Impact of Cultural Differences in Marketing on Buying Behaviour
Culture and differences in culture across the globe form an important aspect of marketing. One of the biggest factors that is taken into consideration by both marketing analysts and consumers is culture. Cultural Marketing, therefore, has gained importance as a way of marketing and market research. Especially when it comes to international trade and global marketing. The volatile nature of cultures as a concept makes it very difficult to predict the success or failure of a product or service. Cultural differences in marketing, therefore form the fundamental decision-making factors in the international marketing arena. This paper studies the consumers’ perception towards marketing strategies that align with their culture and the subsequent decisions they are likely to take based on these factions. Understanding this psychology is crucial to ensuring that a company can get a good return on its market investments while still generating a profit. Hence understanding the culture of a particular region before entering it is crucial and can play a huge role in the success of the company in that region
Modelling & Simulation of PV Module Connected with Three-Port DC Converter
Of the world’s electricity is being generated through conventional sources of energy like coal and atomic energy. People have realized the dire effect of using these fuels, and the amount of CO2 being released into the environment. There has been a shift in emphasis towards cleaner ways of generating electricity in recent years. Solar energy is abundantly available and the cleanest renewable energy source available in the world and is ready to use for a variety of applications, such as the generation of electricity for residential, commercial, or industrial consumption and have become very competitive solutions. It can be seen that there is trend of solar photovoltaics (PV), which has seen rapid growth over the years. The increasing trend of adopting PV system allows consumers to be known as producers or “Prosumers”.
This report evaluates how solar PV can be used in combination with a battery bank along with three port converter to fulfill the requirement. Power production from PV cannot be consistent due to factors like the weather although The main benefits of solar power are that it can be easily installed cost of generation is low as there is no requirement for fuel and require very little maintenance Distributed maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and autonomous are achieved with the proposed configuration. The input-port of each TPC is connected to an independent PV energy source to achieve individual MPPT, and the output-ports of these TPCs are connected with load. Fully modular design is achieved by using Simulink/matlab
Method of Partnership with the Private Sector in Iraq
The topic of public-private partnerships has been received with great interest by governments, societies and research centers around the world. After it became clear that the process of economic and social development is based on mobilizing and gathering all the potentials of society, including the energies, resources and experiences of both the public and private sectors, to participate in the institutional organizations that deal with the establishment and operation of projects of various kinds after the institutional arrangements faced separate and independent sectoral challenges and difficulties. In achieving the goals of development levels is an ambitious goal. Therefore, developed countries seek to develop institutions, legislation and institutional systems to adopt participatory organizations in which all sectors of society contribute to directing, managing and operating projects and businesses, developing and developing them in order to serve their purposes on the basis of cooperative participation, good governance, transparent accountability and mutual benefit.
The success of the partnership is not limited to ensuring legislation and regulations only, but links must be established between it and the concept of governance. Both have multiple aspects related to administrative, legal, economic and social dimensions that meet at common points based on the principles of transparency, disclosure and accountability, and equal rights of stakeholders and responsibilities in order to raise the efficiency of resource use, enhance competitiveness, attract funding sources, and expand projects to create new job opportunities and support economic stability.

Many researchers believe that the issue of partnership is still in its early stages of developing unified principles, rules and regulations that govern and regulate the various forms of partnerships between the public and private sectors to include all economic and social sectors as major topics. The concept, principles and standards are still being sought to develop, elaborate and categorize them in order to be placed in specific rules and frameworks
The Role of Strategic Management and Modern Agricultural Technology in Developing Field Crops Cultivation
The research aims to determine the role of agricultural system managers in Iraq in the field of strategic management and agricultural technology in developing field crops cultivation, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared A five-Axis questionnaire, which included 40 paragraphs for middle and executive directors, divided into five Axis, and dealt with [content, a questionnaire that included message scale, strategic analysis, vision formulation, characteristics of importance, objectives, types of strategies, strategy levels, strategy characteristics, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation.
The research was carried out as a random sampling from agricultural departments from the governorate of Baghdad. After the questionnaire was done in the Google Documents program, the questionnaire was published on the social media sites of those involved in the agricultural sector and sent by e-mail to some managers and their assistants as it was not possible to provide them with the questionnaire on paper due to the Corona pandemic. Sector Wise Stock Market Performance during Pre and Post Covid Era
The spread of the Covid-19 pandemic has an unprecedented and immense impact on the world economy as well as the Indian economy. The stock market, treated as a barometer of the economic activity of any country is adversely affected. Not even in India, countries like Germany, France, the USA, and Spain have been strongly affected. Nationwide lockdown, restriction on the transportation system, demand-supply disequilibrium lead to slow down in the economy and create a fear factor among the participants of the capital market. Rapid fall in the share price and increased volatility are identified during this period. The present study tries to compare the stock price return volatility, no of the transaction, and delivery percentage of various listed companies listed on BSE during the pre and post COVID 19 periods to examine the effect of this pandemic on the economy as a whole.
Period of Study: In this paper, we have consideredthe pre-covid period from 1st September 2019 to 15th March 2020 and post covid period from 16th March 2020 to August 2020.
Sample: for this study, we have selected 50 BSE listed Companies covering 5 sectors, viz. Pharma, Automobile, Industrial Products, Banking and Finance, and Consumer Goods.
Statistical Method: We have used paired sample t-test for comparing the arithmetical mean of different capital market parameters for these two sub-periods for each sector separately and standard deviation of daily return as a measure of volatility.
Conclusion: From the study, we have observed that average daily share price; average daily return; daily no. of transactions and volatility is significantly different from pre and post covid period for most of the sectors. However, we have not perceived any significant difference in the delivery percentage of traded shares of these sectors between two study periods

Parametric Design & Analysis of Plastics Fuel Blend by using Taguchi Method in Diesel Engine
Over the past two centuries, energy needs have risen dramatically, particularly due to the transportation and industry sectors. However, the main made fuels like (fossil fuels) are polluting and their reserves are limited. Governments & research organization work together for make the use of renewable resources a priority and reduce irresponsible use of natural supplies through increased conservation. The energy crisis is a broad is biggest problem in world. Most people don\u27t realize to their reality unless the price of fuel at the pump goes up or there are lines at the fuel station.
Plastics waste fuel is sustainable and futuristic solution of fossil fuel as well as biggest problem of waste management of plastic waste can solve by this fuel. In thesis we prepare the plastic waste fuel by application of paralysis process in this process use low, medium and high grade of plastic and heated with limited amount of oxygen melt the plastic. The result of paralysis finds of liquid fuel and flammable gas. This fuel can be used as a blend in diesel with a proportion of B0D100, B10D90 B20D80, & B30D70 where B tent to blend of plastic fuel and D tend to diesel as if B0D100 means blend 0% and diesel 100%. These blend run diesel engine. The blends are in 10%, 20% & 30% plastic paralysis oil with standard diesel fuel. For experiment simultaneous optimization used a method called “Taguchi” used in the engine such as injection pressure and load condition. Taguchi Method of Optimization is a simplest method of optimizing experimental parameters in less number of trials
