A Review Article on Upgrading Shortest Path Problems
The shortest path algorithm determines the shortest distance between the source and the destination. To solve the shortest path problem, we use a graph. Graph isa abstract notation used to represent the connection between pairs of object.A graph has vertices and edges.Vertex is a node of graph.A graph edge connects one or more graph vertex. Both directed and undirected graphs exist. The formal definition of a graph is a pair of sets, V and E, where V is the set of vertices and E is the set of edges that link the pairs of vertices. Edges in undirected graphs are those without a direction. Each edge can be crossed in both directions, which indicates a two-way link. Edges in directed graphs have a direction. Since each edge can only be crossed once, the edges signify a one-way relationship.Wight, which is used to determine the shortest path from, is contained in edges.from a source to a destination.Think about several maps of airline routes. A direct flight from the airport represented by vertex A to the airport represented by vertex B creates an edge between the two.B\u27s airport is represented. Different shortest path algorithms exist to address the shortest path issue. They are the Genetic Algorithm, Dijkstra\u27s, Floyd-Warshall, Bellman Ford, and algorithms

Analysing Competencies of Health Care Workers of Private Multispecialty Hospital toward Responsibility of Job the Training Need Analysis Approach
The healthcare and hospital industry in India has grown rapidly. People are conscious about their health and well-being. Multi-specialty and super-specialty hospitals have been established in many urban and semi-urban areas of our country. Several and super hospitals offer quality medical and technological services. There is no doubt that these hospitals have highly qualified doctors, but the support staff has been neglected. Nursing plays a key role in this hospital industry. The need for training, which is the skills of the employee and the required training skills, has never been evaluated for nursing staff. A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a job needs analysis that aims to identify which training needs are truly a priority. Roles and responsibilities must be considered when assessing these training needs. Communicating these needs helps the organization use resources effectively and efficiently. It also helps to avoid unnecessary exercise. Analysis of training needs can also mean a systematic and comprehensive study of various problems to accurately identify the dimensions of any organizational problem. Therefore, the organization will determine whether the problem will be solved through a training program or in some other way. Organizational problems refer to a lack of skills or knowledge when normal results cannot be achieved; the above explanation explains the difference between real and situational performance
Finite Element Analysis of Material Handling System Components
In any industry, a transport system is always required. Lifting and moving heavy goods over great distances has traditionally been done by workers. Rainfall-Runoff Modelling using Artificial Neural Network: A Case Study of Banas River Catchment
In the last two decades, Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) have become one of the most promising tools for modelling complex hydrological processes such as the Rainfall-Runoff interaction. The Artificial Neural Network could be used in cases where the availability of required data is limited. The Rainfall-Runoff model developed in this study was applied to the Banas River catchment of Gujarat, India. The hydrologic data were available for twelve years at CWC, Gandhinagar (such as Meteorological, weather, etc.). The Rainfall-Runoff model was developed by using an ANN technique (Feed-Forward Backpropagation algorithm) and a Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) method. The performance of both models was assessed by correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), and Mean Square Error (MSE). As the ANN gives only a black-box image, the sensitivity analysis was done to find the relative importance of input parameters. For the ANN models, the evaluation shows correlation coefficient (R) was obtained as 0.9318 whereas an MLR model, the correlation coefficient (R) was obtained as 0.8831. The RMSE values for the ANN and MLR models were 0.023535 and 0.15073 respectively. The results and analysis indicate that the ANN model provides better outcomes for datasets scaled between zero and one based on this study. In the comparison of both ANN and MLR models, the Artificial Neural Network technique was more suitable than the Multiple Linear Regression method. Hence the present study suggests that ANN models are an essential tool for predicting the hydrological responses in the Banas River Catchment
