With the flexibility of working space and timing, employees and the organizational heads have redefined work culture and the old adage of strict 9 to 5 job seems to have been completed changed. The current paper attempts to understand the four behavioral patterns of DISC exhibited by leaders in any work environment. It explains what are the four behavioral traits and how they influence communication. And in a hybrid work environment, with lot of flexibility in time and space, what steps are to be taken in order to make communication effective and avert miscommunication as half of the employees work offline while the other half works online

From the statement of the problem deducting the researcher found that the social media , mobile apps and internet marketing have Promina impact with the effectiveness and in cornering the awareness of the consumer .hence the research subdivided the research problem into four different objective such translates the formation of the study states that these is no significant relationship between level of effectiveness and level of utilization of internet marketing on consumer in kingdom of Bahrain . Further the research employs multiple methodologies to a new conclusion on the particular issue, the study used convening sampling method combined with the spss software for data analyse.
The study aims to assess the Effectiveness of Internet in Business to increase reach and awareness among consumers in Bahrain. Data and correspondence innovation has changed quickly in the previous 20 years with a key advancement being the development of online networking. Business, which does not utilize internet-based life, tends to lose on key client base. The rise of social media means it’s unusual to find an organization that does not reach its customers and prospects through one social media platform or another. Companies see the importance of using social media to connect with customers and build revenue.
Businesses have realized they can use social media to generate insights, stimulate demand, and create targeted product offerings. This is important in traditional brick-and-motor businesses, and, obviously, in the world of e-commerce.
In this research, to adequately address the research questions a variety of data collection methods and instruments were used such as questionnaire survey and t-test.
From the study, the researcher concluded that there is no significant relationship between the Level of utilization & Effectiveness of Internet marketing among consumers in Bahrain. Therefore, the researchers accept the null hypothesis.
The problems faced by the respondents on the Level of utilization & Effectiveness of Internet marketing among consumers in Bahrain is privacy, censorship and online security. The Internet, social media, online advertising, mobile apps etc. as a whole, can be seen as technology that has greatly enhanced our lives but should be done responsibly

Identity Management Reform and Fraud Prevention in the Nigerian Banking Industry
No full textThis paper assesses the effect of identity management reform, namely the Bank verification number (BVN) policy on fraud prevention in the Nigerian banking industry. Using secondary data obtained from annual reports of Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) from 2011 to 2018, the study employed descriptive method to analyze trend in fraud variables before and after introduction of the policy and independent t-test to test the hypotheses in the study. Findings revealed that there was an initial decrease in number of staff involved and total amount involved in fraud in the two years following BVN introduction, but which showed increases thereafter. A similar trend was revealed in various fraud types with internet banking fraud showing significant increases in frequency of cases. The results from the t-tests revealed that the BVN policy had no significant impact on fraud prevention within the period under study. It was recommended that the banking public be educated on the different types of fraud and how to protect their personal details from getting into wrong hands. There is also the need to beef up security by improving on protocols required to carry out bank transactions particularly in the area of internet banking. It was also suggested that all bank account numbers be linked to the National Identity Number (NIN) immediately in line with proposals made by the Federal Government on identity management

The Effect of Electricity Supply on the Performance of Small and Medium-Scale Enterprises in Nigeria: A Case Study of Calabar South and Calabar Municipality of Cross River State
No full textThis research work analyzed the comparative study of the effect of electricity supply on the performance of small and medium-scale enterprises in Calabar South and Calabar Municipality,using small and medium scale businessmen and women as well as power holding company staff. The objectives of this study to analyze the comparative study of the effect of electricity supply on the performance of small and medium-scale enterprises in Calabar South and Calabar Municipality.The survey research design was adopted and a twelve (12) item structured questionnaire was used to obtain a sample size of 248 small and medium scale business owners and power holding staff randomly selected from the population. The results of the study revealed that there is a significant effect of electricity supply on the performance of small and medium-scale enterprises in Calabar South and Calabar Municipality. The results further revealed that insufficient electricity supply significantly affect the performance of small and medium-scale enterprises in Calabar South and Calabar Municipality.The study concludes that there are enormous difficulties being experienced by businesses in Cross River State and other parts of Nigeria due to inadequate and unreliable electric power supply. Thus an inadequate and unreliable supply of electricity imposes costs and therefore constrained firms’operational performance as firms suffer high overhead cost due to the deficient electricity supply from the national grid. The study recommends that the Nigerian government needs to consider the issue of power supply reliability very seriously by facilitating both private and public investment in electricity infrastructure
Yoga Posture Classification using Computer Vision

A lot of literatures have been published that claim yoga to be beneficial in improving the overall lifestyle and health especially in rehabilitation, mental health and more. Considering the fast-paced lives that individuals live, people usually prefer to exercise or work-out from the comfort of their homes and with that a need for an instructor arises. Hence why, we have developed a self-assisted system which can be used to detect and classify yoga asanas, which is discussed in-depth in this paper. Especially now when the pandemic has taken over the world, it is not feasible to attend physical classes or have an instructor over. Using the technology of Computer Vision, a computer-assisted system such as the one discussed, comes in very handy. The technologies such as ml5.js, PoseNet and Neural Networks are made use for the human pose estimation and classification. The proposed system uses the above-mentioned technologies to take in a real-time video input and analyze the pose of an individual, and classifies the poses into yoga asanas. It also displays the name of the yoga asana that is detected along with the confidence score
