Improving English language skills through the implementation of entertaining activities in primary school students
Get PDFThis scientific article aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of recreational activities on the learning of the English language in primary school students. As indicated in the introduction, learning a foreign language can be challenging for young students, which affects their motivation and interest in learning English. Therefore, the implementation of entertainment activities in the classroom is proposed as a way to improve English learning and motivation. Entertainment activities involve engaging students in fun and interactive ways, such as role-playing, board games, songs, stories, and other interactive activities. The study will evaluate the students\u27 knowledge of English before and after carrying out these activities, through standardized tests and surveys. The expected results are the improvement of English knowledge and increased motivation to learn it.Este artículo científico pretende analizar el impacto de la implementación de actividades lúdicas en el aprendizaje de la lengua inglesa en alumnos de primaria. Como se indica en la introducción, el aprendizaje de una lengua extranjera puede suponer un reto para los jóvenes estudiantes, lo que afecta a su motivación e interés por aprender inglés. Por lo tanto, se propone la implementación de actividades de entretenimiento en el aula como una forma de mejorar el aprendizaje del inglés y la motivación. Las actividades de entretenimiento implican involucrar a los estudiantes de forma divertida e interactiva, como juegos de rol, juegos de mesa, canciones, cuentos y otras actividades interactivas. El estudio evaluará los conocimientos de inglés de los alumnos antes y después de la realización de estas actividades, mediante pruebas estandarizadas y encuestas. Los resultados esperados son la mejora de los conocimientos de inglés y el aumento de la motivación para aprenderlo
Organizational Culture in Latin American SMEs, 2016 - 2023
Get PDFTo understand the impacts of organizational culture on Latin American SMEs, the study sought to contribute the findings of a systematic review of the scientific literature that included both national and international research works. To do this, a systematic and organized search was carried out for studies related to the object of the research in which the access obstacles that appear between 2018 -2022 in Latin American SMEs to achieve levels of efficiency could be observed. To this end, the following question was posed: What is the influence of organizational culture on SMEs in Latin America between 2018 – 2022? To this end, we proceeded to locate, select and critically evaluate all relevant research, using systematic processes. category search, collection, identification and eligibility of studies. Data from the studies included in the review were also collected and analyzed. The contribution of the study consists of identifying the steps and tactics that must be taken to optimize and/or improve the effectiveness in the management of Latin American SMEs.Para comprender los impactos de la cultura organizacional en las pymes latinoamericanas, el estudio buscó aportar los hallazgos de una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica que incluyó trabajos de investigación tanto nacionales e internacionales. Para ello, se procedió a una búsqueda sistemática y organizada de estudios relacionados con el objeto de la investigación en la cual se pudiera observar los obstáculos de acceso que se manifiestan entre el 2018 -2022 en las pymes latinoamericanas para alcanzar niveles de eficiencia. Con este fin se planteó la siguiente interrogante: ¿Cuáles es la influencia de la cultura organizacional en las pymes de Latinoamérica entre el 2018 – 2022?, para ello, se procedió a localizar, seleccionar y evaluar críticamente todas las investigaciones pertinentes se utilizaron procesos sistemáticos de búsqueda por categorías, recopilación, identificación y elegibilidad de estudios. También se recopilaron y analizaron los datos de los estudios incluidos en la revisión. Organizational communication in the logistics sector, 2010 – 2023
Get PDFThe objective of the research has been to implement organizational communication as a method to generate an increase in effectiveness in the operational processes and services they manage, with the purpose of establishing the relevance of organizational communication in the logistics sector, 2010 - 2023. In relation to the methodology, the study that was carried out was qualitative, to the extent that important references of organizational communication in various environments were investigated. To have more information, background information for the period 2010 – 2023 was searched, the data banks that were applied were Proquest, Scielo, EBSCO, Dialnet and Sciendirect. The results have been examined based on inclusion and exclusion methods, with a result of 111,897 articles in reference to organizational communication and as a sample 45 scientific articles. Finally, it was determined that organizational communication is a very valuable tool for private companies, which will help operations or services to be managed appropriately, thus increasing the profitability of companies and their positioning in the market. labor.
It is concluded that organizational communication in private companies in the logistics sector is very important to be able to manage communication in a more suitable way, which will help generate a pleasant environment for customers and collaborators of the organization.El objetivo de la investigación ha sido implementar la comunicación organizacional como un método para generar un aumento de efectividad en los procesos operacionales y servicios que manejan, con la finalidad de establecer la relevancia de la comunicación organizacional en el sector logístico, 2010 – 2023. Con relación a la metodología, el estudio que se realizó fue cualitativo, en la medida que se investigó referencias importantes de la comunicación organización en los diversos entornos. Para tener más información se buscó antecedentes del periodo 2010 – 2023, el banco de datos que se aplicaron fueron Proquest, Scielo, EBSCO, Dialnet y Sciendirect. Los resultados se han examinado en base a métodos de inclusión y exclusión, con un resultado de 111,897 artículos en referencia a la comunicación organizacional y como muestra 45 artículos científicos. Finalmente, se determinó que la comunicación organizacional es una herramienta de mucho valor para las empresas privadas, la cual ayudará a que las operaciones o servicios se gestionen de manera adecuada, logrando de este modo incrementar la rentabilidad de las empresas y su posicionamiento en el mercado laboral.
Se concluye que la comunicación organizacional en las empresas privadas del sector logístico, es de mucha importancia para poder gestionar la comunicación de un modo más idóneo, lo cual ayudara generar un ambiente agradable para los clientes y los colaboradores de la organización

(FMEA) as an Industry 4.0 tool to analyze and perform all elements of industrial maintenance, identify maintenance trends and their analysis, and enable continuous engineering improvement. To understand this topic, we analyze the case of a machining laboratory where the use of Industry 4.0 is reflected as a tool for optimizing maintenance processes. Subsequently, the analysis is carried out using the industry 4.0 method. The purpose of this review is to understand the application of FMEA as an industrial maintenance tool for Industry 4.0, to determine the areas of opportunity for this tool in its future evolution, as it is intended to manifest in the industrial sectors. This research was carried out based on the PRISMA methodology. During the development, research search engines such as SCIELO, SPRINGER LINK, PROQUEST and GOOGLE ACADEMIC, REDALYC were used, and the criteria for delimiting journals in Spanish and English from 2015 to 2021 were used. From this review, the trends presented by the case study are analyzed in order to improve the analysis techniques through new methodologies immersed in the industrial sectors, extrapolating towards the educational and professional sector.En la actualidad el AMEF Es una herramienta para el desarrollo tecnológico de la Industria 4.0, en la que se ubica en el sector académico para formar profesionales con competencias básicas, por ello, este trabajo propone el uso de modos de falla y análisis de efectos. (AMEF) como una herramienta de Industria 4.0 para analizar y realizar todos los elementos del mantenimiento industrial, identificar tendencias de mantenimiento y su análisis, y permitir la mejora continua en la empresa. El propósito de esta revisión es entender la aplicación de la herramienta AMEF en el mantenimiento industrial de Industria 4.0, para determinar las áreas de oportunidad para su evolución futura, como se pretende manifestar en los sectores industriales. Esta investigación se trabajó basado en la metodología PRISMA, Durante el desarrollo se utilizaron buscadores de investigación como SCIELO, SPRINGER LINK, PROQUEST y GOOGLE ACADEMIC, REDALYC y se utilizaron los criterios de delimitación de revistas en español e inglés de 2015 a 2021. Training of staff in health sector companies in the Covid-19 pandemic
Get PDFEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo presentar los resultados de una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica para recopilar evidencia en diferentes artículos de investigaciones nacionales e internacionales para conocer los efectos de la aplicación de las capacitaciones en empresas del sector salud en pandemia. Para poder lograr este propósito, se realizó una búsqueda sistemática organizada de tal manera que se evidenciara las consecuencias de la falta de capacitaciones en el sector salud y cómo afectó la productividad y eficiencia de los procesos. Con este fin se planteó la siguiente interrogante: ¿Cuál es el impacto de las capacitaciones laborales en empresas del sector salud en la pandemia del COVID-19? Para ello, se procedió a la búsqueda de selección de estudios, categorías, identificación y procesamiento de estudios y su elegibilidad; es decir, métodos sistemáticos y reproducibles para identificar, evaluar y seleccionar de manera crítica las investigaciones relevantes, para la recolección de estudios que se incluyeron en la revisión. El aporte del estudio se orienta a identificar los beneficios e importancia de la aplicación de esta estrategia que permitió optimizar y/o mejorar la gestión del sector salud.The objective of this study was to present the results of a systematic review of the scientific literature to compile evidence in different national and international research articles to understand the effects of the application of training in companies in the health sector during a pandemic. Get PDFThe present investigation Web System as support to the Management of Tutorials in University Careers had as purpose to demonstrate the influence of the web system in the management of tutorials of the professional career of Systems Engineering of the National University of Huancavelica. It is an investigation of the applied type of descriptive level, as a procedure to contrast the hypotheses the test of comparison of means t-Student was used, for related samples, using the direct observation technique. As a result, the hypothesis can be verified with a significance of 0.5, giving a P-value = 0.00. Concluding that there is a difference between the indicators of the tutorial management variable before and after implementing the web system, proving that the use of a web system is beneficial in the management of tutorials in university careers.La presente investigación Sistema Web como apoyo a la gestión de tutorías en las carreras universitarias tuvo como finalidad demostrar la influencia del sistema web en la gestión de tutorías de la carrera profesional de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica. Es una investigación del tipo aplicada de nivel descriptivo, como procedimiento para contrastar las hipótesis se utilizó la prueba comparación de medias t-Student, para muestras relacionadas, haciendo uso de la técnica de observación directa. Como resultado se puedo comprobar la hipótesis con una significancia de 0.5, dando un P-valor = 0.00. Concluyendo que existe una diferencia entre los indicadores de la variable gestión de tutorías antes y después de implementar el sistema web, comprobando que el uso de un sistema web resulta beneficioso en la gestión de tutorías en las carreras universitarias

No full textThe present research work was developed by performing a systematic review in the last 7 years in this way, by reading it can be seen that there are problems in the different companies with the classification, order, cleaning, standardization and maintaining discipline among their workers, for this reason it is necessary to publicize the implementation of the 5S methodology, with its application the companies will have greater benefits, there is also lean manufacturing and kaizen that can also be implemented to have greater economic benefits, the main objective is to determine how the implementation of the 5S methodology will improve the companies, in turn their specific objectives define how the application of the 5S will increase productivity and determine the results that are related to the application of the 5S methodology, having as a conclusion the achievement of productivity after implementation generated a noticeable improvement, followed of each of the steps to achieve the continuous improvement of the 5S and therefore its effectiveness is considered.El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló realizan una revisión sistemática en los 7 últimos años de esta manera, mediante la lectura se puede observar que hay problemas en las diferentes empresas con la clasificación, orden, limpieza, estandarización y mantener una disciplina entre sus trabajadores, por esta razón es necesario dar a conocer la implementación de la metodología 5S, con su aplicación las empresas tendrán mayores beneficios también está por otro lado el lean manufacturing y kaizen que también se puede implementar para tener mayores beneficios económicos, el objetivo principal es determinar cómo la implementación de la metodología 5S mejorará las empresas, a su vez sus objetivos específicos definir como la aplicación de las 5S va incrementar la productividad y determinar los resultados que están relacionados con la aplicación de la metodología 5S, teniendo como conclusión el logro de la productividad después de la implementación generó una mejora notable, seguido de cada uno de los pasos para alcanzar la mejora continua de las 5S y por ello se considera su eficacia
