    黃昆輝教授是我國現代教育行政學之父,留美返國,擔任臺師大教育學系主任兼所長,提出教育行政動態歷程說,彌補傳統教育行政靜態結構說的不足,對我國教育行政學術現代化發展,貢獻很大。 黃昆輝教授在國內教育行政領域之教學、研究和服務之貢獻少有人可出其右。因傳承田培林院長、賈馥茗所長之教育愛,教導學生眾多且成才者不少:或教育部長、次長、司長、局長、處長;或大學校長、院長、系所主任、教授;或中小學校長、主任、老師;可謂作育英才,春風化雨,桃李滿門,澤被杏壇。 渠出任臺北市教育局長,創辦教學參觀日、學生課後輔導,辦理音樂季、體育季等藝文活動,成立臺北市教師研習中心;出任臺灣省教育廳長,舉辦「師鐸獎」表揚優秀教師;促成「教師考績公教分途」,不受二分之一強制考核二等之限制,找回教師尊嚴;推動高中職入學考試入闈聯合命題,為偏鄉教師創辦巡迴教學班,創立中等學校教師研習會,設立孝行獎。 黃昆輝教授在出任行政院陸委會主委時,推動「兩岸人民關係條例」立法,促成「辜汪會談」。擔任內政部長兼中選會主委時,完成立法「總統副總統選舉罷免法」,落實「總統人民直選」之民主政治理念。 近年來,成立財團法人黃昆輝教授教育基金會,每年舉辦教育問題民調、教育學術論壇、頒發清寒學生獎助學金、表揚大愛教育獎優良教師、辦理教育叢書出版,確為當代終身教育成就的典範。補正完

    Known for classic poetry and children's literature, the writing games in Les Animaux de tout le monde of Jacques Roubaud are also very instructive for beginners of French. With tender humor in language games and imaginary fantasy, the author, poet and mathematician, develops amusing thoughts in the poems of this collection and brings a dynamic breath. These poems for children are useful for introducing them to reading comprehension and addressing the subject of translation. Roubaud suggests clearly an imaginary exercise of oral poetry for young people in this collection written for them. The use of animal roles in the literary tradition is omnipresent in fables and moral lessons. This seemingly childlike collection hides the attitude and the multiple resources of his creation. With the sixty sonnet poems, the author invents bestiary stories and transforms his writing into a field game, he also introduces daily good humor from the inspiration of everyday life.     Content-adaptive reversible data hiding with multi-stage prediction schemes

    With the proliferation of image-capturing and display-enabled IoT devices, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of visual data has become increasingly critical, especially in light of emerging cybersecurity threats and powerful generative AI tools. One of the major challenges in such sensor-based systems is the ability to protect privacy while maintaining data usability. Reversible data hiding has attracted growing attention due to its reversibility and ease of implementation, making it a viable solution for secure image communication in IoT environments. In this paper, we propose reversible data hiding techniques tailored to the content characteristics of images. Our approach leverages subsampling and quadtree partitioning, combined with multi-stage prediction schemes, to generate a predicted image aligned with the original. Secret information is embedded by analyzing the difference histogram between the original and predicted images, and enhanced through multi-round rotation techniques and a multi-level embedding strategy to boost capacity. By employing both subsampling and quadtree decomposition, the embedding strategy dynamically adapts to the inherent characteristics of the input image. Furthermore, we investigate the trade-off between embedding capacity and marked image quality. Experimental results demonstrate improved embedding performance, high visual fidelity, and low implementation complexity, highlighting the method’s suitability for resource-constrained IoT applications.補正完畢TW

    愛情關係中對方衝突管理方式與自身關係滿意度之關連

    研究目的:在華人集體主義與社會取向的文化下,對方的行為舉止對個人常造成很大的影響。本研究的目的即欲探究在愛情關係中對方的衝突管理方式與個人自身關係滿意度之間的關連,希冀能藉此反映華人文化的特色。研究方法:研究對象為北部地區公私立大學中目前有交往對象的大學生,有效問卷為275份。研究結果:研究發現對方衝突管理方式中的「整合」、「謙讓」與自身的「關係滿意度」之間有顯著的正相關;而對方衝突管理方式中的「支配」則與「關係滿意度」有顯著負相關。結構方程模式結果顯示在女性樣本方面,「整合」、「支配」與「逃避」會透過對對方衝突管理的滿意度,影響到自身的關係滿意度;在男性樣本方面,則是只有「整合」的衝突管理方式會透過對對方衝突管理的滿意度,進而影響到自身的關係滿意度。研究結論:從研究結果可得知對方衝突管理方式對個人自身關係滿意度的重要性。此亦與深蘊在華人社會中的集體主亦與社會取向的文化脈絡息息相關。而有關男女性所偏好的與採取的衝突管理方式不同之處將從性別權力不平等的角度做更進一步的討論。補正完畢TW

    MPC-Based Walking Stability Control for Bipedal Robots on Uneven Terrain

    This paper proposes an algorithm capable of regenerating gait patterns online. The algorithm is designed using the Model Predictive Control (MPC) framework, with the Linear Inverted Pendulum Model as the basis of the predictive model. For bipedal robot walking, it divides ZMP (Zero Moment Point) constraints into single-leg support, double-leg support, and start-end phases, reformulating them into a complete quadratic programming problem. This approach allows for adjustments to both the foot placement and the timing of steps to maintain dynamic stability during walking. To address the limited contact force sensing capability between the robot and the ground in the gait generator, pressure sensors on both feet of the robot are used to monitor pressure distribution, adjusting the allocation of pressure between the feet accordingly. Finally, simulation and experimental results demonstrate the performance of the proposed method. The controller maintains dynamic stability for the bipedal robot when walking on either soft artificial grass or hard wooden boards.補正完畢US

    Discrete-Time Delta-Sigma Modulator with Successively Approximating Register ADC Assisted Analog Feedback Technique

    This paper proposes a delta-sigma modulator (DSM) for audio band applications with low-area cost and high-resolution performance characteristics. The proposed circuit is implemented by discrete-time switched capacitor circuits. It employs an assisted 6-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) as the quantizer. Most importantly, it combines and shares the resistive digital-to-analog (DAC) in DSM and SAR ADC. Therefore, it can achieve high-efficiency advantages and reduce the chip layout cost. After all, the chip area is only 0.096 mm2 by the 0.18 um 1P6M CMOS process. It achieves 96 dB dynamic range (DR), 83.1 dB signal to noise and distortion ratio (SNDR), and 93.4 dB signal to noise ratio (SNR) with 25 kHz signal bandwidth and oversampling ratio (OSR) of 64.補正完畢US
