Analisis Sebaran Awan Konvektif Penyebab Banjir Di Kabupaten Nganjuk Menggunakan Metode Red Green Blue dan Cloud Convective Overlays
Abstract—Indonesia is a maritime country located on the equator, causing Indonesia to have a tropical climate. This causes a lot of convective clouds to grow because they get water supply from the sea so that information on the distribution of convective clouds is important for weather analysis purposes. On December 13, 2020, floods submerged several villages in Pace District, Nganjuk Regency due to the overflow of the Kolosoko river due to heavy rains. The purpose of this study was to see the distribution of convective clouds during heavy rains in Pace District. The data used in this study is Himawari-8 satellite data channels 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13 and 15 to process the distribution of convective clouds. This research uses descriptive analysis method with daily weather parameters and Himawari-8 satellite imagery. Analysis of satellite image data using Cloud Convective Overlays (CCO) and Red Green Blue (RGB) CS and NC methods. This method is used to view the image of convective clouds making it easier to analyze the distribution of convective clouds. The results obtained in satellite images show significant growth of convective clouds while in weather radar images show moderate rain reflectivity due to radar limitations.

Abstrak—Indonesia merupakan negara maritim yang terletak di khatulistiwa sehingga menyebabkan Indoneisa beriklim tropis. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak awan konvektif yang tumbuh karena mendapat pasokan air dari laut sehingga informasi sebaran awan konvektif penting untuk keperluan analisis cuaca. Pada tanggal 13 Desember 2020 banjir merendam beberapa desa di Kecamatan Pace, Kabupaten Nganjuk akibat meluapnya sungai Kolosoko karena hujan lebat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sebaran awan konvektif saat hujan lebat di Kecamatan Pace. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data satelit Himawari-8 kanal 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13 dan 15 untuk mengolah sebaran awan konvektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan parameter cuaca harian dan citra satelit Himawari-8. Analisis data citra satelit menggunakan metode Cloud Convective Overlays (CCO) serta Red Green Blue (RGB) CS dan NC. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk melihat citra awan konvektif sehingga mempermudah dalam menganalisis sebaran awan konvektif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam citra satelit menunjukan pertumbuhan awan konvektif yang signifikan sedangkan dalam citra radar cuaca menunjukan reflektivitas hujan sedang karena adanya limitasi radar.

Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus Due to COVID-19: Do We Need to Worry?
Abstract—SARS-CoV-2, a Coronaviridae virus related to angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), is the virus that causes the COVID-19 pandemic. Diabetes mellitus is a condition that is reported to have a connection with the emergence of COVID-19. A diabetic patient has a higher risk of infection compared to other nondiabetic patients. In addition, some reports showed the possibility of infection that can stimulate diabetes in an individual without a hyperglycemia history. COVID-19 was also found to show a hyperglycemic conditions that may affect mortality. Therefore, a proper monitoring as well as management of glucose level is needed for COVID-19 patients regardless of their diabetes status, to minimize the risk of mortality and development of diabetes. The possibility of diabetes mellitus induced by COVID-19 infection is investigated in this paper, as well as the monitoring of COVID-19 patients with hyperglycemic conditions. Further investigation might be needed to confirm the relationship between COVID-19 and diabetes mellitus type 1.

Abstrak—SARS-CoV-2, virus Coronaviridae yang berkaitan dengan enzim pengubah angiotensin 2 (ACE2), adalah virus yang menyebabkan pandemi COVID-19. Diabetes mellitus adalah suatu kondisi yang diyakini memiliki hubungan dengan adanya COVID-19. Pasien dengan diabetes memiliki risiko infeksi yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan pasien nondiabetes lainnya. Meskipun demikian, beberapa laporan menunjukkan kemungkinan infeksi yang dapat merangsang diabetes pada individu tanpa riwayat hiperglikemia sebelumnya. COVID-19 juga ditemukan menunjukkan kondisi hiperglikemik yang dapat menyebabkan angka kematian yang cukup signifikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemantauan serta pengelolaan kadar glukosa yang tepat untuk pasien COVID-19. Kemungkinan diabetes mellitus yang disebabkan oleh infeksi COVID-19 akan diselidiki dalam makalah ini, serta pemantauan pasien COVID-19 dengan kondisi hiperglikemik. Penelitian lebih lanjut mungkin diperlukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara COVID-19 dan diabetes melitus tipe 1.

Modifikasi Multimedia Development Lifecycle dan Proses Produksi Video Dalam Pembuatan Perangkat Multimedia Untuk Film Dokumenter: “Krupuk Amplang Balikpapan”
Abstract— Proses pembuatan produk multimedia menggunakan pendekatan yang identik dengan rekayasa perangkat lunak (SDLC). Pada pengembangannya, SDLC mengalami modifikasi sesuai dengan ruang lingkup dataset multimedia dan memunculkan metodologi Multimedia Development Lifecylce (MDLC). Namun metodologi ini memiliki kelemahan apabila produk multimedia yang dikembangkan berbasis waktu karena memiliki pendekatan yang berbeda. Sebagai contoh produksi film umumnya mementingkan tahap pra-produksi, produksi dan pasca-produksi seperti pada alur pengerjaan proses produksi video. Tahapan ini belum pernah diakomodasi sebelumnya pada standar MDLC. Kami mengusulkan modifikasi MDLC untuk mengkombinasikan proses produksi video agar dapat membantu pihak pengembang dalam merencanakan dan membangun produk multimedia berbasis waktu. Untuk memvalidasi usulan metode ini, kami menggunakan studi kasus film dokumenter krupuk Amplang Balikpapan. Studi kasus ini dipilih karena krupuk Amplang Balikpapan kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat terutama dari luar Balikpapan. Popularitasnya masih dibawah krupuk Amplang Samarinda. Film dokumenter ini perlu dilengkapi dengan perangkat pelengkap dalam bentuk website interaktif sehingga relevan dengan penerapan modifikasi MDLC. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Film Analysis Guide serta uji t berpasangan terhadap data responden setelah memakai produk ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode usulan modifikasi MDLC dapat menjadi alternatif pengembangan produk multimedia berbasis waktu.

Abstrak— The production of multimedia products follows a methodology that is identical to software engineering (SDLC). During the process of its development, the Standard Development Lifecycle (SDLC) was altered to accommodate the comprehensive nature of the multimedia dataset, which resulted in the emergence of the Multimedia Development Lifecycle (MDLC) methodology. On the other hand, if the multimedia product that is being developed is time-based, then this methodology is inadequate because it takes a different approach. For instance, the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of film production are the most important ones to focus on, just as they are in the workflow of the video production process. The MDLC standard has never before made room for this level in any of its iterations. As a result, we suggest a change to the MDLC in order to combine the video production process in order to provide developers with assistance in the process of planning and producing time-based multimedia products. In order to demonstrate the viability of this proposed strategy, we conducted a case study based on the documentary film crackers Amplang Balikpapan. The Amplang Balikpapan crackers were selected for this case study because they are not as well known by the general public, particularly those who are not from the Balikpapan area. Its notoriety is not yet on par with that of the crackers sold in Amplang Samarinda. In addition, in order for this documentary to be useful in the process of implementing the MDLC alteration, it needs to be accompanied with supplementary resources. One example of these tools is an interactive website. The results of the test using the Film Analysis Guide and a t-paired test of the respondent's data after using this product can be obtained by saying that the modified MDLC method can be an alternative time-based multimedia product development. This was determined by comparing the data from both of these test.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI TERINTEGRASI UPT BALAI LATIHAN KERJA DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
Unit Pelaksana Teknis Balai Latihan Kerja (UPT BLK) is a unit providing training services for job seeker underEmployment and Transmigration Services of East Java Province forspecific work areas. 16 Technical Execution Unit (UPT) and Job Training Center (BLK) under Employment and Transmigration Services serves job seekers through 177 training services. Currently, each UPT BLK runs itstraining services business process in a diverse way.The systems running in each UPT BLKs have not been integrated yetbetween other BLKs and Labor and Transmigration Services of East Java. This leads to non-standard services to the job seeker and the inability of UPT BLK and the Employment and Transmigration Services of East Java to share information quickly. This study aims to develop an integrated information system to implement training so that there is uniformity of service delivery for all UPT BLKs in the DisnakertransJatim by one-gate access. The research was developed using the Design Science Research methodology. A web-based integrated system for all UPT BLKs to assist the process of organizing training is chosen as its artifact. The method of focus group discussion, interviews, and observations throughout the application development process. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that 95% of respondents were very satisfied in terms of system usability and were greatly helped by the operational side of the system in completing their work
SISTEM KENDALI PERANGKAT PENGUSIR HAMA TIKUS DAN BURUNG BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS (IoT)
Abstract–This final project is designing a remote-control system for rat and bird repellent device based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This system will replace the rat and bird repellent device owned by the University of Surabaya which uses the conventional working which requires the user to interact with the device, like pressing the switch and turning left or right the potentiometer. This system is divided into three sides, namely the user side, the database side, and the device side. On the user side, there is a smartphone application that has interfaces in the form of buttons and selectors. On the database side, there are datasets stored in Firebase and can be updated based on the application used by the user. On the device side, there is an ESP32 microcontroller which reads data from Firebase and sends it to the relay modules in order to control the rat and bird repellent device according to the user's wishes. This final project examines the reaction changes of rats and birds on specific range from the device. Based on the examination, the most visible rats’ reaction’s changes are refusing the feed, while birds are looking for a way out and chirps frequently.

Abstrak–Tugas Akhir ini mendesain sistem kendali jarak jauh perangkat pengusir hama tikus dan burung berbasis internet of things (IoT). Sistem ini akan menggantikan perangkat pengusir hama tikus dan burung milik Universitas Surabaya yang masih menggunakan cara kerja konvensional dimana mengharuskan pengguna melakukan interaksi dengan perangkat, yaitu menekan saklar dan memutar potensiometer. Sistem ini dibagi menjadi tiga sisi, yaitu sisi pengguna, sisi database, dan sisi perangkat. Pada sisi pengguna, terdapat sebuah aplikasi smartphone yang memiliki interfaces berupa tombol dan selektor. Pada sisi database, terdapat kumpulan data yang disimpan dalam Firebase dan dapat diperbaharui berdasarkan aplikasi yang digunakan oleh pengguna. Pada sisi perangkat, terdapat sebuah mikrokontroler ESP32 yang membaca data dari Firebase dan disalurkan ke modul relay untuk mengendalikan perangkat pengusir hama tikus dan burung sesuai keinginan pengguna. Tugas akhir ini menguji perubahan perilaku tikus dan burung terhadap jarak dengan perangkat. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, perubahan perilaku tikus yang paling nampak adalah tidak makan, sedangkan burung akan bergerak aktif mencari jalan keluar dan lebih sering berkicau.

The problem of waste management has become a concern for almost all countries, including Indonesia. In addition, on the other hand, Indonesia also still needs strengthening in the direction of the MSME sector. Therefore, the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, through the Directorate of SME and Cooperative Development took the initiative to establish a low-carbon economic stimulus program aimed at the MSME sector to improve waste management and restore environmental damage in Indonesia as well as improve the welfare of MSME. This study aims to formulate an ideal model in providing low-carbon economic stimulus to MSME to create sustainable economic development using a secondary data approach. This study found that the low-carbon economic stimulus can be a concrete and solution step from the government as a credit risk management program in providing financing in creating MSME management based on sustainable development in waste management provided that stakeholders can maintain coordination and seriousness carrying out their roles and responsibilities.Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah telah menjadi perhatian hampir seluruh negara di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Selain itu, disisi lain di Indonesia juga masih membutuhkan penguatan dalam pengelolaan sektor UMKM. Oleh karena itu Kementerian PPN/Bappenas melalui Direktoret Pengembangan UKM dan Koperasi (PUKMK) berinisiatif menetapkan program stimulus ekonomi rendah karbon di sektor UMKM untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah dan memulihkan kerusakan lingkungan di Indonesia serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan permodelan yang ideal dalam pemberian stimulus ekonomi rendah karbon kepada pelaku UMKM guna menciptakan pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa stimulus ekonomi rendah karbon dapat menjadi langkah konkrit dan solutif dari pemerintah sebagai program manajemen risiko kredit pada pemberian pembiayaan dalam menciptakan pengelolaan UMKM berbasis pada pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan catatan para stakeholder mampu menjaga koordinasi dan keseriusan dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawabnya masing-masin
Uji Flavonoid Total dan Antioksidan Kulit Batang Balik Angin (Alphitonia excelsa (Fenzl) Reis Ex. Endl)
Alphitonia excelsa merupakan salah satu tanaman yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan dan telah digunakan secara turun temurun di masyarakat sebagai terapi berbagai macam penyakit. Hal tersebut mendasari tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu menentukan aktivitas antioksidan dan total flavonoid kulit batang A. excelsa. Metode yang di gunakan dalam pengujian antioksidan adalah peredaman terhadap radikal 2,2-difenil-1-pikrilhidrazil (DPPH), sedangkan pengujian flavonoid total dengan AlCl3 dilakukan secara kolorimetri. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah nilai IC50 aktivitas antioksidan A. excelsa sebesar 37,00 ± 1,46 μg/ml (bpj) dan flavonoid total senilai 1,17% ± 0.04 QE (quercetin equivalent). Berdasarkan nilai tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kulit batang A. excelsa memiliki kemampuan antioksidan yang sangat kuat.
Alphitonia excelsa is a plant that potential to be tested for its antioxidant ability and has been used as medicine. This underlies the purpose of this study, namely to determine the antioxidant activity and total flavonoids of the stem bark of A. excelsa. The method used in antioxidant evaluaion was 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, while the total flavonoid assay with AlCl3 was carried out colorimetrically. The results obtained from this study were the IC50 value of the antioxidant activity and total flavonoids of A. excelsa, with the value of 37.00 ± 1.46 μg/ml and 1.17% ± 0.04 quercetin equivalent, respectively. Based on these values, it can be concluded that the stem bark of A. excelsa has a very strong antioxidant capacity
Pengaruh Laju Alir pada Proses Spray Drying terhadap Karakteristik Fisiko Kimia Mikrosfer Glibenklamid menggunakan Polimer Kitosan dan Penyambung Silang Natrium Tripolifosfat
Glibenklamid memiliki waktu paruh yang singkat, sehingga modifikasi pelepasan terkendali diperlukan dan dapat dicapai dengan mikrosfer. Kitosan sebagai polimer disambung silang dengan natrium tripolifosfat (NTPP), selanjutnya mikrosfer dibuat menggunakan metode spray drying. Laju alir yang rendah menghasilkan suhu outlet yang tinggi pada spray dryer sehingga variasinya dapat menghasilkan karakteristik mikrosfer yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh laju alir terhadap karakteristik fisiko kimia mikrosfer yang diperoleh. Variasi laju alirnya adalah 7,5 ml/menit untuk F1 dan 6,5 ml/menit untuk F2. Identifikasi gugus fungsi menunjukkan adanya semua puncak glibenklamid dan gugus spesifik yang membuktikan terjadinya sambung silang antara kitosan dengan NTPP. Hasil identifikasi titik lebur dan energi termal menunjukkan kitosan membentuk ikatan sambung silang dengan NTPP serta puncak glibenklamid tidak ditemukan karena glibenklamid terselubungi oleh kitosan-NTPP. Rata-rata ukuran partikel F1 adalah 5,00 µm sedangkan F2 adalah 4,02 µm. Morfologi bentuk permukaan keduanya menghasilkan permukaan partikel yang sferis tetapi pada F2 memiliki permukaan yang lebih halus. Efisiensi enkapsulasi dan perolehan kembali F2 lebih tinggi dari F1, sebaliknya indeks pengembangan dan kandungan lembab F1 lebih tinggi. Profil disolusi kedua sampel menunjukkan pelepasan yang bertahap dibandingkan dengan glibenklamid murni. Perbedaan laju alir menyebabkan perbedaan bermakna karakteristik fisikokimia mikrosfer sehingga menghasilkan perbedaan pelepasan glibenklamid
PEMBELAJARAN MESIN UNTUK MENILAI KELAYAKAN KREDIT PROYEK RETROFIT: MULTINOMIAL LOGIT
Creditworthiness assessment was one of the first areas to apply machine learning techniques in economics. The creditworthiness of retrofit protection was vital for ESCO in determining the credit scoring. This study aimed to develop a retrofitting assessment model to utilize machine learning with multinomial logistic (MNL) and life cycle cost analysis (LCCA). This study aims to provide an evaluation of creditworthiness models from the evaluation of financing alternative in Indonesia's energy efficiency industry. The goal was to reduce the total of prediction error, which comprised bias, variance, and fundamental error. The findings demonstrated that machine learning approaches might yield significantly greater prediction accuracy. In addition, machine learning is also expected to automatically capture the nonlinear relationship between input features and selected results. This study is also expected to draw on ideas from machine learning to develop an enhanced model for retrofitting creditworthiness research and suggest new research directions
STRATEGI PEMASARAN SARANG BURUNG WALET DI LAMONGAN MELALUI KARAKTERISTIK KERJA
The management is changing quite radically, which is the change from a traditional model to a Total Quality Management (TQM) or what is often referred to as a management strategy. A strategy like this could demand an advantage in the matter speed, agility, learning, and employee competence. The study is an evaluation of implementing a management strategy carried out by owners of businesses swallow’s nest (Collacalia sp) in the Lamongan to enhance employee empowerment to create good job perception. Research on this swifts’ nest factory,according to the measurement of how the employees performance is focused on the work characteristics, includes the agility of an employee in cleaning the swallow’s nest it self, and maintrining the quality of the swallow’s nest which will eventually be sent out of the city for people to eat. The results of this study conclude that according to the measuring of how imployees performance on indicators for knowing how and what work is assessed both by them selves and by co workers. For the indicators it is a joint operation of inter-section employees, as well as between employees and above
