A Feasible Solution for the Challenges Faced in Job Searching and the Recruitment Process
The competitive job market makes it difficult for people to find the best job opportunity that suits them well. A job seeker must apply for a considerably higher number of vacancies to at least be selected for an interview. There is no way for a job seeker to keep track of the application status, or to know the reason for rejections in the traditional application process. Not only job seekers but also recruiters face issues in the process as they receive many applications per day. There is a high chance for them to miss the most suitable candidates. This research paper aims to propose a web-based system to address the difficulties faced by both job seekers and job recruiters by analyzing the existing issues. The functionality of the proposed system will be based on four main components. Those components are considered user and inquiry management, vacancy management, application management, and assessments and interview management. User-friendliness and usability will be given priority in this proposed system

In other words, the availability of computers and advancements in information technology have made it possible for us to swiftly and effectively gather and communicate vast volumes of data on patient treatment. The pharmacy management system should be able to get prescriptions and non-prescription medications with the assistance of certified, trained pharmacists in order to provide patients with the medications they require.
Today, many of these types of pharmacy management systems are used to better manage pharmacy-related activities
Real-Time Sign Language Translator
Sign language is so widespread that people with hearing/speech impairments are familiar with it, and others are unfamiliar with it. As a result, there is a significant communication gap between people with speech and hearing impairments and the rest of the general population. A human sign language interpreter is a common solution for bridging this gap. However, because the number of sign language interpreters is small in comparison to the number of deaf and mute people in the world, some deaf and mute people cannot afford to use a human interpreter all of the time when communicating with others. This communication must be automated so that the deaf-mute community does not rely on human interpreters. This paper focuses on developing a system that can translate American Sign Language into words/sentences and vice versa in real-time, with some extra features that will help remove the communication barrier between ordinary and hearing/talking impaired people. The main function is to detect and identify sign language performed by the user. Initially, the system is trained to detect and identify signs using object detection and motion-tracking techniques. A convolutional neural network model was trained on a manually created ASL data set. The identified signs are then translated into English to form grammatically correct sentences. A text-to-text transformer built on an encoder-decoder architecture is used to detect grammatical errors and provide correct sentences. To further improve effectiveness, the system incorporates a feature to translate an image containing English text into American Sign Language. Furthermore, the system consists of a voice-to-sign language translator and a virtual sign keyboard. The methodology has been explained in further sections

In this fast-paced modern world, time is a major asset for most people, including web developers. When developing web applications, the language or framework being used should help the developer create applications fast and efficiently, but at the same time it should be simple enough for them to grasp it quickly.
This proposed framework takes into consideration the pros and cons of modern Single Page Application (SPA) development frameworks and tries to use some their approaches to achieve efficiency, and at the same time use its own ways to simplify other tasks that are complex in the aforementioned frameworks.
The main objective this framework will try to accomplish is simplify the state management process. However, this paper will focus on the change detection aspect of the framework. The method of change detection used in the framework is the virtual DOM. Reasons for moving forward with this approach will be discussed later in the paper
Analysis of Future Prospects of Perovskite-Based Solar Cells
A revolutionary all-solid-state, hybrid solar cell based on organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite (CH3NH3PbX3) materials has piqued the interest of scientists all around the world, and is regarded as one of the top ten scientific accomplishments of 2013. Due to the advantages of its high extinction coefficient, high charge mobility, long carrier lifespan, and long carrier diffusion distance, perovskite materials can be employed not only as a light-absorbing layer, but also as an electron/hole transport layer. Perovskite solar cells\u27 photoelectric power conversion efficiency has grown from 3.8 percent in 2009 to 22.1 percent in 2016, making them the greatest choice for a new generation of solar cells to replace existing silicon solar cells in the future. In this study, we outline the formation and process of perovskite solar cells, describe the distinct role of each layer, and concentrate on the enhancement of such layers\u27 function and its impact on cell performance. The perovskite light-absorbing layer\u27s synthesis methods and performance properties are then reviewed. Finally, the obstacles and potential for perovskite solar cell development are briefly discussed
Impact of Seasonal Changes on Water Characterstics at Palakkad in 2021-2022
Geometric increase in population coupled with rapid urbanization, industrialization and agricultural development has resulted in high impact on quality and quantity of water in India. Hence, the availability and the quality of the freshwater resources are the most pressing of the many environmental challenges in India (CPCB 2011). The quality of water is of vital concern for mankind, since it is directly linked with human welfare. Poor quality of water adversely affects the plant growth and human health (WHO 1984; Hem 1985). A number of studies on water quality have been carried out in different parts of India All these studies reveal that both rivers and groundwater in India are facing water quality issues.
The state of Kerala, located in the south-western corner of India, is blessed with 44 rivers and heavy rainfall of ~ 3000 mm/year. However, most of the water in the rivers is quickly drained into the Arabian Sea due to the steep seaward sloping of the state. Hence, in addition to rivers, the groundwater is also utilized to meet the water requirements of the state. The increase in population, development activities, urbanization, change in land-use pattern, etc. has created a concern among the people of Kerala regarding both the river water and groundwater quality of various river basins
Internet of Things (IoT) based Energy Tracking and Bill Estimation System
Electrical energy is an important form of energy in the present times. For better or worse electricity is indispensable to life as we know it. Although we may not yet be able to produce enough clean energy to power the world, we can reduce environmental damage by learning how to save electricity is becoming a priority for more and more people. The purpose of this project is to design a system which can track and estimate the bill using IOT from anywhere in world. The project design comprises of NodeMCU, four channel relay, OLED display and MIT app Inventor 2 as cloud Interface. Here NodeMCU fetches average consumption detail of loads from and logs estimated bill to the cloud-hosted database, monitors the duration for which each relay in a 4-channel relay module was switched-on, performs calculations, and transmits real-time results to an IoT cloud interface. 4-channel relay module executes switching instructions on loads sent over the internet via the control unit. This paper provides highlights on cloud-hosted database details, hardware design, IoT cloud interface application design, and working principle with mathematical modeling of the proposed system and tested results of this system are discussed, with the cloud-hosted database and IoT cloud interface

Rural development is gaining global attention, especially among developing nations. It has great importance for a country such as India. It refers to the development of rural economies, which are experiencing serious poverty issues, and aims to develop their productivity. In addition, the report stresses the importance of addressing different pressing issues of village economies that impede growth and improve these areas. The Indian government has launched several schemes to develop rural areas. Dogs Health Care Management System
Web based applications have become an important part of daily life as it improves inefficient resources management while saving time. With the advancement of technology, every business sector tries to introduce software systems with smart features Life has become too busy to schedule and keep up with pets\u27 necessary medical appointments and care. There are currently a smaller number of online applications for veterinary systems. So, this study designs an online system to fill up that research gap. In this project, a JavaScript based application is designed with features such as booking an appointment by checking a doctor\u27s availability and all those details are going to store in a database. This also records all the details of the dogs that come to the hospital for daily treatments. With the help of daily clinical data, veterinary health care owners can easily identify active clients and give offers easily. Moreover, newly introduced features are caused to increase the efficiency and maintenance of the system. However, this application addresses not only the pet lovers’ difficulties regarding the veterinary health, but it also addresses management side problems as well. This system is designed and implemented not only for the pets, but also considering orphan dogs. So, this system provides volunteer service as well
