The current phase in the industrial revolution, “Industry 4.0” has transformed the concept of automation and robotic precision. With increased automation follows complex sets of machines. And complex set of machines bring in complex energy usage patterns. The current systems measure the power consumed in a unit time but, does not comment on the input obtained at the machine end. The proposed solution gives an idea about measuring the AC input power fed to the machine and progressively calculate the amount of power consumed and the power lost during the machine execution cycle. The numerical data does not always give the user can opt understanding about the parameters thus, real-time adjustable charts are used to justify the insights. Dynamic data processing is implemented to reduce the latency. The Embedded System consists of an 8-bit MCU attached with AC Voltage and AC Current Sensors, Wi-Fi transceiver, OLED display and has a backend supported with Python, MySQL, PHP and HTML-CSS

    Get PDF
The abstract of this research study outlines the objective of validating prediction systems for process understandability and software metrics. In this study, we focus on assessing the accuracy and reliability of prediction systems that aim to provide insights into complex processes and software-related metrics. The process of validation involves defining clear objectives, gathering relevant data, preprocessing the data, performing feature engineering, selecting appropriate prediction models, and training and validating these models using cross-validation techniques. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of interpretability and explainability in the prediction process, which enables us to gain meaningful insights into the underlying processes. Furthermore, a comparative analysis is conducted to compare the predictions generated by the system with ground truth or expert judgments, thereby ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the predictions. The study adopts an iterative refinement approach to enhance the performance, interpretability, and usability of the prediction system based on feedback and validation results. By following this comprehensive validation process, we aim to establish reliable prediction systems that provide meaningful understandability of processes and software metrics. Software metrics play a crucial role in assessing the quality, maintainability, and performance of software systems. However, understanding these metrics and their implications can be challenging, especially for non-technical stakeholders. This research study focuses on the understandability of software metrics and proposes a validation framework to assess the effectiveness of prediction systems in providing understandable insights

    Get PDF
During last few years many scams have come out in our country that leads to adverse impact on the interest of stakeholders who invest their hard-earned money in the companies. The faith of the investors reduces and they may switch over to some protected or closely control investment avenue or they may not invest at all due to unethical practices. This may lead to adverse impact on economic growth of the country. To avoid this consequences, Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) is implemented as one of the measure of investors’ protection.  The aim of Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) is to advise and alert investors to be more cautious while dealing in shortlisted securities. The main objective of the study is to analyse an Impact of Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) on Financial Performance of Selected Indian Listed Pharmaceutical Companies. The researcher has analysed collected data of selected companies to understand the impact of Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) on Financial Performance of Selected Indian Listed Pharmaceutical Companies

Human Robot Interaction in the Application of EEG Controlling Robots

In order to control a robot precisely, this essay highlights the growing need for better communication tools between humans and machines. The best method of communication between them is a brain-computer interface (BCI), particularly for the treatment of persons with disabilities and the completion of complex activities like surgery, rehabilitation, and procedures, among other things. The purpose of the survey was to measure public perceptions of and awareness of human-robot interaction (HRI) in the context of brain-computer interfacing (BCI)

As the world progresses towards digitalized platforms for ease of access, social media is getting more popular amidst the younger generations, causing marketers to quickly adapt to the social networking space to be able to interact with customers. India is one of the world’s fastest growing economies, with startups contributing approximately 4-5% to the nation’s gdp. The metropolitan city of bangalore serves as a hub for many up-and-coming startups and small businesses. Networking is crucial for small businesses, as word-of-mouth referrals can boost sales. Social media marketing is a cost-effective way to reach a broader audience and engage with customers. Additionally, traditional advertising channels such as billboards, flyers, and newspaper ads can still be effective in certain regions. In order to stand out in a saturated market such as ours, it is essential to strategize and create a marketing campaign that taps into the resources offered by interactive social media platforms the likes of instagram, facebook and many others. Through social media, big business can do better and small business can become better known without putting much investment on advertising. This study aims to provide insight into the seemingly vast marketing tool often underestimated by many – instagram’s algorithm

Healthcare management in India faces numerous challenges due to the country\u27s size, population, and socio-economic diversity. The issues include inadequate funding, insufficient infrastructure, scarcity of healthcare professionals, and high out-of-pocket expenses, among others. These challenges have a significant impact on healthcare accessibility, quality, and affordability. Despite the challenges, healthcare management in India presents several prospects. For instance, the government is increasing healthcare spending, introducing new policies, and promoting public-private partnerships to address the challenges. Additionally, there is growing interest in telemedicine, digital health, and medical tourism, which can enhance healthcare accessibility and affordability. Healthcare management in India faces significant challenges, but with strategic planning and investment, there are opportunities for improving healthcare accessibility, quality, and affordability. The Purpose of this paper is to explore the Evolution of Healthcare, Growth of the Healthcare Sector, Contribution of Ayurveda, Charaka Samhita and Yoga to Healthcare, Drivers of Healthcare Sector, Challenges to Healthcare Sector and Prospect of Industry 4.0 and Healthcare Sector

A Review on Intrusion Detection in Cloud Computing

    Get PDF
Rapid growth of resources and escalating cost of infrastructure is leading organizations to adopt cloud computing. Cloud computing provides high performance, efficient utilization, and on-demand availability of resources. We propose an intrusion detection system which is based on the cloud computing to reduce the risk of intrusion on the cloud networks and cover up the deficiency of already in use intrusion detection systems. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in Cloud Computing is a security solution designed to detect and prevent unauthorized access and malicious activity in cloud computing environments. Cloud computing refers to the use of remote servers hosted on the internet to store, manage, and process data instead of using local servers or personal computers .Our design is based on cloud computing Software-as-a service (SaaS) model for detection and prevention of intrusion cloud-based users. Additionally, the study will also address virtual machine introspection (VMI) and hypervisor introspection (HVI) strategies. The current study is organized on the basis of three distinct: cloud security concerns, the importance of feature selection, and the analysis of existing IDS techniques. Finally, this work presents a review of existing security issues/challenges and research gaps for future research. Then, a combined survey of IDS on the basis of signature and anomaly detection approaches is given in another tabular form so as to get a clear analysis about attacks to be detected, advantages and challenges to be faced by existing methods

A Review Article on Authentication Protocols in Cloud Computing

    Get PDF
Cloud computing  technology   provides on demand computing resources like software, hardware and storage in pay-per-use model. Cloud computing is very beneficial for today’s organizations, as there is no need to maintain physical infrastructure. These services and resources can be accessed from anywhere anytime over the internet. It is cost effective as users only need to pay for resources they use. Many individuals and organizations have shifted themselves over cloud environment as it is cheaper and convenient. As huge amount of sensitive data is being stored and processing in cloud computing environment so there is major concern of security. Lack of security may cause several issues. It may result in loss of organisation’s data and may even leak confidential data of user and organisation to unwanted access. To implement security in cloud computing various authentication and encryption protocol exists. This aim of this paper is to review various authentication protocols given by various researchers all over the world
