Contributions of Productivity and Relative Price Changes to Wheat Profitability Changes in China
Using the provincial panel data of wheat from 1998 to 2018, based on the total price and quantity framework proposed by O\u27Donnell(2010), and using Färe-Primont productivity index, this artical decomposes the change of wheat profitability into the change of input-output relative price (TT) and the change of total factor productivity (TFP), and further decomposes the change of TFP into technological progress and efficiency change based on input orientation. The results showed that the overall profitability of wheat decreased by 24.9% compared with 1998, which was attributed to the decrease of TT by 32.6% and the increase of TFP by 11.4%. Results indicate that profitability change is mainly driven by TT change, and the impact of TT change on wheat profitability was alleviated by the compensatory change of TFP. The main driving factor of wheat TFP growth is technical progress, Compared with the growth of technical progress, the technical efficiency grows slowly

Business Networking and Performance of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in Benue State, Nigeria
The impact of business networking on the performance of SMEs in Benue State, Nigeria is investigated in this study. The study focuses on the impact of network governance, network content, and network structure on SMEs in Benue State, Nigeria. The study employs a survey design, with a questionnaire serving as the data gathering tool. The study\u27s population consists of 650 licenced SMEs in Benue State, with a sample size of 242 obtained via stratified sampling. The KMO and Bartlett\u27s tests show that variables are highly significant, and principal component analysis was appropriate at 0.631. The reliability test-retest result revealed a reliability index of (0.702). Regression analysis was used to examine and present the data received from the businesses surveyed. Network governance (42.2 percent), network content (30.2 percent), and network structure (46.2 percent) all have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs in Benue State, Nigeria, according to the results of tested hypotheses. According to the study\u27s findings, business networking in a business environment is concerned with characteristics such as network governance, network content, and network structure, which create the foundation upon which SMEs connect with their surroundings. The research also revealed that business networking has a significant impact on SMEs\u27 performance. SMEs working in any business environment should build up a formation structure that allows them to engage freely within the environment, according to the report

In today’s era usage of communication technology is increasing day by day whether it may be in the field of education or any other field. The dependency on these technological devices has been increased; it may be fruitful on one hand and problematic from some aspects on other side. People are not realizing the negative aspects of the usage but when they were asked they seemed to neglect the negative aspects as they are not concerned but some other day it will certainly affect them. Awareness of Farmers about the Primary Agriculture Credit Societies (With Special Reference of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand)
Primary Agriculture Credit Society is a basic unit and smallest cooperative credit institution in India. It works on the grass-root level (gram panchayat and village level). Primary Agriculture Credit Society is formed at the village or town level. It is the old cooperative credit system of India. Primary Agriculture Credit Society was designed to be a village-level credit society into which the farmers brought in share capital, deposits, and provide loans to each other. This study aims to assess the Awareness of Farmers about the Primary Agricultural Credit Societies with Special Reference to Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. 58% of farmers know about primary agriculture credit societies and this study will useful for the rural areas policymakers and this study will also useful for many other stakeholders
Applying Brain Computer Interface Technology for Playing Games
Brain Computer Interfaces are specialized systems that allows users to control computer applications using their brain waves. Initially, BCI were mostly used in medical field. But after some research and thanks to consumer-grade electroencephalography (EEG) devices, many applications and research opportunities were opened outside of the medical field. One particular area that is gaining more evidence due to the arrival consumer-grade devices is that of computer games, as it allows more user-friendly applications of BCI technology for the general public. In this report, we are going to talk about one of those games, Maze game. It will be a 2D maze, path known to the user. Using the EEG device named Neurosky Brain Wave Kit user will be able to move the avatar in order to reach the goal from the starting position
Applying Convolutional-GRU for Term Deposit Likelihood Prediction
Banks are normally offered two kinds of deposit accounts. It consists of deposits like current/saving account and term deposits like fixed or recurring deposits.For enhancing the maximized profit from bank as well as customer perspective, term deposit can accelerate uplifting of finance fields. This paper focuses on likelihood of term deposit subscription taken by the customers. Bank campaign efforts and customer detail analysis caninfluence term deposit subscription chances. An automated system is approached in this paper that works towards prediction of term deposit investment possibilities in advance. This paper proposes deep learning based hybrid model that stacks Convolutional layers and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) layers as predictive model. For RNN, Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) is employed. The proposed predictive model is later compared with other benchmark classifiers such as k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN), Decision tree classifier (DT), and Multi-layer perceptron classifier (MLP). Experimental study concludesthat proposed model attainsan accuracy of 89.59% and MSE of 0.1041 which outperform wellother baseline models
Sustainable Urban Corridors in Khartoum Case of Mohammed Najeeb Street
This article aims at measuring the sustainability of the streets of Khartoum using the Pedestrian Environmental Quality Index (P.E.Q.I.). This index has six categories: Intersection safety; traffic; street design; perceived safety; land use; and perceived walkability. Each category has several items. As a case study, Mohammed Najeeb main street is studied since it represents main streets in Khartoum. Results show that the sustainability standard of the studied street is below average (40%). Conclusions are written. And recommendations are drawn
Characterisation of Saw Dust Ash – Quarry Dust Bituminous Concrete
This study evaluates usefulness of Quarry Dust and Saw Dust Ashas mineral fillers in a bituminous concrete in order to reduce cost and encourage reuse of waste materials in the environment. Bituminous concrete blends were generated with 4% Quarry Dust and 4% Saw Dust Ash replacements of aggregates. The binder contents were 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5 and 5% for a 60/70 penetration grade bituminous binder. Briquette specimens were formed using the five different bituminous concrete blends. Standard laboratory experiments were conducted on the aggregates, Quarry Dust, Saw Dust Ash, bituminous binder and bituminous concrete specimens based on the relevant codes and standards. The Marshall method was used for the bituminous concrete design procedure. The optimum binder content was found to be 4.88% using the standard Marshall curves. At optimum binder content, using 4% design air void for medium traffic and maximum aggregate of 10mm, the Stability, Flow, VMA and VFA were 8.15kN, 8.28(0.25mm), 15.22% and 74.2% respectively. These were found to have passed the Asphalt Institute design criteria
An Empirical Study on the Venue Attributes on Customer Satisfaction of Wedding Banquets in Sri Lanka
The growth of the festival and event tourism sector has been spectacular in recent years and therefore event management has become increasingly popular with it growing and expanding equally as much as event tourism. As a most competitive industry in Sri Lanka, wedding banquet demand has a considerable increment since last few years. Recently, modern couples tend to achieve their most special occasion with a higher effort and they have been deflected for banqueting industry for having a memorable experience. Hence, the objectives of this study are to identify the existing level of venue attributes in banquet halls, to identify the relationship between those attributes and Customer satisfaction and the most influencing attributes on customer’s satisfaction. 100 of couples were selected as the sample of this study and convenience sampling method was used for selecting the sample. Data collection was done by structured questionnaires. Descriptive analysis, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Multiple linear regressions were used for the data analysis. The findings reflect all the respondents were agreeing with existing level of attributes and all the attributes were significantly important for customer satisfaction. Decoration was the mostly influencing attribute on Customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the researcher has identified that all the independent variables showed a positive relationship with the dependent variable. Therefore, management of hotel might be considered about the enhancement of those attributes for satisfying the customers which affects the hotel demand indirectly
