To prepare the younger generation for life in this society, we need an education system that will be based on a cloud infrastructure and the use of its electronic educational resources. Every year more and more Ukrainian children use the Internet in everyday life. Any manufactured electronics today and planned for release tomorrow (desktops, laptops and netbooks, tablets and smartphones) certainly have a key function required for work in the World Wide Web - a browser. The use of cloud technologies, aimed at supporting open education, creates the conditions for organizing remote and mobile access not only to teaching materials, but also to learning tools placed on the Internet

No full textIn the development and implementation of software tools and networking technologies in secondary schools, the most acute issues are the availability of modern computers and programs, technical support for the performance of information products, providing selective access for students to specific network resources. Traditional methods require, as a rule, the purchase of modern equipment, the introduction of valuable software products and the need to keep a system programmer to support and periodically update them, which sharply narrows the range of educational institutions that can benefit from such activities. In contrast, the methodology proposed by the authors, based on cloud computing technology, overcomes these difficulties while introducing students to the most promising areas of modern information product development

For the average subscriber, a "good" Internet service provider differs from a "bad" one in quality technical support and fast solution to arising problems. According to statistics 8 out of 10 customers periodically call technical support of their Internet-provider.There are many factors that negatively affect the work of the service, here are some of them: the lack of qualified specialists, quickly and qualitatively help customers; decrease of technical support service productivity, as arising problems require full analysis of a complex set of conditions, and an ordinary specialist is almost unable to analyze (in the allotted time) these conditions; a significant discrepancy between the decisions made by the best and worst workers. All this leads to a decrease in the quality and speed of the relevant service
