Replication Data for "Effects of Caffeine Ingestion on the Biomechanics of Healthy Young Subjects", running study.
Anonymized participant-level datasets for the running variables of the project "Effects of Caffeine Ingestion on the Biomechanics of Healthy Young Subjects" (NCT06039358). The purpose of the dataset is to provide FAIR data on the impact of caffeine on performance and technique while running in different variables. Each variable can be found on a different sheet of the Excel document. There are 14 subjects per variable, and each of them is analyzed in a control, placebo, and caffeine session, with and without fatigue
Replication data for: "Rural Representation in Europe: The Presence of Place in National Parliaments. Electoral Studies"
Includes data and code to replicate the results in the paper "Rural Representation in Europe: The Presence of Place in National Parliaments". The paper assesses the geographical roots (categorized as being born in urban, rural or intermediate areas) of the legislators of the national parliaments of the 28 (pre-Brexit) European Union member states between 2010 and 2013, and explores variation in place-based descriptive representation across country, party, and legislator-level characteristics
Replication Data for: Which Profile of People Tends to Ignore Preventive Measures against COVID-19? The Role of Intelligence and the Big Five Personality Traits
This dataset includes data from the published article " Which Profile of People Tends to Ignore Preventive Measures against COVID-19? The Role of Intelligence and the Big Five Personality Traits", published in the journal Heliyon (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.heliyon.2023.e13277). More especifically it includes data about 404 participants (61.4% women) who were resident in Spain. They were between 15 and 69 years old. This sample was recruited online from February to April 2021. The exclusion criteria for participating in this study were being under 15 years old, not resident in Spain, or not providing informed consent. The data includes their ages, gender, civil status, educational level, household incomes, and responses to the COmpliance with pandemic COmmands Scale (COCOS questionnaire). It also includes their overall scores for the International Cognitive Ability Resource (ICAR Sample Test) and Overall Personality Assessment Scale (OPERAS) questionnaires. (2025-05-20
Assessing power, kinematic, and muscle oxygenation asymmetries between legs during incremental 400m track running in triathletes
The spreadsheet contains the triathletes characteristics, alongside physiological and kinematic data used to examine the asymmetries between legs during
incremental 400m track running
Real-time Agnostic Monitoring for Intensive Care (RAMIC–I)
The RAMIC-I database contains physiological and clinical data from 155 critically ill adult patients requiring invasive mechanical ventilation in the ICU of the Hospital Universitari Parc Taulí (Sabadell, Spain) between 2015-2019. The dataset provides high-resolution respiratory mechanics parameters recorded breath-by-breath and aggregated at 10-minute intervals during eight days of mechanical ventilation per patient. The database includes detection and classification of patient-ventilator asynchrony events, along with demographic information, daily clinical variables, vital signs, and analytical results. The dataset is structured according to FAIR principles and comprises five TAB files containing respiratory data, asynchrony events, demographic information, daily clinical observations, and laboratory results. This resource facilitates research in predictive modelling, optimization of mechanical ventilation, and analysis of patient-ventilator interactions in intensive care medicine
Survey of Teachers on Knowledge and Perceptions of Augmented Reality in Education
This dataset contains responses from six primary education teachers to a validated mixed-methods questionnaire on Augmented Reality (AR) in education, analyzed through the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework.
It includes Likert-scale, multiple-choice, and open-ended items covering seven TPACK dimensions.
The data capture teachers’ familiarity with AR tools, pedagogical strategies, perceived benefits, and integration barriers.
Key challenges identified include limited training, infrastructure, and financial resources.
Collected from educators in the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya’s online Primary Education program, the dataset offers quantitative and qualitative insights.
It is relevant for research on technology integration, teacher training, and AR-based pedagogy
Replication data for "Single-cell profiling of lncRNA expression during Ebola virus infection in rhesus macaques"
The dataset contains short-read RNA-sequencing data from 13 tissues of macaques used for the lncRNA annotation in the study "Single-cell profiling of lncRNA expression during Ebola virus infection in rhesus macaques
Replication Data for: Fluorescent substrates enables specific detection and structure-function insights into human aldehyde dehydrogenase isoforms
The dataset refers to a single manuscript in which three different fluorescent substrates were used to assess the enzymatic activity of purified ALDH isoforms and their application to detect ALDH in low-activity cell extracts. Raw data corresponding to Tables 1, 2, and 3, Figures 5 and 6, and supplementary data Figure S3
