    Experiencing the Future: Investigating Students' Future Consciousness Through Diverse Learning Methods

    未來學教育的核心目的主要是在於培養學習者具有遠見(foresight)的能力。其基本假設主張:每一個人都應該是未來學家,以因應全球社會不斷加劇的非連續性變動,以及來自創新科技所帶動的多樣性社會經濟革命。本研究聚焦於數位原民(digital native)與數位移民(digital immigrant)的世代差距,試圖理解在快速的社會革新中,教師該如何協以整合途徑來體驗學習,使學習者真正改變與創造未來。本研究以通識核心課程未來學門「社會未來」課程之修課學生為研究參與對象,探討在教學實踐中運用整合方法之未來學工作坊的12個活動,如何增進學習者的學習動機,並豐富其學習成果。研究結果顯示,在培養學生前瞻性思維和適應能力方面,透過創新教學設計,能有效提升學生的學習興趣和成效,尤其對「無動力世代」具有顯著的正向影響。此外,強調未來取向的知識目標,並運用體驗學習來培養學習者的未來意識,可以促進其參與和塑造未來的能力。補正完畢TW

    Can Like-Mindedness Sustain Order? Legal Diplomacy and Strategic Alignment in EU Foreign Policy

    As multilateralism erodes and global governance becomes increasingly fragmented, the European Union (EU) has embraced like-mindedness as a guiding principle in its external legal and diplomatic engagement. While widely invoked in EU discourse, the concept lacks analytical precision. This article develops a realist-constructivist framework to conceptualize like-mindedness as both a normative identity marker and a strategic filter for cooperation. Focusing on sectoral agreements with advanced middle powers – such as digital partnerships, climate compacts, and collaboration on critical raw materials (CRMs) – the article demonstrates how the EU operationalizes like-mindedness through modular legal frameworks that balance values with interests. These flexible arrangements promote regulatory alignment, supply chain security, and geopolitical resilience without requiring full multilateral consensus. Case studies from East Asia, South America, and the Indo-Pacific illustrate how legal diplomacy enables differentiated integration with strategic partners amid normative divergence and institutional ambiguity. The article argues that, when grounded in defined principles and linked to strategic objectives, likemindedness can sustain the EU’s external action and legal influence in a multipolar world.補正完畢NL

    Rewriting the Past: CCP’s Recent Efforts to Reshape Cross-Strait Historical Narratives

    本文以「事件—語言—權力」三層架構,分析中國共產黨如何將歷史從「過去發生的事」轉化為「治理資源與權力工具」,並指出這一策略如何影響兩岸關係及台灣認同建構。主要觀點如下: 1. 歷史的政治化及其目標 中共透過紀念活動、教材改革、媒體與外交宣傳等手段,將特定歷史事件重新敘述,使歷史成為塑造民族認同與政治影響力的工具。其目的在於重申敘事詮釋權、重塑情感認同、制度化再生產,強化以「民族共同體」為核心的歷史觀。 2. 事件層:再編歷史敘事 以南京大屠殺、新設展區與影片重新框構為例,將抗戰記憶置入情感共同體語境;在辛亥革命紀念中將「共和革命」敘述納入「民族復興」脈絡;高校教材中推廣「共同抗戰」等概念,淡化歷史政治差異。 3. 語言層:歷史再命名與語義工程 中共以語詞(如「血脈同源」「命運共同體」)作為鏈結情感與認同的載體,並藉由教育、媒體短影音平台等途徑將這些價值陳述普及化,使語言本身成為情感、心理框架的一部分。 4. 權力層:制度化與心理戰 中國建立跨部門「歷史記憶工作專班」,結合教育、宣傳與考核機制將敘事政治制度化;同時將「歷史敘事」納入意識形態安全與心理戰架構。 5. 臺灣的挑戰與策略建議 文章指出台灣存在內部史觀分裂與對應策略不足,建議包括: (1)建立國家級「記憶安全機制」; (2)推動「亞洲民主記憶聯盟」; (3)加強歷史識讀與媒體素養教育; (4)以多元、公民史觀重塑對外敘事並提升國際能見度。補正完畢TW

    The Eighteenth-Century Women's Economy and Property: Maternal Inheritance in Sarah Scott's Millenium Hall

    Women in 18th-century England had limited economic means and property that could not be passed down. The laws and social customs of the time generally considered women to be relying on a male relative, father, brother or husband. This dependence put women at a considerable economic disadvantage, especially when it came to inheriting property. Mary Wollstonecraft once discussed the education and economic status of women at that time, believing that one of the plights of women was that family-focused female education prevented women from successfully obtaining financial resources outside the family. Regarding this issue, Sarah Scott, an English female novelist from the mid-eighteenth century, also elaborated on women's economic issues in her novels. Scott is a writer concerned with economics, including that of women and the notion of inheritance, whose utopian novel, the famous Millenium Hall (1762), also particularly addresses these issues. The novel is about a female community's management and economic problems. Millenium Hall tells of an idealistic community founded by six women who pool their resources and successfully establish a self-sustaining commune. This article interprets the community's structure under "Symbolic Order of the Maternal" of Luce Irigaray, which shows how women create an independent symbolic reality based on mutual aid and shared economic structures, thereby subverting male-dominated discourse. Moreover, the community's collective property management and democratic decision-making embody Nancy Fraser's "Redistributive Justice," addressing both material inequality and cultural recognition by fostering inclusivity and dignity for all members. The novel thematically probes diverse economic avenues for women, such as inheritance, marriage, personal skills, and vital community mutual aid. The novel also develops the crucial concept of "maternal inheritance," which extends beyond economic transfer to encompass the transmission of virtues and exceptional abilities, thereby reinterpreting women's historical narratives.     A Circular Economy Model of Sustainable Growth.

    A circular economy is in essence a closed system in which all goods produced have become inputs to sustain the system in the long run. By taking some of the key principles of a circular economy such as reducing waste and pollution, increasing recycling, and improving the natural environment into consideration, this paper provides a general equilibrium analysis of a circular economy model (CEM) in which the recycling of output waste is endogenously determined. When a unique steady-state balanced-growth path exists in a circular economy, consumption, the waste stock, and the pollution stock all grow at the same rate. Theoretically, this paper also shows that the government can implement a negative income tax and a positive pollution tax to optimally allocate all resources in a market economy and sustain long-term economic growth.補正完畢DE

    Case Study on the Diffusion of Digital Dental Technology Innovation –Double Diamond Model Perspective

    This research employs a case study of a professional dental medical equipment company in Taiwan, cites the theoretical basis of innovation diffusion, and uses the design-thinking double-diamond model to review the company's history of promoting digital IOSs in the market from ground zero. Integrating the theoretical foundations of medical institution procurement and innovation diffusion, this study finds that different target customers have very different perceptions and acceptance of new technologies. The knowledge and attitude of medical personnel are the primary factor affecting new technology procurement, only then will decision-making factors such as financial, functional, and service aspects be further considered.補正完畢US

    A Study on the Integration of Marine Education Into Water Sports to Enhance the Marine Citizenship Among University Students

    本研究旨在探討水域活動與海洋教育對大學生海洋公民精神的影響。海洋公民精神涵蓋個人對海洋環境保護的責任、義務及對海洋議題的關注。研究以淡水河獨木舟課程為核心,結合海洋教育議題,設計八週課程,對象為北部某私立大學50名學生,分為實驗組與對照組,進行前後測問卷調查,並採用共變數分析(analysis of covariance, ANCOVA)分析海洋公民精神量表中五項構面:海洋認知、海洋態度、地方依附、地方認同與行為改變。結果顯示,參與獨木舟課程的學生在海洋認知、地方認同與行為改變方面有顯著提升,但在海洋態度與地方依附上無顯著變化。另方面,將海洋教育融入課程雖對海洋態度、地方依附與行為改變有部分提升,卻未在海洋認知與地方認同上產生明顯差異。整體而言,水域活動與海洋教育對提升學生的海洋公民精神具正面效果。建議未來將此類課程納入正式教育體系,並擴大研究樣本與活動場域,以提供更多實證資料,深化海洋教育推廣與發展。補正完畢TW

    本研究旨在探討公司治理評鑑系統是否存在示警性的監督功能,實證結果發現,公司治理評鑑系統對進行應計項目盈餘管理及透過異常營業活動現金流量進行實質盈餘管理之企業具示警功能。本文也發現,由產業專家所查核之公司,評鑑系統的示警效果更為明顯,且評鑑系統對於不同企業生命週期之公司,其監督功能亦有所差異。由於應計項目盈餘管理具迴轉之特性,在審計產業專家查核下,對於營運風險較高之公司,評鑑系統對其調整前期盈餘,以使當期盈餘能符合盈餘目標之管理行為具示警功能;而對於營運穩定性較高之公司,評鑑系統對其將當期盈餘調整向下之應計項目盈餘管理也具示警功能。其他分析也發現,公司治理評鑑系統存在抑制公司次期異常營業活動現金流量使用程度之修正效果,顯見評鑑系統對於不同營運穩定度之公司具有評鑑等級差異之資訊價值。補正完畢TW

    Associations of physical fitness with sustained overt attention and academic performance in children with learning disabilities

    Physical fitness has consistently been linked to cognitive and academic performance, with sustained attention recognized as a key predictor of academic success (Huang et al., 2020). However, few studies have explored whether sustained attention moderate the relationship between physical fitness and academic performance in children with learning disabilities (LDs), and existing findings remain inconclusive due to certain limitations. This study investigated the moderating role of sustained attention in the association between physical fitness and academic performance among children with LDs while also addressing the related limitations. This study enrolled 71 elementary school children with learning disabilities (33 girls, mean age = 11.03 years ± 0.82), who participated in the assessment of physical fitness. Additionally, sustained attention was measured using the DAUF Sustained Attention Test from the Vienna Testing System, while Academic performance was assessed using Chinese language and mathematics tests" as recommended. Bivariate analyses showed that academic performance was, as a dependent variable, significantly and positively related to physical fitness (r = .22 & .24, p < .05) and significantly negatively related to DAUF sustained attention (r = - .51 & - .43, p < .01) in children with LDs. Additionally, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that sustained attention moderated the association between physical fitness, Chinese language (β = -4.03, p < .05), and mathematics (β = -5.00, p < .01) after controlling for selected socio-demographic characteristics. These findings have major implications for child development, emphasizing the key role of physical fitness in the beneficial effects of sustained attention on academic achievement.補正完畢US

    Application of the Information Adoption Model and Technology Acceptance Model in Electronic Word-of-Mouth

    Electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) plays a critical role in shaping consumer purchase intentions and behavior in the realm of electronic commerce. This study analyzes data from 38 research papers using structural equation modeling (SEM) and partial least squares SEM (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that the perceived usefulness and credibility of eWOM significantly impact behavioral intentions. Furthermore, the study underscores the varying effects of different e-commerce platforms and social networking sites on adoption intention. A meta-analysis was also conducted to synthesize these findings, highlighting eleven key variables—Quality, Credibility, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, Reputation, eWOM, Attitude, Intention, Satisfaction, and Adoption—and correlations among 916 data points that are crucial for practitioners. These variables encompass eWOM volume, eWOM valence, source credibility, information quality, user expertise, product type, platform type, user engagement, trust, perceived risk, and social influence. By understanding and strategically leveraging these factors, businesses can more effectively enhance consumer purchase intentions and behaviors through eWOM.補正完畢TW
