Automate Employees Effiiency Gauging and Task Scheduling
There is a common fact in the world that all employees and employers are not satisfied with themselves. This is due to a lack of awareness about the work done by employees. But most of the time employees put their maximum effort into their work and didn’t get recognized by the employer. As a result, the challenge is identifying the efficiency of the employees and managing their respective schedules of tasks. This paper proposes an approach to help employers identify the employees’ efficiency in an urgent situation. Also, this approach can help to manage the work allocation by their efficiency to the respective tasks. This paper will discuss how it could be used in real-time scenarios autonomously. This paper presents a practical method for modeling and solving a dynamic resource allocation of automatic scheduling problem using a forward gauging heuristic approach in the case of an Organization employee’s Project and task respective scheduling

Location Tracking, Messaging, and Monitoring System for Lightweight Boats Using LoRa Technology ‘Safe Ride’
The facilitation of maritime communications has been a challenging endeavor from the beginning of history. Coverage for maritime communications is limited due to the limited availability of various communication solutions. They rely on intercontinental telecommunications satellites. Typically, ships have reliable communication options because of satellite technology. Since these systems are both costly and drain substantial amounts of power from the terminals, only lightweight boats do not utilize them. Lightweight boat sailors typically encounter numerous challenges due to a failure to effectively communicate. Therefore, individuals face numerous risks in unexpected situations. Although radio transmission technologies such as Wi-Fi, 4G, WiMAX, etc. have advanced rapidly in recent times, seaside communications remain challenging due to poor transmission conditions, coastal interference, and a lack of pre-installed machinery to facilitate long-range interconnection with the land. Fortunately, this problem has a highly efficient answer: the Low Power—Wide Area Network (LP-WAN). This approach is well-liked for Internet of Things (IoT) uses since it allows for extended transmissions of more than 15 km (10 miles) in empty space while only requiring a small amount of power. LoRa (Long Range) is a popular example of a low-power wide-area network. This study\u27s ultimate goal is to use LoRa mesh networking technology for the development of a network in a coastal environment. So, we might be able to keep good connections to land while reducing the number of accidents involving light boats
“The Taurus”: Cattle Breeds & Diseases Identification Mobile Application using Machine Learning
Dairy farming plays an important role in agriculture for thousands of years not only in Sri Lanka but also in so many other countries. When it comes to dairy farming cattle is an indispensable animal. According to the literature surveys almost 3.9 million cattle and calves die in a year due to different types of diseases. The causes of diseases are mainly bacteria, parasites, fungi, chemical poisons and etc. Infectious diseases can be a greatest threat to livestock health. The mortality rate of cattle causes a huge impact on social, economic and environmental damage. In order to decrease this negative impact, the proposal implements a cross-platform mobile application to easily analyze and identify the diseases which cattle suffer from and give them a solution and also to identify the cattle breeds. The mobile application is designed to identify the breeds by analyzing the images of the cattle and identify diseases after analyzing the videos and the images of affected areas. Then make a model to identify the weight and the age of a particular cow and suggest the best dose of the medicine to the identified disease. This will be a huge advantage to farmers as well as to dairy industry. The name of the proposed mobile application is “The Taurus” and this paper address the selected machine learning and image processing models and the approaches taken to identify the diseases, breeds and suggest the prevention methods and medicine to the identified disease
The Impact of Pastoral Nurture on Member Retention in Selected Fields within the Haitian Union of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church
This descriptive-correlational study sought to investigate the relationship between pastoral nurture initiatives and member retention to confirm, refute or extend pastoral nurture initiatives as effective constructs for retaining members in the church within the Northwest and South Haitian Mission of Seventh-day Adventists. Three self-reported questionnaires were used to collect data from one hundred and thirty-two (132) participants comprising the sampled population from 45 congregations in the Northwest and the South Haitian Missions. The data were coded and analysed using SPSS version 25.0 to compute mean, standard, Cronbach’s Alphas, factor analysis, Pearson Correlation, t-test and One-Way. It was found that there was no significant statistical association between membership retention and the nurturing initiative employed by the church (χ2 (df=1) = 0.015, P = 0.904). The reality is that the nurturing programmes are not enhancing membership retention, which points to a disconnect between church offerings and people’s expectations. The findings revealed that 82.4% of the Pastors indicated that the execution initiatives are resulting in low membership retention compared to 78.3% who opined otherwise. Furthermore, with the result showing that there is no statistical association between the execution initiatives and membership retention (χ2(df=1) = 0.102, P = 0.749), this suggests that the aforementioned initiatives are not catering to people’s deeper emotions of belonging and as such accounts for the ineffectiveness of the execution initiatives to retain members in the church. It was found that there was a revealed significant statistical relationship between the two variables (χ2 (df =4) = 28.103, P< 0.0001). It was recommended that Union and local fields should design and implement a Pastors’ training programme to address discipleship, friendly human relations, stewardship, leader and member motivation, conflict resolution, programme design and development and strategic planning to strengthen the structure of the church’s offerings and the faith of members for improved retention
