Pengembangan Sari Nanas Tinggi Aktivitas Antioksidan Menggunakan Pendekatan Half Factorial Design
Nanas (Ananas comosus L.) subang memiliki potensi untuk dibuat menjadi pangan fungsional sari nanas yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan. Untuk menghasilkan produk yang tahan lama dan memiliki aktivitas antioksidan, maka sari nanas dibuat dengan melewati empat faktor perlakuan yaitu pemilihan bahan, penambahan gula, blansing, dan pemasakan dengan masing–masing terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu positif dan negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh empat faktor perlakuan tersebut terhadap aktivitas antioksidan dari sari nanas. Pembuatan sari nanas didesain melalui pendekatan half design experiment. Uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode peredaman radikal bebas 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh sampel yang disimpan pada suhu kamar mengalami fermentasi kurang dari 7 hari pengujian, sedangkan seluruh sampel yang disimpan pada suhu dingin lebih tahan lama sehingga dilanjutkan pada pengujian selanjutnya. Diagram pareto menunjukkan pemilihan bahan, konsentrasi gula, dan durasi waktu blansing secara nyata memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan aktivitas antioksidan dari sari nanas. Namun demikian, durasi waktu pemasakan masih perlu dianalisis lebih lanjut
STUDI KOMPARASI KESIAPAN PEMBELAJARAN AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN DI UNIVERSITAS SURABAYA DAN STIE PERBANAS SURABAYA DALAM RANGKA ADOPSI IFRS: PERSPEKTIF AKADEMISI
The focus of this study is how learning process about IFRS in accounting curriculum Universitas Surabaya and STIE Perbanas Surabaya using qualitative research paradigm. Interviews, observations, and documentary analysis were used during data collection processes. The result of this study is the curriculum of accounting educationof Universitas Surabaya and STIE Perbanas Surabaya have been updated with IFRS. The accounting lecturers of these universities never facing any significant difficulty in adjusting the accounting education curriculum because so many training, seminar, or socialization about IFRS have been participated. Learning methods and support from institutions become evaluation in the current process of accounting education. The learning methods for accounting students of Universitas Surabaya and STIE Perbanas Surabaya have no significant difference although they use different approaches. In term of the support of institutions, Universitas Surabaya is better than STIE Perbanas Surabaya
PENGARUH PENERAPAN AUDIT E-COMMERCE TERHADAP KINERJA AUDITOR : STUDI EMPIRIS PADA KANTOR AKUNTAN PUBLIK DI SURABAYA, INDONESIA
This study aims to identify using empirical research how the impact of E-commerce on the auditing profession. The object of this research is the auditor who works at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in the city of Surabaya. Data collection was done by doing a survey through a questionnaire media. The primary data generated by 60 questionnaires can be processed using Partial Least Square. Evaluation of the model in PLS is done by evaluating the outer model and inner model. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by using a simple linear regression model. The results of the study found that the implementation of e-audit has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. The auditor performance is influenced by an e-audit factor of 83% and the remaining is influenced by other factors
Gagasan Pembentukan Peradilan Khusus Pilkada Dalam Mewujudkan Electoral Justice
General Election and Regional Election are two different things on a constitutional basis. Then it was strengthened and confirmed by the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 97 / PUU / XI / 2013. This condition encourages the author to discuss the urgency of establishing a special election court with a simultaneous regional election system and a special court format that is effective in realizing electoral justice. This article aims to discuss the problems faced in resolving regional election results disputes in order to realize electoral justice in regional elections. The juridical formation of a special regional elections judicial body is an urgent need because it is a mandate of the law that must be implemented. The regional elections court format in realizing electoral justice includes three important principles that must be possessed by the regional elections court, the status and position of the regional elections court, the regional elections court judges, the role of the Supreme Court as judex juris and is attributed the authority to review the decision of the regional elections special court and relate to absolute competence. from the regional elections court

Islamic Banking is a banking institution that runs with the principles of sharia. In every business activity, Islamic banks always use the laws of Islam listed in the Qur’an and Hadith. This study aims to determine the influence of perceptions of beliefs, and profit sharing perceptions of interest in saving. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population in this study are Surabaya students who are saving in Bank Sharia. Instrument test, classical assumption test, and data analysis test in this study using SPSS. From the results of the study, it is known that the perception of belief has a positive and significant effect to the interest of saving, and the perception of the results have a positive and significant impact on interest in saving
Preventive Management for Occupational Diseases in Battery Industry
Abstract—Occupational disease are important topic since they often occur in a long period of time. The purpose of this article is to find out how to prevent occupational diseases in the battery industry. This research is a systematic review of articles obtained through manual search engines from Google Scholars, Proquest, PubMed, Research Gate and has been published nationally and internationally in 2015-2020. The results of a systematic review were obtained from 30 scientific articles that were published nationally and internationally in 2015-2020 related to the battery industry process and related to occupational diseases. The factors contributing are varies from enviromental, biological, ergonomic, and the workers itself. There are several preventive management that can be done according to the analysis of the possible diseases that can be occured. Workers in the battery industry can experience occupational diseases, including: allergic contact dermatitis, bacterial conjunctivitis, noise-induced hearing loss, Low Back Pain and Carpal tunnel syndrome. Some prevention efforts that can be done include: using personal protective equipment, detecting workers who have a history of DKA, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the work environment, using furniture that is in accordance with ergonomic standards and not lifting heavy loads, reducing repetitive pressing movements and doing regular exercise.Keywords: preventive, allergic contact dermatitis, conjungtivitis, nihl, lbp, cts, battery industry
Abstrak—Penyakit akibat kerja menjadi perhatian penting karena muncul dalam jangka waktu panjang sehingga harus dilakukan upaya pencegahan penyakit. Penelitian ini merupakan review sistematik artikel yang diperoleh melalui melalui mesin pencari manual dari Google Scholars, Proquest, PubMed, Research Gate dan telah terpublikasi nasional maupun internasional pada tahun 2015-2020. Hasil review sistematik diperoleh dari 30 artikel ilmiah yang telah terpublikasi nasional maupun internasional pada tahun 2015-2020 yang terkait dengan proses industry baterai dan terkait dengan penyakit akibat kerja. Faktor penyebabnya juga berbagai macam karena faktor lingkungan, biologi, ergonomi, ataupun dari faktor pekerja. terdapat beberapa upaya preventif yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kemungkinan penyakit akibat kerja yang mungkin akan timbul. Pekerja di industri baterai dapat mengalami penyakit akibat kerja, antara lain: dermatitis kontak alergi, konjungtivitis bakteri, gangguan pendengaran akibat kebisingan, Low Back Pain dan Carpal tunnel syndrome. Beberapa upaya pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan antara lain: menggunakan alat pelindung diri, mendeteksi pekerja yang memiliki riwayat DKA, menjaga kebersihan dan kebersihan lingkungan kerja, menggunakan furnitur yang sesuai dengan standar ergonomis dan tidak mengangkat beban berat, mengurangi penekanan berulang. gerakan dan melakukan olahraga teratur.Kata Kunci: preventif, dermatitis kontak alergi (dka), konjungtivitis, nihl, lbp, cts, industri batera
HKSA secara In-Silico Senyawa 1-Benzil-3- Benzoilurea dan Analognya sebagai Penghambat Reseptor Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK)
Abstract—In this study, a new anticancer drug design for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma was carried out, with a molecular docking approach from the compound 1-benzyl-3-benzoylurea parent and its analog as an anticancer compound. The purpose of the study was to obtain the best quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR). The in-silico activity test was carried out on the new 1-benzyl-3-benzoilurea and its analog compound against the Bruton Tyrosine Kinase receptor (BTK) PDB code (5FBN) by using the Molegro Virtual Docker 5.5 program and producing a RS (Rerank Score) value for the test compound and Acalabrutinib was used as a comparison. This study also conducted bioavailability by predicting the value of F (intestinal human absorption) in the pkCSM program and toxicity studies by predicting LD50 values using the Protox II program. Correlation and regression were performed using the RS, F, and LD50 values that we obtained on the physicochemical properties of the test compound using the IBM SPSS version 24 program. The best equation is obtained as follows: (1) F = 0.851 Es Taft - 6.116 σ - 1.969 π² + 3.620 π + 90.809; (2) RS = 4.376 Es Taft - 88.802; (3) LD50 = 672.518 CMR - 669.385 ClogP - 813.806. From the results of the best equation is obtained that the activity is influenced by the parameters of steric physicochemical properties (Es Taft).

Abstrak—Pada penelitian ini dilakukan rancangan obat baru antikanker Limfoma non-Hodgkin, dengan pendekatan penambatan molekul dari senyawa induk 1-benzil-3-benzoilurea dan analognya sebagai senyawa antikanker.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan persamaan hubungan struktur aktivitas (HKSA) terbaik. Uji aktivitas in-silico dilakukan terhadap senyawa baru 1-benzil-3-benzoilurea dan analognya terhadap reseptor Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) kode PDB 5FBN dengan menggunakkan program Molegro Virtual Docker 5.5 dan menghasilkan nilai RS (Rerank Score) untuk senyawa uji dan Acalabrutinib digunakan sebagai pembanding. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan studi bioavaibilitas dengan memprediksi nilai F (intestinal human absorbtion) pada program pkCSM dan studi toksisitas dengan memprediksi nilai LD50 menggunakan program Protox II. Korelasi dan regresi dilakukan menggunakan nilai RS, F dan LD50 yang telah diperoleh terhadap parameter sifat fisikokimia senyawa uji menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 24. Persamaan terbaik yang diperoleh sebagai berikut: (1) F = - 1.969 π² + 0.851 Es Taft - 6.116 σ + 3.620 π + 90.809 (2) RS = 4.376 Es Taft - 88.802 (3) LD50 = 672.518 CMR - 669.385 ClogP - 813.806. Dari hasil persamaan terbaik tersebut diperoleh bahwa aktivitas dipengaruhi oleh parameter sifat fisikokimia sterik (Es Taft).

Studi Toksisitas Akut dari Herbisida Senyawa Aktif Parakuat, Glifosat, dan Metsulfuron pada Cacing Tanah (Eisenia fetida)
Abstract—Earthworm plays important role in the terrestrial ecosystem as decomposer and sensitive to environmental changes. Herbicide application as an effort to improve farm productivity may produce some effects on earthworms. The objective of this study was to find the toxicity level of paraquat, glyphosate, and metsulfuron, the three most common active ingredients of herbicide, on earthworm, Eisenia fetida. Three hundred adult earthworms, weighed between 300 to 600 mg, were divided evenly into one control group and four treatment groups for each herbicide. A dose of 0, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 mg/kg for paraquat; 0, 2500, 5000, 10000, 20000 mg/kg for glyphosate; and 0, 750, 1500, 3000, 6000 mg/kg for metsulfuron was sprayed and mixed evenly on medium of earthworms medium. Each treatment was replicated 4 times. The mortality rate was recorded daily for 14 days and used as data to calculated LC50 of each herbicide. LC50 of paraquat, glyphosate, and metsulfuron was 951.93 ± 115.63 mg/kg, 5456.36 ± 514.62 mg/kg, and 2599.96 ± 211.85 mg/kg, respectively. On the other hand, the weight of earthworm has a negative correlation with the dose of herbicide applied to the medium. Based on this study, paraquat was the most toxic herbicide followed by metsulfuron and glyphosate.

Abstrak— Cacing tanah memiliki peran yang penting di ekosistem terestrial sebagai dekomposer dan peka terhadap pengaruh lingkungan. Penggunaan herbisida sebagai sarana peningkatan produksi lahan pertanian kemungkinan memiliki dampak terhadap cacing tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan LC50 (15 hari) dari herbisida kelompok parakuat, glifosat, dan metsulfuron pada Eisenia fetida dan pengaruhnya terhadap perubahan berat cacing tanah. Pada penelitian ini digunakan tiga ratus cacing tanah dewasa (sudah terbentuk klitelum) dengan berat masing-masing antara 300-600 mg yang dibagi menjadi satu kelompok kontrol dan 4 kelompok perlakuan untuk tiap kelompok jenis herbisida. Herbisida didedahkan ke dalam media tempat tinggal cacing sebanyak 0, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 mg/kg untuk parakuat; 0, 2500, 5000, 10000, 20000 mg/kg untuk glifosat; dan 0, 750, 1500, 3000, 6000 mg/kg untuk metsulfuron. Masing-masing perlakuan dilakukan empat kali pengulangan. Jumlah cacing tanah yang mati dicatat selama 14 hari pengamatan dan pada akhir pengamatan ditentukan nilai LC50 dari setiap herbisida. Nilai LC50 yang didapat pada kelompok parakuat, glifosat, dan metsulfuron adalah sebesar 951.93 ± 115.63 mg/kg, 5456.36 ± 514.62 mg/kg, dan 2599.96 ± 211.85 mg/kg. Berat cacing tanah didapatkan menurun seiringan dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi herbisida. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa herbisida dari kelompok senyawa aktif parakuat memiliki toksisitas paling tinggi, disusul oleh herbisida dari kelompok senyawa aktif metsulfuron dan glifosat.

Perancangan Inovasi Drone Pencegah Penyebaran Covid-19 Menggunakan Integrasi Model Kano dan HOQ
Abstract—COVID-19 be a concern in all countries because of its rapid spread through droplets or airborne. The COVID-19 Task Force recorded that 1.4 million Indonesians were exposed to the virus. The government has established health protocols, one of which is social distancing. However, as time goes by, people's awareness of the dangers of COVID 19 is decreasing. Many people violate health protocols and crowd in various places. Based on these problems, a disease transmission prevention tool is designed to reducing the spread of the virus. The method used in this research is Kano Model. From the results of the voice of customer and Kano Model analysis, it was found that the drone that consumers want is have a disinfectant in the form of 360⁰ UVC rays, sound transmission in the form of a mic along with speakers, both of which are included in the attractive category, while the one-dimensional category is a temperature gauge in the form of infrared rays to help detect the symptoms of the COVID-19 virus. The presence of PATRON is expected to help the COVID-19 Task Force in an effort to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

Abstrak—Virus COVID 19 menjadi perhatian di berbagai negara dikarenakan penyebaranya yang cepat melalui droplet atau airborne. Berdasarkan data SATGAS COVID 19 tercatat sejumlah 1,4 juta penduduk indonesia terpapar virus. Pemerintah menetapkan berbagai protokol kesehatan untuk mengurangi risiko penyebaran virus, salah satunya yaitu menjaga jarak. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu kesadaran penduduk akan bahaya COVID 19 semakin berkurang. Banyak masyarakat yang melanggar protokol kesehatan dan berkerumun di berbagai tempat. Sebagai langkah mengurangi jumlah kerumunan, dibutuhkan sebuah alat untuk membubarkan kerumunan dengan tujuan mengurangi penyebaran virus. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dirancang disease transmission prevention tool. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan desain alat adalah Model Kano. Dari hasil voice of costumer dan analisis Model Kano, didapatkan hasil bahwa drone yang dihendaki oleh konsumen yaitu memiliki disinfektan berupa sinar UVC 360⁰, transmisi suara berupa mic beserta speaker, kedua hal tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori attractive, sedangkan kategori one dimensional yaitu pengukur suhu berupa sinar infrared untuk membantu mendeteksi gejala virus COVID-19. Kehadiran PATRON diharapkan dapat membantu membantu SATGAS COVID-19 dalam upaya pencegahan penularan virus COVID-19.
