No full textEl cuerpo humano puede ser considerado como un fruto de la evolución y todas sus funciones necesitan del sostén de sí mismo. Las diferentes manifestaciones de las emociones conllevan algu-nos comportamientos y procesos mentales indi-viduales, que no pueden ser estudiados indepen-dientemente de los llamados procesos históricos o socioculturales. Es decir, que las emociones son una forma de relación con el mundo, por lo que implican evaluaciones y opiniones acerca de la experiencia y el entorno en donde se encuentra la persona. Hoy en día se ha vuelto casi imposi-ble realizar el estudio de los procesos cognitivos privándose del estudio de las emociones y vice-versa. Tampoco se hace posible la comprensión de las emociones y la cognición sin considerar el entorno cultural, social e histórico en el que am-bas surgen.The human body can be considered because of the evolution, that’s why, all its func-tions need to be support in oneself. All the different manifestations of the emotions carry on some behaviors and individual mental processes, which cannot be studied in an independent way of what it’s called the historical and socio-cultural processes. Get PDFLa investigación tuvo como propósito analizar la diplomacia virtual, desde el enfoque de la interrelación sin fronteras y su eficacia jurídica en Venezuela, enmarcado en la idea de que las relaciones gubernamentales entre los diferentes países que componen la comunidad internacional, puede darse con eficiencia y eficacia utilizando las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC ́s), obviando la presencia física del o los diplomáticos en un lugar geográficamente determinado, para tratar algún asunto de interés internacional. El enrutamiento metodológico estuvo enmarcado bajo el enfoque cualitativo (Martínez Miguélez, 2013, p.66), basado en la tradición hermenéutica (Paul Ricouer en Martínez Mujica, 2014, p.26) utilizando como técnica de recolección de la data el análisis de contenido (Rojas, 2014, p.138). Entre los hallazgos más representativos, se devela que las actuaciones diplomáticas trascienden e impactan en los esquemas políticos, económicos y sociales, cuya presencia física se relega de forma temporal para participar, interactuar e incluso hacerse sentir de algún modo en las relaciones internacionales entre los Estados. Asimismo, la sociedad, con la incorporación al mundo delas redes sociales, los individuos han logrado unir esfuerzos para protestar y reivindicar derechos. De igual forma, la ciudadanía interviene en el plano internacional dentro de una sociedad en red. A su vez, el mundo se enfrenta a un nuevo paradigma de la diplomacia, se sale de las gestiones Estado-Estado, para dar paso a una actual diplomacia, la llamada, diplomacia pública en red.The purpose of the research was to analyze virtual diplomacy, from the approach of borderless interrelationship and its legal effectiveness in Venezuela, framed in the idea that government relations between the different countries that make up the international community can be efficiently and effectively Using the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), obviating the presence of the diplomats. The methodological routing was framed under the qualitative approach (MartínezMiguélez, 2013, p.66), based on the hermeneutic tradition (Paul Ricouer in MartínezMujica, 2014, p.26) using as data collection technique content analysis (Rojas, 2014, p.138). Amongthemostrepresentativefindings, it is revealed that diplomatic actions transcend and impact on political, economic and social schemes, whose physical presence is temporarily relegated to participate, interact and even be felt in some way in international relations between states. Also, society with the incorporation into the world of social networks, individuals have managed to join efforts to protest and claim rights. Similarly, citizenship intervenes at the international level within a networked society. In turn, the world faces a new paradigm of diplomacy;it leaves the state-state efforts, to give way to a current diplomacy, the so-called, public diplomacy network
De la prohibición al goce en la familia actual
Get PDFEsta investigación, muestra algunas maneras en que se expresa el paso de la prohibición transmiti-da del lado de las familias en la actualidad, y una voluntad de goce1 en los hijos. Actualidad mar-cada por un declive de la función paterna cuyas consecuencias se aprecian en la desvaloración de dicha función, en el consecuente aumento del do-mino caprichoso de las madres y en que los hijos quedan a merced de un empuje pulsional que se enlaza al ofrecimiento de objetos que dan alguna satisfacción parcial, hecha por el capitalismo. Para alcanzar el objetivo, se empleó el método analíti-co que privilegió la enunciación2, y las modaliza-ciones de estos, para tocar algo de lo inconsciente de los sujetos. El referente que orientó la investi-gación fue la teoría psicoanalítica de Freud, Lacan y Miller y el principal hallazgo acerca del paso de la prohibición al goce lo constituye la interjección exclamativa ¡ya!, que denota el instante límite en el cual ya no hay una regulación sim-bólica, para dar paso a actos que remiten a un goce sin sentido, a lo desanudado y que está por fuera de la ley.This research shows some ways in which the passage of the prohibition transmitted from the side of the families is currently expressed, and a desire of enjoyment [1] in the children. Today is marked by a decline in parental functions, which consequences are seen in the devaluation of this function, in the consequent increase of the capricious dominance of mothers and in which the children are at the mercy of a drive thrust that is linked to the offering of objects that give some partial satisfaction, made by capita-lism. To reach the objective, we used the analytical method that privileged the enun-ciation [2], and the modalizations thereof, to touch something of the unconscious of the subjects. The reference that guided the investigation was the psychoanalytic theory of Freud, Lacan and Miller and the main finding about the passage from prohibition to enjoyment is constituted by the exclamation already! which denotes the limit moment in which there is no longer a symbolic regulation, to give way to acts that refer to a meaningless enjoyment, to the unwanted and that which is outside the law
