que se ha seleccionado englobaría a los artículos del sector en Iberoamérica y Asia, 2023. Entre los principales resultados, se localizó la basta información de artículos pertenecientes a los países de Malasia e Indonesia, no obstante, entre el universo de países se encontró factores tales como la gestión, costos, capacitación y ejecución que deben ser considerados en un Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo – PSST

Inbound Marketing in the Business Sector, 2017-2023
Get PDFThe objective of the study was to present the results of a systematic review of the scientific literature to find evidence in international research articles to understand the effects of the application of inbound marketing strategies in the business environment. To achieve this purpose, a systematic and orderly search was carried out for articles related to the research object, which show us the benefits and difficulties of implementing inbound marketing strategies in the business environment. To this end, the following question was posed: What are the effects of the application of inbound marketing strategies in the business environment? for which we proceeded to search for categories, select articles, identify articles, and admit articles. This is systematic methods to identify, select and adequately evaluate all outstanding articles, to collect and analyze data from the articles that are included in the review. The contribution of the research is aimed at identifying the tools and strategies used to apply the inbound marketing methodology in order to improve the profitability of companies.El estudio tuvo como objetivo presentar los resultados de una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica para encontrar evidencia en artículos de investigaciones internacionales para conocer los efectos de la aplicación de las estrategias de inbound marketing en el entorno empresarial. Para alcanzar este propósito se realizó la búsqueda sistemática y ordenada de artículos relacionados con el objeto de investigación, en el cual nos muestre los beneficios y dificultades de la implementación de las estrategias del inbound marketing en el entorno empresarial. Con este fin se planteó la siguiente interrogante ¿Cuáles son los efectos de la aplicación de estrategias de inbound marketing en el entorno empresarial?, para lo cual se procedió a realizar búsqueda de categorías, selección de artículos, identificación de artículos, y admisión de artículos; esto es métodos sistemáticos para identificar, seleccionar y evaluar adecuadamente todos los artículos sobresalientes, para recolectar y analizar datos de los artículos que se incluyen en la revisión.
