Growth rate dalam sektor barang baku dan primer di Bursa Efek Indonesia: Mana lebih baik?
The Sustainable Growth Rate is the maximum growth rate of a company so that it can grow without running out of funds from funding activities such as increasing shareholder capital ownership and drawing loans from creditors. This study measured, tested, and analyzed factors affecting sustainable growth. Some of the factors used in this study are leverage, profitability, and total asset turnover. This study uses objects from raw material sector companies and primary sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018 - 2022, during which data collection was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The form of research used is associative research, a method that examines the relationship between variables, with a quantitative approach. The research data is based on secondary data, namely the company's annual financial report, which is available and has been audited by an independent auditor. Data processing uses multiple linear regression. The study results show that Leverage (DER) and Profitability (ROA) positively affect sustainable growth, providing practical insights for financial analysts and professionals in the raw material and primary sector industries. Total asset turnover (TATO) does not affect the sustainable growth rate. This study also shows that raw material sector companies have a higher sustainable growth rate than primary sector companies
Faktor yang memengaruhi minat mahasiswa berkarir sebagai konsultan pajak
The research was meticulously designed to investigate the impact of self-efficacy, job market considerations, financial rewards, and tax volunteer programs on students' interest in a career as a tax consultant. This study, based on quantitative primary data from questionnaire responses rated on a five-Likert scale, is a testament to the rigor of our research methodology. The research population comprises students from the Faculty of Economics and Universities in Surabaya who have participated in tax volunteering. The non-probability sampling technique, specifically the purposive sampling method, was employed to obtain 125 samples. The research data was rigorously analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square. The findings of this research underscore the influence of self-efficacy and job market considerations on students' desire for a career as a tax consultant. On the other hand, the influence of financial rewards and tax volunteer programs on students' interest in a career as a tax consultant was found to be negligible. Potential for future research to broaden the scope of respondents and to include additional independent variables such as tax brevet training, offers hope for a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence student career interest

The Influence of Perceived Country Origin of Green Products Towards Generation Z: Local vs. Global
Purpose: This study aims to understand better the perception of the country of origin of green products towards the Generation Z population between local and global brands. This study also serves as a reference for future studies or research on how the influence of perception can determine the weight of how the Generation Z population views and potentially buy an environmentally friendly product between local and global brands.
Method: This study uses primary data collected through questionnaires and distributed to the population of Generation Z from the island of Batam, with 376 valid respondents. Indicators from Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) were used to analyze how Local Brands and Global Brands can influence the perception of Green Products from the view of the Country of Origin from the Generation Z population.
Result: The results of this study have practical implications, suggesting that the variables used in this study have a positive influence and are significant. For instance, Perceived Brand Globalness (PBG) and Perceived Brand Localness (PBL) have a positive and significant nature toward Brand Stereotype Warmth and Competence. Brand Stereotype Warmth and Competence also positively and significantly affect Perceived Value. Perceived Value also has a positive and significant nature towards Purchase Intentions. These findings are not only insightful but also relevant and applicable to the field of consumer behavior and green products
Does virtual reality affect breast cancer patients' pain?: A literature review
Purpose: To comprehensively analyze scientific evidence regarding the effect of virtual reality on pain in breast cancer patients.
Method: This is literature study using PubMed, ScienceDirect and Cochrane Library databases. The inclusion criteria in this literature review are articles published in the last 5 years (2020-2024), articles using Indonesian and English in journals of national or international reputation and research articles. The selected articles are articles that the author can download or open access.
Result: Of the total 493 articles, there were 9 articles that were duplicates or the same article. After that, it was found that the titles of 457 articles did not match the topic. There were 14 articles that did not meet the inclusion criteria and 7 articles had inappropriate interventions and methodology. Finally, 5 articles were obtained that were suitable for analysis.
Conclusion: The use of VR can effectively reduce levels of pain, anxiety, fatigue and depression in breast cancer patients, as well as improve their quality of life. These findings suggest that VR has the potential to be a valuable adjunct in the pain management of breast cancer patients

Method: This study involved participants from various e-commerce companies in Indonesia with a total of 86 workers who meet the criteria of working telework, married and having children under 18 years. The data of this study were analysed using hierarchical regression analysis that to assess the moderator role of work autonomy in the relationship between the telework intensity and work-family conflict.
Result: The study found telework increases work-family conflict, moderated by work autonomy, with higher autonomy reducing conflict. Gender and period of work also known to influence work-family conflict.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, companies can help their workers to manage work-family conflict by giving more job autonomy within their telework systems
Desain Produk Cenderamata Berbasis Konsep Metafora dari Konservasi Penyu di Sindu Dwarawati Turtle Conservation
This study describes the process of designing souvenir products based on the metaphorical concept derived from the conservation of green turtles at Sindu Dwarawati Turtle Conservation, Sindu Beach, Sanur, Denpasar. The metaphorical concept serves as the foundation for capturing the form and anatomical characteristics of the green turtle to design products that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also carry profound meaning in the context of environmental conservation. Qualitative methods were employed, involving direct interviews with the Chairman of Sindu Dwarawati Turtle Conservation, I Made Winarta, and direct observations at the conservation site. The gathered data focused on the conservation values of turtles, the characteristics of green turtles, and the design preferences for souvenir products that appeal to tourists and local residents. The outcome was an interactive keychain design that integrates the carapace pattern and four limbs of the green turtle as its primary inspiration. This keychain serves not only as a visually appealing souvenir but also as an educational tool highlighting the dangers of plastic waste to the survival of turtles. Through this design, it is hoped to increase public awareness and interest in visiting turtle conservation site
The Nexus of Economic Growth, Human Development Index, and Unemployment to Income Inequality in East Java
The research seeks to analyse the complex correlation between economic growth, human development index, and unemployment on income inequality in East Java from 2018 to 2022. This study addresses the issue of inequality in East Java both theoretically and empirically. The data is obtained from the Central Agency of Statistics and the Regional Development Planning Agency of East Java Province. Through specific considerations, this study utilized panel data from the six districts or cities with the highest and lowest income inequality. The data analysis employs panel data regression with the selected model, the Common Effect Model, to examine the influence among variables. Furthermore, in describing the results of the analysis, descriptive and quantitative methods are used. The analysis shows that the three exogenous variables collectively influence income inequality. Through the T-test, it was discovered that only the human development index variable shows a significant effect on income inequality. On the contrary, economic growth and unemployment variables show no significant effect. However, all three positively correlate with income inequality in East Java from 2018 to 2022
